Ingo is a water type with a resistance to electric types due to Brotherly Shenanigans (not full resistance but like. It's not supereffective)

Ingo:

Rei is a shiny eevee! While in hisui he carries around an everstone since he, is very unsure of himself. He's a little scared of evolving! Ingo does help him through this fear a little and he does eventually leave behind the stone. What he eventually evolves into though is a certain special friendship evo >:J

I feel like having type advantage on your twin is going to cause trouble… did they both chose their types with a stone ? Did one evolve before the other ?

They both chose yes! They actually chose when they were pretty young which is a leading cause of why one has a type advantage. They don't regret their choices as adults though! They're very comfortable with themselves and greatly trust eachother, besides. Ingo is extremely strong, so he can take an accidental (or playfully purposeful) shock or two.
