fair warning that this will Largely be about the dreamless cast, since this is... sort of what this blog is for LMAO but also for some ill talk about characters outside of that project!

1. Your first OC ever?

oof, good question actually? in the context of dreamless i think the first true oc i made would be melorrh (whose existence is a spoiler so i will Not elaborate)? but first Ever would probably be a warrior cats oc by the name of icyflame, if im remembering correctly. she was a pretty stereotypical 'special above all others' protagonist, but i think thats mostly par for the course when its your first longer story as well as your first fanfic oc, lmao. and i was also like. 12? so, lol. all things considered i did more planning than a fair bit of other fic writers did i think sfjkgjkkjs

if you go beyond that, the first story i ever wrote featured a girl called alice. i dont remember the storyline, but it involved magic, and i know she was blonde with green eyes. i very specifically wanted her to have green eyes because. i thought that was rarer than blonde with blue eyes??? i dont think that's even true, but idk i was 10 JSKFDJKGKJS

its been a bit too long for me to elaborate much on icyflame or alice (particularly because i no longer have access to either of the stories they were from), but they were both very much Baby's First Character kind of deals. i know i fleshed out icyflame a bit more as time went on; that first fic i wrote was still probably the longest ive ever stuck with? never underestimate the power of a tween with too much time and imagination, they'll churn out 30k words like its nothing. not in one day, of course, but i know at one point that fic had 50 chapters or something? it was a Lot, even if each chapter was only like 1k words. and i know i went back to edit the first few chapters at some point too. but yeah. i dont know if id say i remember that fic fondly, but it sure was something skjajkdsga

11. Is there any OC of yours you could describe as a “sunshine”?

amongst the characters that speak in dreamless? myla, probably, or thistlewind. the Entire cast? marmu. why the separation? :)

38. Which one of your OCs would be the best dancer?

oh i have to give this title to the moths, its literally a whole Thing for them to sing and dance. i believe i had something planned for the title to officially go to markoth (thistlewind remarks to him at one point that he was 'always the better singer of the two of us,' and the moths almost always sing And dance at the same time, so that could probably apply to his dance skills as well), but also i dont have a damn clue how dancing actually works right now, so sfkgjjks its a bit hard for me to say currently. its either navath or markoth though, that much is certain. thistlewind is definitely not the best dancer asdfkgdkjsa

also im aware that im using canon characters for oc questions, and i dont care, because with how much ive manipulated and changed for dreamless they may well be original characters. hell thistlewind gets, like, three sentences? and theyre a major character in dreamless. shoot me :D
