What do you use to make your digital art? Also, how do you get that texture on your art? I know it's an overlay but how do you get the texture itself? Did you make it or was it something you downloaded?

I use Clip Studio Paint, and yes I did download a noise filter off of clip studio assets!

This lovely asset has a ton of different color toned noise filters, which is very helpful as I tend to color w/ duller colors. Usually I drag the colored noise of my choosing to the very top layer on Color Burn (adjust opacity if needed).
