but he was surprised when he accidentally caught you using your powers when you thought you were alone.

it took a lot of time to explain what visions were, how you got it and how you were able to use your powers like this — if only he actually listened to you when you first tried to tell him...

eventually, akito settled with the idea that you really had powers, even if it still seems really unreal for him.

every once in a while, he asks you to show him your powers again, maybe even do a little trick. he's completely fascinated by it, even if he won't outright tell you.

akito's always thought you were special, but now he's sure of it. he doesn't know the criteria, but you really must be something else if you managed to attract the gaze of a god.

he is still very much curious about your powers, so it's not unusual for him to ask you questions every once in a while — some of which even you don't have the answer to.

overall, akito's very much chill about your vision and it wouldn't make him love you any less.

still think about that malicious reposter that likely still crawls my blog and Twitter acc for my edits and gifs and compilations to repost on their daily Eggman Twitter acc. the way all the proof was there that they'd see my posts, download all the images from it and schedule them to post exactly a month after at times

and how they denied when I kindly sensibly asked for credit when they were using things I recorded and screenshot right from the games myself, or edited and cropped, or spent hours making into gifs. and it was extremely obvious that they weren't just happening to find them on Google, in the exact same order I'd posted them on my blog because that's not how it works

and I told them it was upsetting that they were heavily running their account on all my hard work and using the account's followers to raise real money on two different occasions. especially because it takes a lot of effort for me to make it all with my disability and the exhaustion and pain just the process of doing what I love can bring but I pour my heart into it anyway just for them to get all the credit and traction

and they just didn't give a shit lol they never consistently credited and when I asked the third time they just ended up blocking me and saying I'm a liar, even though I provided tons of proof that they were straight up all mine posted for days in a row and all were so obviously taken directly from my blog in the orders they were posted in. things I've literally drawn and colored on myself to correct at times too

and they're definitely still doing it to this day to everything that I'm too tired and in pain and fatigued to watermark now but I can't look because I'm blocked. and I told my friend to stop telling me when they do it because it just upsets and stresses me out knowing that someone would disrespect my hard work and leech on it and even raise money using the account while I struggle with money and my disability lol

so yeah I'm not just being an asshole this is genuinely hurtful and disrespectful. and if these people tell you rumors about how horrible I am for wanting credit, they aren't true. especially because they have a lot of people sided with them against me liking them out of spite because they hate me for various reasons that also aren't true

Why you are bashing other people's creation is beyond me and I find it unfair (even though it's not my fight). Maybe they just want to have fun and post for themselves and happen to get interactions along the way. Among the fact that some people may not have the time to sit down to edit all of the shots they've taken, some people may also just prefer natural colorings.

It's not always about fandom. Some people just genuinely enjoy taking screenshots and posting them, so I really don't understand why that's a problem. Just let people do what they want, block and ignore? idk

Okay The point is that many ordinary screenshots are rated higher by people than really talented works in which the author puts his soul. I'm not talking about the same blogs that copy the style, color correction and even the watermark style (lol) of popular authors, going out on their similarities, their style, instead of coming up with something new. I know a few abandoned blogs with really good work. They are in no way inferior to ordinary screenshots without any color correction, but they are not appreciated by anyone. This was the essence of the post. I have one work with Astarion in blender on my wall, but you know what? It is unpopular. It has collected fewer likes and reposts than regular screenshots. Why is that? Do you know what it is to work in blender? How difficult is it really to create such a snapshot? How long does it all take? And I know, because I had to work in it. And I am very sad that this author's work is inferior to ordinary screenshots, because the author is not popular in the fandom.

I know i've said this on countless accounts but, I have little to zero knowledge of the American dub, so my portrayal/answers/headcanons/etc are all based on the original Japanese version and sometimes stuff borrowed from the BRPT dub (which is mostly the same as the original JP for most of the series -- except Fusion). So please, don't assume that I had watched the US dub or that I am American.

My stance on the digimon (monsters) are that there's more than one of each species within the multiverse. So, Daisuke's V-mon/Magnamon, OG & Reboot Taichis' Agumon/Omegamon and Takato's Guilmon/Dukemon are not related to the Royal Knights.

I will follow all canon material if possible when working with canon versions of the characters, BUT only what i can work with. If something gets in conflict with the main TV series (Adv99-02-Tamers-Frontier-Savers-XW-Appmon-Adv2020-GG) i will reject the contradictions and use only the stuff not affected or influenced by it. Basically playing with the idea the events we know in certain media are played differently in-universe, adopted from Pixiv Dictionary. Explained better by Shiha in this post here.

i see a lot of 13 yr olds on tumblr these days, so id like to share some advice i wish i had known using tumblr at age 13.

this is also probably not an original idea from me lol, someone has got to have done this before. i would usually put this under a cut but ive decided not to for now

be aware that this site is like NOTORIOUSLY harmful. you may think you’re above it or too mature for it to hurt you, but trust me, you aren’t. since you will probably not be stopped by that warning, maybe take some precautions/keep some stuff in mind to stay safe.

i had tumblr savior for my first experiences with the site. im pretty sure it still works and it’s regularly updated, so take a look into that. it blocks posts with certain keywords from being seen on your radar, and can also push/allow posts with other keywords to always be shown. i would advise getting it or a similar extension to custom block triggering/harmful content.

don’t put other/more popular users in your fandom/community on a pedestal. they’re people behind a blog, just like you are. don’t feel intimidated by the people in your own community, they are just people the same way you are a person. they can mess up at times, and so can you.

making friends is a great thing on this site, but keep an eye on new online friends’ behaviors. it is exciting to meet new people, but you want to be aware of toxic friends. same goes for your mutuals. overall, keep people on this site at an arm’s length until you’ve gotten to know them enough personally to know that they’re genuine people. as you get older you can relax on this, but as a young teen it’s better to be hyperaware than to be blissfully ignorant as you get hurt.

onto more broad things, your theme doesn’t have to be perfect. you dont have to make a custom html/edited html website theme for your blog, you can leave it as tumblr default. if you enjoy organizing that, then by all means go ahead! but don’t feel like it is necessary for your blog, most of the time you will get a new theme set up and check on it on a month and find that it actually looks terrible to you. if you’d rather just have it as a basic/default site, then that is perfectly normal.

your blog’s theme/topic is your choice, and can be uniquely you. some people have many blogs for many things, just a few, or just one with everything. it is up to you how you want to do it! the themes you choose, topics, are up to you. fads and trends are cool but finding what works for you personally is way more fun. your blog is supposed to be fun. you are supposed to enjoy using tumblr. don’t compromise that for a trend. make your blog(s) however you want, however it pleases you. it can feel pressuring to have a perfect blog, but it’s better to just make your appearance the way it would make you happy.

also, tag systems are awesome! but they are not necessary unless you’re tagging trigger warnings. always tag those! but i know a lot of people have personal tagging systems to organize their blog, which is totally cool! but again, personal tag systems are not necessary, and if they feel unnecessary to you, don’t use them. but again, tag triggering content, especially if you are asked to.

archiving/deleting/creating new blogs is a whole other process. some people like to start with a clean slate every time they switch to a new fandom, and let their old user be archived or deleted. this is perfectly respectable (and probably the right thing to do) personally, i just switch my blog over to whatever im feeling that month and people can unfollow if they no longer enjoy my blog (i dont have that big of a following on this blog). it’s really a personal decision, and if you want to restart your blog you will know when to/if you want to.

reblog art, but never “repost” it. aka dont take the image and post it on your own blog, just reblog it from the original poster. its common sense but not everyone knows? idk

if you end up having some or many followers, make sure to check yourself. appreciate your followers, respect them. they are people with blogs. just like you. don’t let a high number inflate your ego way out of proportion, it’s easy to fall into that sense of power.

respect people’s pronouns. even if you for some reason have a disagreement with them, or you don’t understand why/how their identity works, just use the correct pronouns that they ask you to. it costs you zero dollars and zero cents, and is incredibly respectful

as a young teen, don’t get involved/let yourself get buried in tumblr-wide discourse. examples of this include the bi vs pan debate, flag discourse etc. most ppl who i know who were attentive to things similar to that at a young age ended up being affected negatively by it. pay some attention to what pertains to you and also pay attention to what you can identify as right or wrong, but don’t let people’s opinions on your dash influence you in times of discourse. go and look at both sides of those kinds of debates if you’re interested, and form an opinion from there.

speaking of which, sometimes people will just post their takes on literally anything and youll come across it. take everything with a grain of salt unless there is links to proof (if applicable, not always needed). sometimes bad takes just havent had someone to reblog and disprove yet.

speaking of discourse, there is always discourse on this site in every fandom, every community. form your own opinions always, but keep your moral compass in mind. don’t compromise your morals and sense of right and wrong to enjoy certain fan-media. if something seems off, it probably is.

people make mistakes, and if someone did something kind of shitty/had a terrible take/belief (not irredemably shitty, those ppl do not need ur attention) and they genuinely apologize for the shit they did and learn from it, move on. leave some shit in the past, holding grudges isnt good for your mental health and people change. but again, always take things with a grain of salt.

you dont need a high follower count to get traction on your posts. it might help, but you can have a low follower count with high interaction or a high follower count with little to know interaction. the best advice i have is to tag what it is relevant to, whether it’s a fandom, aesthetic, etc and people who regularly check those tags will find it.

if you ever get anon hate for some reason, just delete it from ur inbox n move on. ppl who send anon hate want to see you post it and respond to it. if they said some really really MEAN shit though, it may be best to talk to a friend about it for comfort, or take a break from tumblr for a hot min. most importantly, report it, close your ask box/change it to no anonymous asks.

if at some point you choose to voice your opinion about a highly debated topic at the time, be aware that people who disagree might attack you for it. be aware, and be safe about it.

a lot of people swear by xkit. i have never used it in my life, but from the looks of it, it makes using tumblr so much more bearable. it breaks sometimes with tumblr updates, but apparently it’s worth it. again, look into it, but it’s not necessary to use the site.

do niche shit. start sideblogs without a plan in mind. make aus, make art, make writing, or make nothing at all. reblog the things you love wherever you want them to be reblogged. comment on people’s creations if you love them, they probably would love to hear how much you enjoyed it. appreciate how wonderful the better part of this site is, enjoy the free access to view and appreciate others’ creations and ideas.

It is never my intention to take credit for other’s pictures. Due to the fact that I find a lot of these pictures on repost sites (like pinterest), sometimes it is very difficult to find the correct credit for some edits. If I accidentally post an edit of yours, either comment or dm me if you’d like me to take it down completely or if you’d like to be credited. I’m not claiming any of these photos as my own. 

Why do you have this blog? 

I simply want one single blog with specific tags for ARMYs to be able to find the pictures they want. I don’t take credit for these pictures, I just want to compile them all into one account and crop them to fit many types of phone screen sizes.

How come it's always the people that put in the least effort into their edits/gifs that say you shouldn't get upset over stealing??? I always get shit from people in my fandom for saying you shouldn't steal and that I'm somehow the bad one because I put in a lot of work into my edits and because they're okay with people stealing their 360p unedited gifs that I should be okay with it too. Hell no. Sorry for the rant but it's something that's been bothering me for ages...

you’re so right lmao. there’s always that one person that pipes in with something like “LoL u don’t own the movie, [insert movie production company here], does! so it’s not ur gif! and besides, I make gifs and I don’t mind if people repost mine!!” and then you look at their blog to see their gifs and sure enough they’re made with an iphone app and 144p quality. like no shit you don’t care if people steal your gifs, because you took .05 seconds to make them in the first place with your app. 

legit fandom gifmakers on the other hand have to take screencaps, then we crop, sharpen, color correct/brighten up, save it, make sure it’s timed correctly and under 3mb….and this all can take anywhere from 20-60+ minutes, sometimes even longer when our computers are literally STRUGGLING to run these processes. so yeah, most of us get a little pissed off when people steal our hard work

This was the first post I ever did, on my blog.  The post did very well, and that was because the hellers were reblogging and adding their own captions to the post, and other dumber hellers were leaving a like.  So essentially they were creating traffic for my post without realizing it.  Because their nasty fingerprints are all over this post, I want to repost an edited version with updated information and less typos.  I remembered this post because of this interesting comment.

Immediately, the Profound Bonds census came to mind.  I remember seeing a prominent amount of children.  And on one page, there was only one 37 year old.  I was surprised.  I wish I could use a screenshot of that page, but the hellers deleted the entire census.  I wonder why.  The above comment and the census, is the reason I am reposting an amended version of this.

Impassioned fans can be very annoying.  Like any fanatic, [in the words of Spike Milligan] they don't enjoy their favorite art.  They suffer from it.  However, most of the time, you find a way to chill with them, and you will be able to have a conversation about something or the other.  You might even share their enthusiasm, unless they start behaving creepily and nauseating you.  The hellers are the latter breed of freak.  They are the creepiest, most nauseating but most mobilized and active part of this fandom, because they have a hierarchy that operates their entire system.  There are influencers and drones.  Seeing an influencers will give you the impression that hellers are a group of grown women, however, that is not the case.  Only the influencer are older.  The drones are young.  Sometimes painfully young.

Understanding slash is one of the things that allowed me to understand why these people are so subservient towards Misha, and why they never question him.  There are other factors like his cult leader behavior, however, there is a particular group that he targets and he uses social media to do it.  Slash is almost a century old.  And each generation behaved in a specific way, regarding slash fiction.  The earlier generations were very covert.  It may have had something to do with modesty.  It may also have had something to do with “outsiders ruining our  fun”.  As far as Supernatural is concerned,  three generations of slash fans are represented. 

I am using the word generation here, from a marketing demographic perspectives, because this seems like the most sensible way to categorize slash fans.  Believe me, I am fully aware I am over simplifying this.  I am trying to write a short blog.  In no way, am I throwing shade at your generation.  I just like mine the most. lol!!!

There are three major generations in this fandom, that indulge in slash fiction:

Generation X:  These are slash fans born between 1965 and 1979.

Generation Y aka Millenials:  These are slash fans born between 1980 and 1994. 

Generation Z aka Centennials:  These are slash fans born after 1994. 

Generation X is that last generation of classic slashers.  This is a covert group that doesn’t like to share its artworks and works of fiction with outsiders.  If they remained underground and secret forever, they wouldn’t mind.  And if that mindset remained, nobody would even know that slash fiction exists.  As a member of this generation, I wish that things had stayed this way, but understand that society changes.  Its evitable.  Gen Xers usually don’t ship just one pair because it would seem a little foolhardy to pin all your slashy happiness on one pair that you put together.  There are plenty of pretty fish in the sea and we tend to mix 'n match.  There may be pairings we will like more than others, but generally speaking, we don't have issues with working through a cast like a buffet and enjoying different pairings. 

Younger generations of J2 fans were influenced by this generation's writings and therefore share the same opinions.  If there are any destiel shippers in this group, three suppositions are likely.  First, they are either, hidden away from social media and don't know about this death threat drama, and they don't have any frenzied love for destiel where it blinds them.  Misha is not influencing them via social media either.  They have a life and destiel is just their pass time.  Or, they are influencers who are older and therefore that sway the minds of younger people.  I theorize, however, that most of the destiel shippers in this generation deserted the ship and moved on.

The Y generation or millenial brought two changes to slash fiction.  From a western standpoint, this generation started to become inclusive and politically correct, making their work LGBT oriented rather than hetero/bi female oriented to the detriment of the artform.  The greatest irony is that mpreg [the last remnance of femininity] was born at the tail end of this generation.  My previous theory about this group was wrong.  I thought they were a quiet group.  But no.  All the Lua Jame's, Janelle's and Exorcising Emily's are coming this group.  This means that the influencers, the first users of social media in other words, are from this generation.  Perhaps, the normal non-criminal thinking, nice destiel shippers come from this generation too. 

Generation Z or centennials are the youngest generation, making them the least experienced, with the least filter.  They don’t think before they speak, but boy do they have a lot to say.  They tend to use social justice and politics to push the validity of their ship.  They are like junkies when it comes to their ship and Misha Collins is the only dealer they have.  They look for other dealers which is why they tend to ask all and sundry, what their opinion is with regard to destiel. 

They based their opinion of that person, on how that person responds to destiel.  Its like a pothead who only likes people who say that smoking pot is ok.  And if that person is indifferent to destiel, they will collectively attack that individual.  The only reason is because they are young.  Its only when I looked at their census, that I realized that many of them are as young as 13.  So most of them are children.  In Misha's heller army, these kids are the soldiers, bashing Jensen and Jared online and voting for Misha to win an award.  Lets hope their taste chances as they grow. 

Misha and his influencer, have convinced these people that what they feel is true, and because they are still young, they don't know any better.  Even a non heller might feel insulted by this analysis of an entire generation but believe me.  I am not critiquing you.  I am merely pointing out that your brain doesn't fully develop until you hit 40.  You are not a child, I concur.  But you are not a complete adult.  Get to my age, look back at life, and realize how many times circumstances forced you to change your opinion about various subjects.   I wager that about ten years from now, the hellers will look back at their behavior and cringe.  They don't know any better and the adults around them are not teaching them to do the right thing.

So Misha’s primary fanbase are a bunch of children, who are spread around the globe, and who don't affect of the ratings, have generally no money of their own so they cant buy seats for his panel or photo-ops or raise a decent amount for anything he is auctioning.  They couldn't attend Indycon so it flopped.  Not that he has that many fans to start with.  And they don’t recognize that Misha is trolling them with destiel, because they are too young to understand. 

Misha has the dumbest cult following ever, because he attached him to Jensen and Dean.  And Jensen doesn't even spend anytime with Misha outside of work.  So the shippy calling card Misha waves will catch fire in his hands.  He is also attracting children and they will grow up to eventually change their mind and taste in men.  The influencers are likely to stick with him, unless they get bored with the lack of Jensen and move on.  So consequently, Misha and his hellers wont benefit each other in the long run.

Sol Atya & Sol Jenya

Sol Jenya

The slightly younger, slightly brighter/hotter/more volatile whitish-yellow mid-sized sun of the binary Basilea system.

Mythology

Sol Jenya is personified as a warrior, strategist, and explorer. After the Origin when all things in the universe–both physical and abstract–were spread through the cosmos, she sought the knowledge of the arts of war, diplomacy, and shipbuilding at the three equatorial points of the universe (traditionally, Basillans believe that the universe is a prism, but that’s a whole other post) [EDIT: this whole other post is now here] in the form of a scironis (a void-dwelling creature, looks kinda like a lionfish). Once she had found it she was formed into a sun and betrothed to her wife Sol Atya by the goddess Orellistia. She made a long journey through the five carmini (”ripples” of matter, like our galaxy’s spiral arms they just name/conceptualize them differently) of Andromeda to reach the site of her wedding and future home, committing acts of psychic heroism at the gate of each one and receiving clothes of light in return. Before the marriage she stayed with her aunt Sol Soraya until the galaxy had rotated once, reciting everything she had learned in her travels from start to finish. Soraya gave her a plasma sword called Intueri, which she carries in her core. Placed on a map or a battlefield, it spins like a compass needle to divine the correct path, but it’s impossible to know when it’s actually finished spinning. After her marriage, Jenya settled down and adopted (via gravitational pull, lol) three daughter worlds, including the (saturn-sized) gas planet Shali, who she would later battle for dominance of the system and possession of Atya’s magic spyglass.

Astrology

Those born under the light of Sol Jenya (that is, when it’s the sun closest to their planet/orbiter) are said to be outgoing, cunning, ambitious, high-energy, defensive/protective, and highly emotional yet ultimately dependable. Many are sailors, merchants, messengers, and soldiers, and although they’re considered more likely to work outside the home, they’re often pigeonholed as being more hands-on wives and mothers than their Atya counterparts (note: among the nobility and the very religious, astrology often dictates who’s considered eligible for marriage, with those born under opposite suns preferred matches. This is COMPLETELY IGNORED by everyone else, it’s never been “traditional,” it’s just a weird rich people custom/fundamentalist destigravitational thing. Obviously in systems outside Basilea it doesn’t even apply because they’ve got different stars).

Sol Atya

The slightly older and cooler/dimmer of the two yellow medium-sized suns of the Basilea system.

Mythology

Sol Atya was Orellistia’s daughter. She formed her from the dust surrounding her home in Andromeda’s central disk, and raised her as an apprentice, teaching her the rules and traditions of the cosmic Gravitational Order. Although Jenya was a shape-shifter until she settled into the form of a sun, Atya is almost always portrayed as looking like a normal astraea with a body until she grew to become one. As an adolescent she was sent to live with her aunt Sol Minerva, who was the only one able to translate the goddess’s teachings into material language and action. She did this by drawing them out of Atya’s bones, unraveling each one into fine gold thread from which she spun and wove a shining mantle. All the principles of science, laws of religion, mathematical equations, and instructions for building and running a household that would ever be discovered were written on it. When the last of her bones was unraveled and only her light left, she put on the mantle and became a sun at last. Her wedding gift from her aunt was a spyglass that could be used to see true reality. This gives her wisdom on par with the goddesses themselves but true reality is so complicated that she can only look through it once a year, on the Teregan winter solstice. The rest of the year she stays home (portrayal wise, generally in bed) thinking, writing and planning all the natural movements of the system for the following year.

I find her relatable.

Astrology

Those born under the light of Sol Atya are said to be spiritual, nurturing, levelheaded, diplomatic, a lil distractible/flaky, and deep thinkers. Many are business owners, government administrators, clergy, teachers, artists and academics. In the upper-class system of marriage roles they’re the anchor and head of a household–although they’re expected to stay in while their spouse does the adventuring and forges the relationships, they generally control finances and other logistical dealings.

Here to bring you fandom news & drama once again, Lord Pastel Lance now covers the scandal that’s been sweeping the fandom & has made it to not one, not two, but THREE different news media sites.

This is a landmark for the Voltron fandom folks, but first - Let’s take an in-depth look at how all this happened:

First: it all started with the now infamous Studio Mir leaks. The leaker in question was tumblr user mincoco, who had asked her mother to get mincoco a private tour at Studio Mir.

During this tour, she took photos of lined animation frames, concept art, voltron merch, voltron wall doodles by the animation staff & cgi models of voltron & the robeasts.

She then compiled them into 6 photosets & posted them onto tumblr. Afterwards, people enlarged some of her photos & pointed out that there were images of yet-to-be-seen characters, concept art & cgi models, too.

Immediately, mincoco blurred the images only to find out from Studio Mir that she SHOULDN’T have posted the images online at all. And, in fact, the leaks caused Mir to be in hot water with Dreamworks.

Now you may be thinking that all of this is mincoco’s fault. As an animation student, she should have known better than to post the photos.

HOWEVER - according to mincoco, Studio Mir did not follow professional guidelines & make her sign an NDA or tell her NOT to take photos in the first place. At one point, she even asked them if she could take close ups of a Lin Beifong (from Legend of Korra) figurine & they agreed to it.

This would explain why Mir got into trouble with Dreamworks, if they were partially at fault.

Point: NOBODY is going to get sued or lose their jobs because of this. This would be the WORST move for Dreamworks to make & the leaks did not spoil anything actually important. However, mincoco will most likely be blackballed from the industry because of this & Studio Mir’s professionalism will be in question from now on.

After this, mincoco immediately deleted the photosets & went into damage control, asking her followers to help her take down any reblogs & to remove the posts from their likes. Even fanart based off the leaks were taken down.

Meanwhile, Studio Mir tweeted out to people that the leaks needed to be taken down & that they had now banned ANY photography within the premises (& private tours, too probably).

Suddenly, an account, by the name of Klance14, popped up & tweeted at Mir:

We were alerted to this person through a private chat with a friend & went onto tumblr & twitter to investigate.

On tumblr, there were stragglers who were slow or reluctant to take down the leaks before finally being anon-shamed into doing so.

There were also people ignorantly reposting the leaks.

Eventually, these people all took down their leaks, but nevertheless, Klance14 managed to stand out from this crowd by directly BLACKMAILING Mir.

Now here, We.....struggled to get the details straight. Many claimed that Klance14 was just a troll, pointing out that the account was freshly made & had no followers or tweets. There were also claims that Klance14 had admitted to being a troll over DMs, but there was no proof of this shown in a screencap or something.

The strongest defense people have used is “A REAL Klance shipper would NEVER do something like this!”.

This is an incredibly false statement, given that many Klance/Shallura shippers, in the wake of ShalluraGate (a flood of angry tweets & posts made in reaction to news from WonderCon that Allura was a teenager), freaked out & created a petition AGAINST the VLD creators & saying that they had been “betrayed” & “manipulated” by the staff.

There is also the ongoing harassment of the staff & of other fans, all done by NAMED Klance fans, which is documented on Our Masterpost (which is updated weekly).

Fingers eventually pointed towards the Shaladins: People who shipped Shiro with anyone on the team. “It HAD to be a conspiracy theory by the Shaladins to make the Klance fandom look bad!” the Klancers cried, ignoring their long history of bothering & harassing the staff & the lightheadedness they were feeling from their tin hats being on too tightly.

Shance artist, sir-scandalous, was accused of being Klance14 (posts have been deleted from their blog, but here’s a screencap.)

Most importantly: Klance14′s own tweets were evidence that they were most likely NOT a troll.

They expressly AVOIDED people who swore & got mad at them, opting to only talk to people who spoke more neutrally towards them. If they were a troll trying to rile people up, they would have engaged their haters in more “LOL U MAD?” antics.

Instead, they got upset, huffy & distressed, with an overall self-righteous tone to their final tweets before a twitter user managed to talk them down & get them to delete the photos & the account. (You know, like an ACTUAL 15 year old who fucked up but doesn’t want to admit it.)

In fact, they even THANKED twitter user frickenmemes for talking them down & having a neutral civil conversation with them. That is NOT troll behavior (& even if it WAS a troll, why would they bother with such an elaborate ruse?)

Afterwards, another blackmail troll popped up, this time on tumblr. A user named trans--girl--pidge reposted the leaks & was demanding not only canon!Klance but also canon trans!Pidge. (They too, eventually deleted. It was so sudden that they were literally gone while We were creating a post warning about them.)

This one was far more likely to actually BE a troll, but they also had some pretty obscure fanart & edits reblogged on their account before deletion, so We’re kind of iffy on that.

Also, they actually HAD reposted the leaks & didn’t just threaten to. They also said that they WEREN’T a troll & got extremely upset at people who got annoyed with them.

Their fast deletion is incredibly suspect, so We’re betting that there’s the chance of them being a troll is 50/50.

One of the obscure fanedits they reblogged, We noticed this one in particular because of Lance’s ears......they just look strange:

Like We said, there wasn’t a lot of proof that these people aren’t trolls. In fact, there were even supporters of Klance14 on twitter & We, the Glorious Lord Pastel Lance, were even accused of being trans--girl--pidge by one of the many Klancers scuttling around screaming “troll! troll!” on every post made about the blackmailing.

Yeah, this person ISN’T a troll by the way. They’re serious about this.

By now, as We had predicted & warned: casuals & normies did not care about the semantics or whether or not Klance14 was a troll, they just saw “Klance Shippers Gone Wild!” & spread the news everywhere.

Three (poorly researched) news articles were made about the topic, with dozens of Klancers flocking the comment sections, desperate to correct misinformation, (the news articles confused mincoco with Klance14), but more importantly to cry “Not all Klancers!” & throw the blame onto Shaladins instead.

Klancers began to blame Shaladins for everything, as mincoco was considered a Shaladin (even though they were happily reblogging the leaks & chatting about them less than a day ago.)

Mombot on twitter got in on the action & attracted the scorn & disgust of a Dreamworks employee (possibly a VLD staff member as she has VLD sketches on her blog).

At this point, it was far too late for damage control. The Klancers had been exposed to the outside world & all their denials seemed to make the evidence more believable.

In fact, the damage control was only making things worse -- they were crying “troll! troll!” & “Not all Klancers!” but providing no proof to back up their words. The ones outside the fandom weren’t buying it & the ones in the fandom were annoyed by the hypocrisy & ignorance. (Where was the outcry in the Klance tag when the VAs: Keaton, Kaplan & Shada, were being harassed by Klance fans? Where were the “Reblog if you’re Klance shipper who’s not crazy” posts then? NOWHERE. Because the Klancers didn’t care & just buried their tinhat wearing heads in the sand like cowards.)

Real damage control would have been to apologize to both Studio Mir & Dreamworks for the fandom, but that came far too late.

Like We said: it doesn’t matter if the blackmailers were trolls -- when people heard that this had happened, nobody was shocked. The Klancedom has had a shitty awful reputation for MONTHS now -- to the point where people heard this & thought “I’m not even surprised that a Klance fan did this.”

It’s just that everybody outside the fandom knows about this now. Klancers can’t just bury their heads in the sand & pretend that nothing happened.
