Why does the bot post of seemingly invented/nonsense language get oc tags?

eoc/effigy of composure is an iterator that goes insane because of a parasitic infection. he eventually devolves from making some sense to making little sense to constantly outputting jargled data with no rime or reason

rfis/river flows in spring is a linguistics-oriented iterator with a similar fate except he loses his mind for other reasons and ends up communicating in language soup. he actually makes perfect sense but he's making sentences by chopping up many languages, some of which are his own conlangs that only he knows, so pretty much nobody can understand any of it except for him

the nonsense text looked like something both of them might say late into their respective developments
