Can we talk about Tommie specifically? He just sort of rubs me the wrong way design wise. Eddie up there is....bad too but he's so basic but man both of these guys deserve better designs

I do enjoy it when people draw their own takes on Eddworld USA and giving us a Tordie and a Mattie because it feels so genuine and not a joke. And that's my issue, Eddie and Tommie here are jokes and are just "ha ha gross American frat boys"

Like, we don't have many characters of color in this series and we get one and he's a joke. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth

I'd adore of Eddworld USA was revisited canonically but I doubt that'll ever happen

At the very least Beyond DID do better and actually gave pretty good designs

Not my birth name, but the name I use here (Eddie) is a remnant from my Eddsworld phase haha.

when was the last time you cried?

Two days ago! It wasn't over anything serious though, just got a little too drunk and got emotional over the past LOL.

do you have kids?

Nah, and I don't want any either. Just not the kind of lifestyle I want for myself! I love my niece though!

do you use sarcasm a lot?

Not too often, just for jokes sometimes, but it's not really part of how I speak to any significant degree.

what’s the first thing you notice about people?

Hmm. I'm not a very observant person so it's hard to say! Besides really obvious visual things I guess I would say how they act towards me.

SCARY MOVIES!! Horror is my favorite genre, I'm so obsessed with horror movies and media haha.

Hmm, not really! I'm double-jointed in my shoulders, but that's about it. I wouldn't say I'm particularly skilled at anything outside of writing and drawing haha

So uh,, I have this SU AU, and I’ve had the idea of the EW USA guys as gems for a while.  Tommie a dark-blue sapphire, Eddie a Green Beryl and Mattie a very pale-pearl. With the help of @xdipp I made Mattie. ihadtochangehisfuckncoloratleast3times Anyway, tadahhh doodles.

I just saw a ask about the USA eddsworld au for your au, and I was wondering if you could explain the USA boys for me because you said Matt is not maxx father.

In USA it's canon that Mattie and Tordie are a couple. Tordie is bi (im pretty sure) but Mattie us gay.

So Tobi and Maxx both have different people as their dads but the same moms in this au. Anya (Anna in this au) and Amanda are single moms with no conact with the birth fathers.

Roxxi and Susan are also single moms but only because they never married Eddie and Tommy (who are the dads)
