I've been feeling so out of it (kin wise) recently

I'm questioning at least three different new characters, and I just feel a bit lost. Maybe it's just my stressful schedule, but I'm not feeling grounded at all. I feel like I keep just getting glimpses of myself, and it's only when I go into really intense and brief kin shifts.

Those said kin shifts have also been like, fucking terrible. Been getting a ton of really bad memoires, and lots of weird phantom wing/fang shifts as well.

Anyway, just needed to ramble out into the world

Not really? I more so get stuff like phantom wings or phantom fangs

I've made a few kin playlists, so I listen to those on a basically daily basis! I sometimes miss people from my sources, or things I used to do

The Vampirekin community is very nice and welcoming in my experience, but the fictionkin community can be a bit standoffish. I sometimes feels like I'm not meant to in it, like I'm not "qualified".

When I stay up late enough to see the sunlight start to come through, looking at the glow in the dark stars on my ceiling, listening to Queen, and MANY MORE

Sometimes? It's less dysphoria, but more so "damn, I wish I could still do this, I used to be able to..." or missing people from my sources.

Don't be afraid to reach out to others!! More often than not, they'll be super friendly and helpful! Don't be afraid to ask questions, and do research!

What I have I wouldnwouldn't classify as traditional "gear". I have things that make my vampirekin self very happy, I own a version of Crowley's glasses, but gold instead of silver due to a skin condition I have (huh....silver...coincidence? Lol), and I have a very nice pair of Converse that I added star beads to the laces on them (the stars glow in the dark!!)

Idk? I mean, I'm Metis, so the whole idea of being reborn is something that's taught, but I don't really know! It does feel like my soul has been body hopping (idk what the nice and correct term would be), so that kinda explains it in my books!

whats the most fun thing to do as a vampire??

Oooo! The most fun thing to me would probably be outfits! The way I see it, is some of my outfits are simply the aesthetic that I used to dress in, and sometimes they're representing specific kin memories! I have a few articles of clothing that I specifically remember wearing something similar to before!

I was having quite bad feelings all of today, plus a very intense Tenth Doctor shift so I found one of those paper craft thingies and made a paper TARDIS (Will include pics of both the paper craft sheet for y'all to use, and what it ended up looking like!)

It was quite easy to do, and quite fun!

It had - okay, it hadn’t really started innocently, because Eddie is a red-blooded man, okay, barely out of his teenage years, and Chrissy is - Chrissy. She’s hot, and smart, and he’s beginning to realize that she’s not just hanging out with him because of a pity thing, but because she’s into him. And - and Eddie is not a good man always, okay. He tries to be, he does good things for people, he sticks up for the nerdy kids at school, he’s polite to girls, he invites freshmen into his DnD club and sets them up for life. He tries to do good things - but sometimes the invasive thoughts win - and they’d won once, about a week ago, and she’d done nothing to stop it.

So, it’d started out like this: Eddie teaching Chrissy how to drive the van - in his lap. A week ago. And then it’d turned into Chrissy sitting in his lap because the van heater didn’t always work and - fucking body heat sharing and maybe that had been a stretch of a move but it’d worked. And then - one kiss to her cheek. And then another to her other cheek. A kiss to her nose and - Somewhere along the line they’d started making out like, well, high schoolers in his van. Steaming up the windows on the driver’s side and nearly honking the horn a few times - actually honking it on one rememberable occasion, waking Rick Lipton’s ass and earning Eddie an earful about it the next day. 

And it’s - it’s real fucking nice. Her lips are sweet flavored and soft against his chapped ones, and her body is like a fucking - hot piece of heaven against his. Knees parted awkwardly around his waist and the drivers seat, and her weight resting on his thighs, his stupid, overly eager dick and everything is - it’s fucking great. Amazing. Fantastic. 

He doesn’t have a condom, and that’s the only reason he stops it - or tries to at least. Tearing his face from hers with a groan that rumbles in his chest. Murmuring her name like it’s the only thing he knows as her face drifts to his throat and his fingers find the warmth of her thighs. Pressing dimples into plush skin as he feels her mouth open and - oh.

Tucking the apex of her thighs against him, so close that he can feel the heat from her through her cute little pastel shorts - and she can undoubtedly feel his erection against the back of her thigh, her ass.

“Chrissy, Chrissy, baby.” He pleads, sounding dazed. Kneading at her behind with strong fingers, trying to encourage her hips to roll against his even as he protests pathetically, the excuse sounding flimsy even to his own ears. “I don’t - I don’t have a condom.”
