I find it amazing(sarcasm) how in the last like two decades Marvel just wants to get rid of Eddie as Venom without killing him.

He's had his symbiote removed twice now. They made him Anti-Venom, they make him an enemy of Agent Venom by doing the Toxin thing, he and the symbiote came back for like 8 years and now they separated them again and Eddie is with a character who by code is a villain (Carnage), While All New Venom is trying to sell us this new symbiote Host like super cool and charismatic, look at him/her! you're gonna love him/her!

I feel like the writers just don't know what to do with Eddie, but are SO desperate to keep him away from the symbiote, even if they are one of the most beloved duos in the franchise because of how iconic they are as Venom.

I don't know if Marvel is trying to make us hate Eddie by returning him to the path of murder and probably making him conspire with Carnage... But that's not going to happen. At least not for me. Eddie has really become my favorite Marvel character by far, no matter what he do, literally just looking at Eddie Brock: Carnage preview and seeing his stupid face already fixed me for today xd

I'd really like to see Eddie's comic get more support than All New Venom, just so the writers see that Eddie is also a good character on his own and you can't just use the symbiote's face everywhere to take easy buys. But that would be technically dreaming, because many people believe that Venom is defined by the symbiote and not by Eddie.

I don't know what the general public thinks about this

But I do think it's very interesting. Almost every time we see Eddie and Carnage interacting it's with Cletus in between and Symby obviously. But now it's just the two of them

I can't imagine what's going on, I don't know if it'll be something like Venom: #24 from 2020 or if they'll really cooperate together as a team to achieve a specific goal or if each one will go for their own goal and try to kill each other in the process. But it's great to see them together, just the two of them, no one in between.

I really want to see Eddie talking to the Carnage symbiote and fighting him and arguing about how many people they can eat today and how many they will eat tomorrow while Carnage responds angrily back!!

And you know what? It could be a good father-son moment for the first time in their entire lives. I hope they don't kill each other 😋💕

Also, you can't help but notice that it's "Eddie Brock: Carnage", not "Carnage: Eddie Brock" (If you know what I mean). Eddie is finally a big enough character to have his own comic line and not just be "Venom:" or "Spiderman:"
