To all my ED sisters and brothers

Hey, tough ed week but I’ve been trying to stay motivated and fighting. I went with my cravings this week because of the stress i’ve been under and felt guilty about my food choice after the fact but I did not get rid of it! I wouldn’t even let myself try.

Heres something you should know about regarding my health: Every since my ED surfaced back in high school I have been worried my heart will stop. I wanted to leave this earth but scared at the same time that I would if that makes any sense. I may still be slightly depressed but I am no where near where I once was except my ED still haunts me whether it’s regarding my food choice or my heart. Once I got my first fit bit it was before it had the heart monitor built in. I saved up my income to afford one with the heart monitor feature. I have had it for several years but lately I’ve been forgetting to charge it. The crazy thing is since this summer I have been having heart palpitations and a pulsating sensation in my abdomen. Because of my other symptoms my doctor believes I have a weak heart valve- that feeds into my abdomen. Basically - it does’t function all the way typically except when it needs to it over compensates. This doesn’t have anything to do with my past ED, I don’t think,  however what I worried about might be coming true. 

I’ll let you know more after my ultrasound.
