1 bag peanut powder 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup oats 2/3 cup chocolate chips ¼ tsp salt 1.5 cups soy milk
Directions
Use a blender or food processor to grind the oats until they are fine.
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, then add the soy milk. Mix until well combined and ingredients start to form a dough-like substance.
Roll-up dough into balls, about golf-ball size, or about 2 ounces. Place in fridge, and serve cold.

1 lb dry chickpeas 2 lemons, juiced and zested 1/2 cup of your best EVOO 1 bunch parsley 4 cloves of garlic season with salt, to taste
TIP: I used a food processor to mince the garlic and parsley together. If you don’t have a food processor, you can always use the good ol’ chop method.
Directions
Soak chickpeas over night.
Next day, boil chickpeas on low for 90 minutes in salted water. Give them a peak & stir once in a while.
Remove from heat and drain. IMPORTANT: While chickpeas are still hot, add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well.
