Hard to see but making a #homegrowninhawaii tea. Beautiful thing is these were all grown in someone's yard or on a farm where I know the farmer. Lemongrass, mamaki (native to only Hawaii), vanilla bean, Meyer lemon, ginger root. #eatrealfoodhawaii #eatlocal #abundance

What to do with leftover oatmeal you had for breakfast. Mix organic frozen veggies (Costco), spices (I used basil, oregano, cayenne and black peoper, garlic, sea salt and lemon juice), onion, and some leftover wild Alaskan salmon. Drop it in a lettuce leaf and lunch is served! #eatrealfoodhawaii

Forgot this in the freezer. Slushes up well! Yummy super juice with Hawaiian spirulina, bee pollen and some tropical fruit swag! Bonus = not pasteurized but UV light processed. (Keeps more nutrients alive than killing it dead!). Thanks Govinda's! #eatrealfoodhawaii

These play nicely together on a hot n healthy day in Hawaii ne! Hawaii (in season) grown mango + dragon fruit + Oregon frozen blueberries. Just look at the side bennies of eating dragon fruit alone! Short version #dragonfruithealthbenefits = HIGH vita C content (one whole fruit contains 100 mg which is more than rda!) minerals, calcium, fiber, but b1-2&3, good for skin - gout - heavy metal detox - cholesterol - bones! #happyhealthysnacking!! #eatrealfoodhawaii
