Repost @johnnymcgogogomez ・・・ Doing the open this year is extra special and extra hard. I'm doing it with my gym only. Not expecting to much due to my heart attack. The problem is in my head i know what I should be getting. Im still competitive as fuck. I waited until Wed night so I would not be able to redo it and would not be able to sign up through HQ. Right after I was upset for 30 sec. Took my cool down walk and remembered I'm alive and I'm not far off where I should be. Just gotta put the work in. I'm glad my mind let me enjoy this and I am truly happy happy happy. Learning to be happy. At 47 im still learning.
