tbh i think the transmisogyny problem on this site is so widespread at this point that nothing short of a complete overhaul of moderation protocol is going to fix it. the current system as outlined by that guy on staff whos digging his own grave rn is apparently purely based on responding to user-submitted support tickets, which relies on A) the users on this site having enough trust in the moderators to believe that submitting a support ticket might actually make some sort of difference, and B) the users on this site not WEAPONIZING that same support ticket system to unfairly target users who they dislike for personal reasons. Neither of these conditions were likely to be met even BEFORE staff had multiple scandals regarding unfair moderation of transfeminine users' content, and any trust that users may have had in that system has been completely eroded now. If staff GENUINELY wants to address this problem, they need to be proactive about it. there are plenty of tags where these people are known to gather. There is literally an entire third-party browser extension dedicated to flagging unsafe individuals. It's not like they're difficult to find. We've seen pretty clearly that staff has the ability to nuke blogs and tags entirely. The fact that they won't even HIDE tags like #radfem, #terfs please interact, etc. shows that they don't actually have any intention of making this site safer for trans women. they just want everyone to shut up about it. Even just removing the ability for terfs to find each other on this site could make a huge difference, but rather than do the bare minimum staff has decided to let one guy make whiny excuses and very loudly and publicly misgender a trans woman who they nuked for no reason. fucking embarrassing fr

silly one piece headcanon where tiktok existed in canonverse and the heart pirates shared one tiktok account so their fyp is an amalgamation of everyone's preferences which worked out fine until the algorithm redirected them to a luffy edit created by the barto club.

at first, they brushed it off but suddenly there was a collection, cheekily named as 👒. no big deal for the hearts, they respected the strawhats and held luffy in high regard.

the crew knows one person responsible for the otherwise sappy shenanigan and confronting their captain isn't an issue except the hearts are secretly sending his pictures directly to the strawhats (it was an achievement to hide the entire thing from law) and the latest update that they got was luffy filled an entire album full of law's photos.

another little lore tidbit: the central kingdoms military is called the "capitol guard," and the m-34th is just one of the probably hundreds of military regiments within it. they all have the same general look/structure to their uniforms (including the color), but only the emblem on the hats and badge thing changes

the m-34th is supposed to be, for the most part, out of the public knowledge, or at least blended into to other capitol guard officers. so youd see a lot of soldiers walking around the capitol but unless youre close enough to see the emblem you dont actually know what regiment theyre from (and 99% of the public doesnt know what any of the emblems even mean, so unless youre a witch you wouldnt be able to pick out an m-34th person until theyre close enough)

the idea is that since there's a lot of magic-erasure in society and witches just blend in, these guys are supposed to as well. so youd see an officer in a white uniform visiting some local business somewhere, and youd think "Oh they're getting lunch." and they MIGHT be, but also it could be one of those witch check-ups kind of thing.

also good for doing missions since theres capitol guard outposts in a lot of cities and towns, so if they needed to dispatch an m-34th officer specially to somewhere outside the central kingdom it wouldnt necessarily raise a lot of eyebrows from the locals or hint at some kind of magic-going-on's in any way

so we went to the Nokia Arena show and it looked so cool and it sounded so cool and I was dancing and singing and screaming and Niko played a medley on the piano and brb I'm gonna paint red BC logos on my piano too and he also rapped in Finnish ("kun mä huudan havuja te huudatte PERKELE") and they dressed in white and played the Backstreet Boys cover and it was so much fun and we went to the offical after party and they came to say hi there too (minus Niko) and Samy was there and I talked to him and Tommi walked right past us when we were about to leave and I said "hi" and he said "yeah pls leave me alone" and a lot of fun was had in the form of laughing and dancing and singing and I love you all can we do this again immediately pls pls pls I don't wanna go back to living my boring life 😭

im so sorry but the conversation on here about palestine gofundmes is so stupid like this is THE site known for having funraising scams. half the most iconic stories relating to this stupid site are based around people lying on fundraisers and running off with the fuckin money.

and like clockwork over the years i have gotten so many scammy "hi this is {insert recent event} and we need money" from a burner looking blog like yeah i think its reasonable to be wary so you make sure your money actually goes to palestinians.

im very glad theres a vetted list of legit fundraisers and that people are taking the effort to do that. but guys come on. if youre a skeptic of a tumblr blog that doesn't mean you don't give a shit.
