EAH Dorm Rooms Headcanons pt 21

Supporting Cast Addition

You know them, you love them, you wished you had character info/ doll of them! It's the supporting characters of EAH!

During EAH run there were many background characters in the show and book that we were curious about. Sadly, some stayed on the pages of the book series or had a limit screen time in the webseries.

I will not do all of the background characters because that would take too long.

Prudence and Charlotte Dorm

Both girls have wicked destinies, but one just wants to dance and the other just wants to play sports.

Prudence and Charlotte Step are Ashlynn's future stepsisters (step cousins) and are destined to be cruel to Ashlynn once the current Cinderella dies and her father marries one of the Evil Step-Librarians.

When, they were first introduced in 'Ashlynn Fashion Frolic' where they hijack Ashlynn's fashion show. In the end they get their karma when Ashlynn's curse turns the designer gowns into potato sacks leaving the sisters humiliate and punished by Headmaster Grimm by putting on a show without his permission and making a mess in the cafeteria.

Like most siblings Prudence and Charlotte share a room both at home and at school.

Due to Ashlynn's destiny she cleans their room and makes their outfits for them. Luckily Ashlynn has her friends and woodland critters to help her. When they befriend Ashlynn they clean their room themselves.

Their room is messy on purpose so Ashlynn will have a hard time cleaning up. Between the Wonderlanders and Sparrow Hood they're in the middle. Sparrow being 1st place, the Steps being 2nd place, and the Wonderlanders being 3rd place.

Their dorm is either the same size as Ashlynn & Briar or Duchess and Lizzie. It's a mixture of both elegant and tacky with a ton of gold motifs. Their canopy beds, vanity sets, and other furniture is made of gold.

Thier divider walls would have pictures of themselves, friends, mother, and aunt. It's not until they become friends with Ashlynn do they add her to the mix.

Prudence (the purple one) has a love for dancing despite not being good at it. Her side of the dorm has a ballet bar, a lot of cds to dance to, and a lot of space to dance.

Charlotte (the red one) has a love of football (and maybe other sports) and has football equipment, trophies, and exercise gear on her side of the dorm.

Lilly-Bo and Muffy's dorm

One loses her sheep every two seconds and one loses her curds after getting scared by a spider.

Both girls are from popular nursery rhymes and have animal companions in their tales.

I'm gonna be honest the reason I paired these two together was because of the pastel aesthetic they had going on with Lilly-Bo having a cottagecore and Muffy maybe having a pastel goth vibe.

Lilly-Bo's side of the dorm:

Lilly-Bo is the future Little Bo Peep and is doing a great job of that by losing her sheep. Not much is known about her due to being a background character except her best friend is the son of the Hero of Haarlem and she loses her sheep.

Lilly-Bo has a total of five sheep whom she cares for despite losing them. Due to their size and how many there are they sleep in the stable like the other large pets at night but can roam around the school with Lilly-Bo during the day.

Lilly-Bo's side of the dorm has a pastel and cottagecore vibe.

Her side of the dorm is filled with sheep motifs. She would have a collection of sheep plushies.

She owns a ton of running shoes to keep up with her sheep and owns a few trophies from track and field.

Due to her destiny Lilly-Bo as a collection of crooks and bonnets for every occasion. She even has bonnets for her sheep.

Muffy's side of the dorm:

Muffy is the future Little Miss Muffet who'll eat curds and whey and gets scared off by a spider. Not much is known about her due to her appearing late in the series, what is known is she's a good business woman with a love of spiders and yo-curd.

Muffy doesn't fear Mr. Spider and are in fact business partners seeing as she runs a frozen yo-curd buisiness.

Mr. Spider is a family fan and a lot of Muffy's products (like the cup she holds above) are inspired by him.

Like I said above about Mr. Spider being an influence of Muffy most of her furniture and clothes have spiderweb designs on them.

She totally has fairy lights and many tuffets throughout her side of the dorm.

She most likely isn't in her dorm that much due to running her business. She mainly uses it for homework, sleep, and to come up with new flavors for her yo-curd stand.

Harley's side of the dorm:

He's the son of a hero who saved the town by flooding with his thumb and is living up to his destiny when he's not distracted.

Not much is known about her due to being a background character except her best friend is Lilly-Bo, he's in Apple's fan club, and he plugs up leaks.

Due to his story, he takes pride in his Dutch heritage and has Dutch design and his room and tulips.

For the sake of irony, he has a waterbed that leaks a lot.

Lilly-Bo gives him blankets and sweaters that are made from her sheep's wool. Harley treasures them and finds them super comfy.

Due to always stopping leaks, Harley has nail kit and bandages to fix broken nails and hand masks to give his hands a break.

He also has repair kits with tape and cement to fix leaks himself.

He's a huge fan of Apple White and has posters and autographs of her surrounding his room.

Tiny's side of the dorm:

He's a giant with a heart as big as he is.

Tiny is the future Giant in Jack and the Beanstalk and despite being the antagonist he's a big sweetheart.

Being the tallest student at Ever After High School he has the biggest dorm in the school, tower, or stays above the clouds in a beanstalk.

His bed is made out of clouds and is one of the softest beds in school.

Before Headmaster Grimm sabotaged him Tiny was on the same dance level as Duchess, and he is very athletic to be on the school's football team. So, his dorm room is big enough for him to move around.

Tiny is athletic and is on many sports teams so he has a case full of trophies, but being a giant the trophies are tiny and are in a little case like a collector with tiny porcelain dolls.

Lily White's side of the dorm:

She's a chess piece set to be queen.

Lily only appeared briefly in 'Way Too Wonderland' so not much is known about her.

Like the other Wonderlanders she is messy most likely doesn't have a roommate due to arriving so late in the year.

Her room is designed like a chess board and chess motifs throughout her room.

Has a canopy bed and other chess furniture.

She'd be into chess and croquet so she has the equipment in her room.

Three Little Pigs and Three Billy Goats Gruff :

Two sets of brothers (maybe triplets) who supply the comic relief in the series.

Both were seen in the beginning of the series until the show decided to replace the Three Little Pigs for the Three Billy Goats Gruff for some strange reason. In my opinion they should've kept both and make them have a rivalry with each other (especially the smallest of the groups).

While the school normally has two to a dorm room the Three Little Pigs and Three Billy Goats Gruff's are the only ones with three to a dorm.

They have triple bunkbeds with the youngest at the top bunk and oldest at the bottom bunk.

Since they're the shortest students their dorm is the same size as Duchess & Lizzie, Cupid & Blondie, or Ramona & Justine.

The room is divided in three sections so each pig and goat gets his own space.

I don't think it's a race issue so much as a status issue. The people who are still connected to their stories and have titles and the ability to attend EAH are higher status than the non-story people. Then within the story people, the royals are higher status than the villains. This is part of why Blondie is so desperate to maintain her status as a royal: cuz without that, she's not even a villain - just a regular.

She runs a major company but is also the queen of ever after, which is the kingdom EAH is located in. It's the most prestigious/important queendom in the realm

There are dozens of Charming families with no relation to each other. These supply all the Prince Charmings for the royal girls to marry. Also, any family with a daughter can supply an unrelated Damsel in Distress for a royal boy to marry. This is how they avoid incest.

He got trapped there by the Evil Queen's curse. He couldn't leave until he and Bunny found that way out in the show

They're using more sanitized versions of the story. Think Disney-esque. For instance, we can see that the evil step sisters from last generation's Cinderella were not forced to mutilate themselves or die. They were just librarians

Yeah! My theory is that that is why Faybelle is so bored with her mom and interested in the Evil Queen instead. I imagine the fear for Maleficent/Black Fairy dwindles in the non-sleeping beauty generations, especially since that generation's Maleficent doesn't even need to do anything evil

I really don't like darling x rosabella either. I think she helped him, and for him it was monumental so I could see him having a crush on her afterwards, that would wear off once he realized they don't really mesh. But for her, that's an every day thing. I don't think she'd think much of it or be interested in him at all. Although, personally I think of Cerise as a lesbian and his bestie, and prefer Daring x Lizzie

Dexter is short for Dexterous, which is also a word. But yeah, the Charming siblings' names couldve been better

Omg this is so fun. Darling could've been Dreamy or Delicate. The boys could've been Dapper or Diplomatic (great name for the heir). Gender neutral names couldve been Delightful, Dutiful, Dazzling, Dignified, Diligent, or Decent. Imagine all your siblings get nice, inspiring adjectives and you get... decent. It's like poor ol' Good-Enough Charming

There could be unrelated Huntsmen like how there are unrelated Charmings. Or, the EAH version of Snow White might not have a huntsman. I think if he had 2 dads, they would've had 2 sons, to make sure both their legacies were carried on. So maybe for this headcanon, he has a sibling who isn't at EAH at the same time due to age gaps

I always headcanoned it that those were the character's ideas of who those roles are that they were talking to. Briar saw Apple cuz she's closer to her than her mom so she thinks of her first. Raven saw a scary woman cuz she's scared of her future in this path

Same as my prior theory. Blondie isn't super close with Lizzie and has probably done a lot of research on the current queens, so that's who she thinks of as encapsulating that role

I think they're ignoring the step parent part and just making the story be about peer rivals

Do you guys think fairytale people look down on those who aren’t from a fairytale? Because, Ever After High seems to be the most like prestige school, but not everyone can go to it. Is there like racism going on between fairytale people and normal people?

It’s said many times that Apple will be like, the future queen, but when we meet Snow White she’s a fucking capitalist. Also Apple being queen means kinda nothing cause half the school are royalty and will grow up to become kings and queens. That title doesn’t mean anything

We had like, ten kids from wonderland, but no Oz kids? I feel like a Dorothy child would be very obvious, like what the hell, same with the witches

The school actively encourages evil people to be evil, then become surprised when they are evil. Like, Evil Queen cursing Wonderland and almost taking over the world? That’s on you, principal

Also can we place lock up the principal in jail? He lied and manipulated his students, stole from Raven, and kept his brother cursed and locked up in the basement. Like, ???? The brother comes back and is just like “Oh I missed you so much brother” like no!!!!!! Get that man out of here!!!!!

Do the fairytale people reproduce like, asexually, or do we have a ton of inbreeding between the royals? Well, it would be the most realistic aspect of the show

Hot take: Apple is a great character. Like yeah she’s a little selfish, but when we’re shown how she was raised it’s fully understandable that she’s so obsessed with fulfilling her destiny, but she’s never rude or bitchy, not ever really to Raven. Also she gets better! Active character development! She’s one of my favorites

Why the fuck is Allister frolicking in Wonderland. Bro Alice came back, she left that place, yet everyone is just like “Yep he’s a wonderlandian”, like no! Also he’s a royal? Bro you can’t be a royal, you were actively rebelling against your story by going to wonderland early

It’s a little messed up how many of the kids are like, being forced to die. Like Ramona? She will be fucking gutted after eating her sister if she goes with her story. Like what is this school, what are these rules?

Apart from Sparrow, surprisingly, everyone of the boy designs are so fucking boring. Ew

I love the direction they took for Briar. I think they kinda realized after the first episode that shit, it’s kinda weird that this girl who’s destiny it is to sleep for 100 years to just be fine with it. Briar is also one of my faves

Speaking of the sleeping beauty story tho, do you think it’s rare for the school to have a sleeping beauty? Cause we’re shown that this school has housed like, generations of fairytale characters, but since Sleeping beauty clocks out for a hundred years, and probably only had a child after that, they must only get her like, every fourth or fifth generation. Kinda interesting actually

Daring X Cerise > Daring X Rosabella. Like idk, maybe it’s that Cerise can like, fully challenge him in his views, forcing him to become better in a way. Like, with Rosabella it feels more like an “I can fix him <3” mindset, while with Cerise it’s more “I can knock him down a peg”. I just thought they had a better dynamic, idk

Speaking of the Charming family, gf and I fucking hate Dexter’s name. Like, Daring and Darlings names match each other so well, not just that they sound alike but that they have meanings. Dexter is just a boring name

We tried to come up with name ideas, Dating was the funniest one to us, but we thought Dastardly was kinda fun.

Like, our thought process was that he was meant to be like, the classic jealous twin brother, always looking to sabotage his perfect older bro, except he wasn’t that at all. Like, a running joke would be that it would look like he was sabotaging Daring, or like being mean, but then the camera would like zoom out or smt and show that he was like, playing a video game or just doing something completely different. It would have been more fun, plus it would have given Dexter like an actual personality instead of just, inferiority complex the person

Dashing could also have been an idea for a name

Kitty should have a tail. As should her milf of a mother have. Also like, real cat ears instead of just a hat or a headband. It feels obvious

I mean Bunny has actual bunny ears, plus she can transform into a bunny, but why is the cat just like A Girl

How can Hunter belong to both the Little red ringing hood story, and Snow White. Is his dad just a mad multitasker, or does he have two dads? I like the second option honestly

The storybeat of the characters all living through each others story honestly should have been like, an entire special. It’s the most interesting thing the show did, and I wish we could have seen more, cause it lasted only like seven minutes. But that gives us more time to see that thrilling book all storyline, amiright?!

Briar’s moment was especially heart aching, and I wish we'd gotten more of it

But like, since Briar as the evil queen saw Apple poisoned instead of her mum, does that mean that Raven was talking to herself in her story

But at the same time, Blondie saw the current queen of hearts instead of Lizzie, so like what's going on

Snow White and The Evil Queen have like the vibe of high school rivals/ex girlfriends, and they did go to school together, but like Queenie is literally her step mom. Like what. If Raven were to live out her story, would that mean that she would marry Apple's dad? Whoever that is?

The more you think about the lore of this world the more it doesn't make sense, but it also becomes like incredibly dark

The Pied Piper is one of if not my favorite fairytales, but I hate how he is represented in this show. Like he kidnapped children and then drowned them, that man shouldn't be a teacher!

Also white queen is a teacher at ever after, yet her daughter is still in wonderland. Like bitch just left her there, what the hell.

I love that they didn’t make any of the princesses stuck up bitches, like Descendants did. Like, the girls are all kind, with vibrant personalities and a lot of love for the people around them. The closest thing to the “mean girl” stereotype is Duchess actually

But Duchess makes total sense! She fucking drowns at the end of her story, of course she wants another one. Why is Raven’s rebellion praised but Duchesses scorned? Also why is she a royal, girlypop is literally trying to steal other people’s happily ever after, she a rebel

Alternative ending to the thronecoming wishing well thing

So I think we’re all aware that in the EAH world theres a clear hierarchy on whos role is more important within those who are destined to be protagonists or heroes. Like I know Apple mentions somewhere in the Shannon Hale series that Milton Grimn considers all roles equally as important but its so obvious that the man plays favorites, and he plays them HARD. It’s literally mentioned multiple times that the Snow White story is the greatest, most important story in Fairytale history, and ESPECIALLY the Snow White Legacy. It’s implied that the legacies/roles of Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella are also up there in terms of importance, to the point where I just headcanon them as “the big 3” of this hierarchy. But overall in terms of rankings, it seems like those who are born into royalty are the ones who rank the highest while commoners are ranked on the lower scale. Again keep in mind that this is just counting non-villainous destinies. Which brings me to my next point.

Like I just mentioned theres an obvious ranking on whos the most beloved Protagonist/Hero in the fairytale world, but there also seems to be a major hierarchy on whos the most feared/respected villain, and yet nobody seems to talk about that. Like obviously the Evil Queen is at the top there, I mean come on, people literally cower in fear at the mention of her name even tho shes locked in a mirror prison. But even so in Faybelle’s diary its implied that the Dark Fairy is second to the Evil Queen on this ranking of the most malicious and feared villains, and I’m not questioning it because to me, theres more than enough evidence to back it up in “Fairy’s got talent”. I mean, at one point we get a flashback into Faybelle’s childhood and in one scene where she’s walking around town with her mom, and everyone nearby are bows their heads, and when she and Faybelle walk into the tailoring shop, the tailor legit sounds so freaking terrified the whole time while in the Dark Fairy’s presence. Everyone with the exception of her villian comrades, fear her, and so they talk to her with the utmost respect, because not only is she the most powerful fairy in the land, but also god forbid ANYONE angers her even slightly cause we ALL know what happens when her wrath is invoked. So it makes total sense that only the Evil Queen beats her out in this ranking on whos the most feared.

Now I don’t really know where the Candy witch would stand here, because in EAH she doesn’t ACTUALLY eat children, and we learn that thats just a rumor. So shes feared, but people don’t actually have a true reason to fear her like they do with the Evil Queen and the Dark Fairy. As for the Big Bad Wolf, I feel like he’d place way lower on the list cause like….if Milton Grimn trusts him enough to be around the students as a teacher, then he cant be THAT feared. Look, I get he didn’t actually follow his destiny but obviously most people dont know that, so my assumption is that they most likely take him as the “I just followed my destiny cause I was supposed to, but now I’m just trying to live my life in peace without bothering anybody” kind of man. And look, I’m not trying to say that he doesn’t scare anybody, I mean he IS widely known as a villain after all, and a pretty strict teacher at that, but he doesn’t go out looking to do more harm than he’s asked to. The same thing goes for the Step Librarians. But with them, I’d actually say that they’d go even lower on the list, cause unlike Mr Badwolf, they don’t really pose as big of a threat outside of their story.

Overall, I find it interesting and rather appropriate that theres a hierarchy for which villain is most dangerous, be it for their abilities, motives, and how much of a threat they truly impose outside of their stories.

Ever After High x Twisted Wonderland AU  Headcanons part 6

So, after those few continuity headcanons parts let’s go back to more general headcanons! ^^

This part will focus on the EAH teachers who left the school and who were hired in NRC.

General:

-After most of the students were withdraw from the school, a good portion of the teachers got fed up with headmaster Grimm’s nonsense and decided to leave the school to be hired in others school.

-Some of those teachers got hired to teach at NRC.(Yes Crowley is a big opportunist! XD)

-The newly hired teachers do either the same job they were doing at EAH either a new one.

Professor Badwolf-Hood:

-After Cerise and Ramona were withdraw from EAH, him and his wife, Red riding Hood, moved from the White kingdom to a more welcoming town toward their family.

-After the girls got accepted into NRC and he got hired at the school, the whole family take back their whole family name,Badwolf-Hood,  not faring anymore to be punished and rejected.

-At NRC, professor Badwolf-Hood is a school supervisor/councelor, he monitoring the school with the duty to make sure there’s no unauthorized magic fighting or any kind of fights in the school grounds. He is also in charge of some detentions monitoring.

-He is also teaching as a sport teacher with Ashton Vargas and teach to the students more pakour like sports.

-Since he became a school supervisor, unauthorized fights became less frequents and the most troublemaking students like the Savanaclaw walked more in line.

-Most of the students are intimidated by him and many, like the Savanaclaw students, respect him.

Baba Yaga:

-Her being one of the teachers who left EAH was quite surprising, but let’s just say that after things go down hill at EAH she realized how ridiculous Milton Grimm’s ideology was and that he was way out of line regarding Raven Queen and left.

-After being hired at the NRC she become a school advisor in spells and potions.

-She even give private tutoring sessions to students who got difficulties or who want to deepen in a subject in potions or in spells lessons.

Evil step-librarians:

-After they left EAH the two sister got hired in the NRC as school librarians.(I headcanon the NRC to not having an official librarian since in TW there seem to not have one and it always others characters like Crowley who told to students to be quiet in the library.)

-They’re very strict and don’t hesitate to severly punish students who broke their library rules.

-Most students found them annoying and tend to call them the “crazy old hags”.

-Some students keep causing trouble in the library but after some detentions with the two sister in which the punished students were forced to re-catalog entire sections and claning the whole library, all students begined to respect the library’s rules. And they make sure to not call them the “crazy old hags” to their face.

-If they’re cranky to most students they’re nicer to students like Azul liking his gentleman attitude.

-Nobody is exempt from the library’s rules not even the teachers or the headmaster.

-”Headmaster Crowley! As the headmaster of this school we got respect for you but that not dispensing you from following this labrary’s rules so hush!”

Giles Grimm: 

-When students and teachers beging to left EAH an investigation was launched and Giles was found prisonnier underneath the school and under a curse of speaking Riddlis.

-The investigators forced Milton Grimm to free his brother and to undo the curse.

-The two brothers tried to talk but Milton’s stubborness about destiny make any form of discussion impossible.

-So Giles, sad and desipointed by his brother’s behavior, left EAH.

-Some times later he is hired at the Night Raven College as an general history teacher.

-To everyone’s surprise, it turn out that headmaster Crowley and Giles Grimm are old friends who knew each other long times ago even before EAH’s and NRC’s foundations during the times where the Ever After world and the Twisted Wonderland world were still connected before being separated by Milton Grimm’s spell.(I kinda headcanon Crowley to be way older than he look since his age is unknow.)

-Giles is also an acquaintance of Lilia Vanrouge, the Grimm brother met him when Lilia was way younger and since Lilia is apparently very old himself despites his childish appearence you can guess that their meeting goes back to very very long ago.

-He always make sure to use his great history knowledge to make his lessons interesting and his nice personnality make him well liked by the students.

Additional headcanons:

-Others EAH teachers are either in other schools either still at EAH but if you want a teacher who is not in this list to teach at NRC go ahead!

EAH Parents’ Name Headcanons Part 3

Evil Step-Librarians - I think I'm gonna call them Stephanie and Sissy. Get it? Step Sis?... Whatever.

Little Mermaid and her king - From the EAH wiki pages (since I haven't read the book yet) their names are Pearl and Phillip. Those two having actual names proves my theory.

Sea Witch - Aquamarine, means a precious gem stone, water, and of the sea.

King O' Hair - Auburn, meaning reddish-brown, plus that's Poppy and Holly's hair color.

King Beauty - Diccin, meaning dreamer. I tried looking for names similiar to wake up, rise up, and awaken, but none seem to fit.

King Swan - Derek, meaning people ruler. Not gonna lie I got the idea from the Swan Princess movie. I used to watch when I was little and it's passed on Swan Lake.

Grandma Swan - Nina, meaning little girl, I chose this name after the main character from Black Swan since Swan Lake is in the movie.

Madame Dancer - Josephine, meaning God will increase. I based the name after performer, secret agent, and activist Josephine Baker (plus it started with a J like Justine's).

Snow King and Queen - Warrin meaning cold months and Lucia meaning light (Also there's a Saint Lucia who is celebrated during the Winter time).

Hansel and Gretel - Hans meaning God is gracious and Gertrude meaning strength of a spear. Not much just fond some names close to the originals.

Momma and Papa Bear - Ursula and Bernard both meanings have bear in them.

Geppetto - Garrick, meaning oak tree grove and spear king. I wanted something wood related that also started with a G.

Grandma - Garnet, meaning a dark red gem-stone and pomegranate. I think the Hoods name themselves after shades of red or anytjing cloak related.

Narrators - Finally the Narrators of EAH aka Brooke Pages parents! This was a toughie because I didn't know if I should make their names puns, based off real people, or something book related but here we go. Teller (Male Narrator) meaning storyteller and Saga (Female Narrator) meaning story. Seeing as they named their daughter Brooke as a pun on book page, I had to do something related to storytelling.
