It was Makeno's day off, so he packed up his piano and headed for his favorite coffee shop, Brew Bloods.

He got there quickly. He greeted a few familiar faces and ordered a coffee, then went to set up on the stage. He hooked up the wires and settled on the stool. He stretched and popped his knuckles, testing a few keys to make sure everything was up and running.

He got his coffee and enjoyed a few sips, before he set it aside and began his first song. He ran through an easy, popular one as a warm up, then got through a few more.

After about an hour, he paused to let his hands rest. He sat on the steps of the stage, chatting with a few people he recognized, when a new face approached him.

//so charam... i love charam, well i love all my trolls to death, but charam and friedo got the most of my autism and ADHD traits respectively. all of my ocs are neurodivergent leaning more towards either autism or ADHD or having a mix of both. and since friedo and charam are my first two “official” trolls, they got the most of it.

//but lets focus on charam because i need to think about him more. i was a bit fretful (and still am tbh) about his design (as well most of my other trolls TBH) because...well, its a bit plain. but what else is there to him? he is a farmer. charam doesnt feel the need to get all gussied up or look extravagant with his clothes, since theyre just gonna get dirty, and whos going to see it? plus hes just more comfortable with a plain style anyway (tshirt + overalls/pants/shorts +boots/tennis shoes). 

//what else to say about him...i havent fleshed out his interests a whole lot but what i do know is that he does enjoy romantic fiction- books and television mostly. he kind of thinks the whole quadrant thing is a bit silly, honestly, but still abides by it. if the series hes interested in has plenty of potential couples, he will write them all out and make guesses about whos gonna pair with who and usually they NEVER turn out how he wants them to. he has oodles of books in his resprite block, two whole shelves full plus some stray ones hes not sure where to put. this is why he doesnt allow strangers in there without his permission! they might mess up the order of his books!

//he does dabble in a bit of cooking, but its mostly because he doesnt trust friedo in the kitchen. friedo does help with things like setting the table or help put minor things together while charams cooking. 

//charam cannot handle blood/gore/death stuff because of an incident he had when he was younger; even things like on tv. if he needs to have one of his creatures culled, he has someone else come and do it. the only products he uses and sells from his critters are eggs and dairy.
