23. my relationship with my sibling

i've kinda mentioned it before in tags n stuff but my little sister is my BEST FRIEND of all time. shes two years younger and we're actually quite different as people but it works really well and our personalities just mesh perfectly. every day im so so thankful to have a sister who is so unlike me but also so like me at the same time. we dont have twin speak bc we're not twins lol but the way we can wordlessly communicate with each other actually shocks me sometimes. shes honestly just so great and shes my baby sister and always will be im like super lucky to be so close with her

18. most traumatic experience

i broke my femur in 2018 and was in hospital for 5-ish days because the hospital was waiting to get the titanium rod that would go into my bone delivered. they transferred me to 3 different hospitals and every day they were like "it might come today!!!" so they made me fast until 7pm and they were like "ok no surgery today u can eat" and then i would just. devour hospital food. i was in traction so i couldnt even sit up i was fully bed ridden. after like 4 days the doctors came in and were like "we lost the part in transit" and i fucking broke down i was so frustrated and sick of being in traction and was in so much pain despite the morphine oh my god. anyways they sent me to the london hospital and they FINALLY did the surgery but oh my god it was fucking ridiculous. the canadian healthcare system ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

17. someone you miss

my bestie from high school :( she lives like an hour and a half south now which honestly isnt that far but shes still in uni and we dont often have time to hang :( she also doesnt drive so i make the trek down and then i gotta stay at least one night to make it worth it so :( hopefully i see her around christmas this year!
