No longer do I have to fit rewatches of the original series into 30 day free trials, no longer do I have to go on YouTube to see the best bits of The Missing Pieces. Still need to get The Return next month most likely, but very happy with this acquisition.

This is why I'm an avid CD/DVD collector, not just cause of my parents but because I like seeing what I have collected and being able to pick it out when I want to watch it.

I got into Maude after I watched the Golden Girls many years ago loving Bea Arthur. This past Saturday night me and my mom finally finished Maude on DVD. The series is so good. We both loved it and can’t wait to start watching Empty Nest (another spin-off of the Golden Girls) TV Lovers Unite 👊🏻📺📀

Hey y’all know what Netflix does do? They still make DVD’s of a-lot of their shows and movies. And you know who still has DVDs? Your local library and most of them have item request forms too. I know a lot of people don’t have dvd players anymore but a lot of laptops and computers still play DVDs. So what I’m saying is go get a library card and start watching DVDs again.

Even on vacation at my dad's a state over I receive impulse purchases in the mail, but I'm very happy with this one. Wanted it on BluRay and willing to pay the extra costs, but no such release so I got the entire series for less than ten bucks on DVD. Hilarious, strange, metaphysical, touching, philosophically relevant. This show lasted one season but has effect on my every living day, I think of it constantly and quote it to people who have never seen it more than they ever could know.

This single season is Milch's masterpiece and the greatest tragedy known to TV short on Twin Peaks lasting just 2 seasons.
