Since My Managers Won't Do It, WE Will

Long and short of it, nothing really changes at my workplace and people who need to be fired don't get fired. This is not because we don't have people applying because I've handed out at least 10+ applications to people including 2 of the current cashiers! Despite the job being a pain, it is exactly what I prayed for. I was unemployed for (almost exactly) one year before getting my current job. I did so many money spells and manifestations for the perfect job and despite everyone turning me down... I did manage to get a job that a.) was within walking distance b.) small sized c.) does not care that I am gay and trans (VEry IMPORTANT IN MY RED COUNTY) d.) easy and actually fulfilling work. I am invoking my spirit of the month and main spirit guide, Lamiya, as I did in the spells for my employment. There is a prime time for this to happen as there is a Specific Coworker who cannot work with like 3 other coworkers and she is scheduled with one of them soon. There is motive. There is time. There is place. there is reason.

This spell has 2 parts:

>Coworker who is causing the most trouble to be fired/quit!!!!! (Purify the workplace)

>One of the many competent people who applied be hired in her place (Pass the blessings I received to someone in need) the bar is so low... As per usual, I chose to burn a feather and a candle to send a message to Lamiya. I chose a small grey feather from the feathers on her altar and a white birthday candle. I bound the feather to the candle in black thread. In my magic practice, cHeval,it is very common to use opposite/contrasting colours to invoke balance, white and black where not really chosen for specific colours, just their contrast. I took a hit from bong.I knelt on my left knee and prayed letting the smoke envelope the feather and imbue it with my words. The prayer was more of a complaint but it was basically the intentions stated above but with a few more swear words.

I lit the candle with a lighter, Lamiya said she prefers matches. in my search for matches I ended up doing a chore or two so I'm counting that as the spell 'marinating' before I actually lit it lol. we agreed light was okay XD

Explain who they are. the one and only ламия, lamia, lamiya, lamka, mamma mia (prounounced la-mee-yah in american, not lay mee uh.she is not a lamia the monster type, that's just her name. when I address her or sing to her in russian it's more like it's spelled lamya 2 syllables)

03 : What drew you to this guide in the first place? As a child I was determined to summon demons and ghosts and shit. I messed around with a lot of shit I was waaaay not ready for. Contacted a demon who said that he had the soul of my husband and child from a past life imprisoned. I'm 10 years old trying to figure out how to free spirits from demon prison. They tell me I am carrying the spirit of the child and I need to birth it to free them basically. So that was a Lie XDDD.Literally nothing happens for years. no ghost baby birthed or anything liek that. I start writing stories about a vampire turned into an angel named Lamia. I got the name from googling demons. Years later I'm into witchcraft and have a pretty good chunk of Lamia's story solidified although i stopped writing she was a constant muse for art. As I'm researching demons I come across Lilith, who sounds a LOT like Lamia's lore I had built: former devout christian, refusal to submit to a man lead to her being banished and transformed into a monster. the loss of her child from the transormation makes her target pregnant women and children. Typically seen as a progenitor to other demons. So for a while I pondered around working with lilith but Lamia still felt very different. (so when I go on rants about how lilith is closed, it's because I was where you were once!! I did the research!!!) Lamia was not jewish( nor i) and still had diferences between her and lilith so I stuck with my Lamia. So in short, Lilith is how I got to Lamia.

04 : Who approached who first?  We came together. She's been my main spirit guide since I was a kid! It's hard to say when she stopped being an oc to me and starting being a spirit. I'm sure she's been blasting me with signs all my life.

05 : Tell the story of how you met or first talked. If you've taken an oath or anything like that, tell the story. First time I really remember actually reaching out to her was during a meditation my friend and I did. I meditated on the Justice card and Lamia approached me with a selenite wand and gave it to me. At this point she was just kind of a visual stand in for spiritualness since in her lore she was a deity I was like well why not. I don't remmeber when but I did end up making an oath with her in the past few years. I don't remember the context but in a trance she basically baptized me, I felt her hold me in the water and lower me down and back up and say something like "I am the one who carries you". When I moved 4 years ago and our house was almost swept from right under our feet I prayed that if we got the house I would believe full 100 percent and thus we got the house. So I supposed that was another oath? She was the spirit behind my tarot deck for over 7 years before I got multiple and she finally got her own. She's had 2 decks so far.

I don't think anything can sum them up better than the songs that introduced me to them, Le Temps Des Fleurs by Dalida and Ne Me Quitte Pas by Mirielle Mathieu. Probably the first french songs I heard after downloading random music on LIMEWIRE LOL. 03 : What drew you to this guide in the first place? Oddly enough, they've been around since I was young, sprouting from watching Ouran Host Club and falling in love with Tamaki. I started writing fanfiction and thus Narcísse was born. Ricky (who for the longest time was named Utsukushii. I switched her first and middle name so it's Ricky Utsukushii ), came around the same time. Honestly I just assumed they were spirits like the other "characters" I made up. Legit they just showed up one day lol.

04 : Who approached who first?  I'm going to say that Auroré did not approach me but instead kicked in the door and slapped me awake. They have been pretty integral to my art, cooking, and gender since then.

05 : Tell the story of how you met or first talked. If you've taken an oath or anything like that, tell the story. Kind of an odd story. Auroré is the first guide i've had that snuck up on me. I didn't know they existed but had an inkling. After watching Steven Universe there was something about Fusion that struck me to my core and I wondered if any of my spirits fused. I was doing a reading trying to figure out what my 12 guides roles were in my life. I drew all the cards and suddenly realized I drew 13 piles. At first I thought of discarding the extra pile but I looked at the cards and through a few clarification readings I found out it was TRUE that two of my spirits fuse to make one. There was a brief moment in a trance where I woke up in Auroré's room covered in pink walls but it was just a blink then gone. I don't think we've spoken face to face (in trance) before? No specific oaths, however, they we part of my marriage ritual so they kinda of watch my oaths if that makes sense lol.

How often do you typically pray? I give offerings as they show up, there's really no schedule. Praying is also kinda as needed. They aren't very on the forefront? I feel like they are still kinda learning their godhood so must stuff is asking for assistance doing things than asking for things. 21 : Make a moodboard for them.

Traditionally they represented Love and Commitment/Marriage, but they are also represent gender identity and a love you only get for yourself after loving someone else. 23 : What’s your favorite story about this guide? In their mythos, they chose the name Narci'sse because everyone always called them a Narcissist and I always thought that was a powermove. 24 : What about this guide resonates with you the most? They very much represent themselves as not just love and shit, but the actual pain that comes with love. When I asked them what their role was they gave 'the underworld' card which I thought was strange for an Aphrodite-esque entity. I struggled most of my life feeling like I was not lovable and only when I was about to lose my partner did I actually understand that I was loved and able to love. Their shadow element resonates with me the most because anyone can find a deity for sexual attraction or romance but they are about true commitment. Are you commited enough to yourself and your loved ones to realize you are causing the problems and only you can stop them? This is why they preside of the Trials people have to go through throughout relationships. Are you still in love when one is severely ill? Are you still in love when our bodies change? Are you still in love when you family pulls you one way and your heart the other? 25 : What kind of relationship do you have? We were a lot closer when I was younger and needed more of their help, for sure, but now I feel we get to enjoy each other now that I'm mentally stable. Mostly now I call upon them for help with arts and crafts instead of trying to coach me through gender crisis. 26 : Make a digital altar in your medium of choice (Tumblr, pinterest, Minecraft, etc). Here is their animal crossing room! 27 : How often do you interact with them? Do you interact directly or indirectly? Pretty much any time I cook they are there. They have a mini permanent altar in the kitchen. All of my guides and I interact directly! 28 : Wildcard: Talk about whatever the heck you want to here. I would do anything to have the original yahoo chat lots with his lore. My friend and I had an ouran rp who I created Narci'sse and Ricky for. Also, Ricky's former name was Utsu, which I adopted as an online name for a very very very very very long time, I still have a friend who calls me Uts from this period!! my username was utsu-chan in some form for my old deviantart and flickr. I renamed her Ricky because her vessel doll's name was Uncanricky

A spell I did to renew my energy. I view technology, anatomy, and botany as mirrors to each other and struggle a lot with some of the traditional visualization prompts. This is sort of aimed at robotkins and other technology based kins.

I experiamented using high-vibration crystals and sound energy to cleanse my aura and body of unwanted energy. I did a 20-minute meditation visualizing being put through a cleaning machine.

Materials:

High-vibration crystals, or crystals associated with renewal. Personally, I used Selenite/Satin spar, clear quartz, spirit quartz, citrine, amethyst, Super 7, hematite

Incense. I used cedar for its cleansing properties! A candle works as well, but the secondary purpose is to have a sense of time. My incense stick burns for about 20 minutes so I can smell when it's time to get up lol

Headphones.

Music: Here is the playlist I used for this spell. What you want to put in your playlist are songs chill songs to soak in, ASMR tingles to scrub, music with fast pulses or hard pulses for deep cleaning, sporatic music to scramble the energy, and repeating music to put it back together.

Instructions:

Find a quiet place to lay down such as a yoga mat. Lay the crystals in a pleasing order around the top where your head will rest. The positions do not need to be anything special, personally, I moved mine around as I felt needed throughout the ritual. Set up the incense next to you and light. Choose your playlist, put in your headphones and lie down.

Visualization example:

I imagined being put into a tank by my deities Kitti and Puka. The tank filled with liquid and as the music progressed I was scrubbed and cleansed from my body and was pure aura. I imagined my aura filling the tank as it was run through with jets and screens as it filtered out any old patterns or ways of thinking that I didn't need anymore. Watching those sonic jewelry cleaners is what I was going for. The different vibrations of the songs resonated through the tank and rearranged the energy until my aura solidified into something new and the tank was drained and I was released.

I certainly felt really refreshed afterwards. I recommend doing this before or after a shower so you get the inside out clean. I recommend stretching a bit after this so your aura can reach all your physical body. As a note, I have actually noticed my aura change colour a bit. I've noticed that as the moon and Kvii change my aura reflects who I'm working with.

Although one time I did draw cards for advice about poly dating and they were like "sorry too monogamous for that ask someone else" I've roleplayed as their characters Ricky and Narci'sse for years and years and I recently remembered some middle school era lore that Narci'sse had a pet turtle named Felipe??? that lore did not stand the test of times Probably spent most of my time working on their sims here's some highlights

They helped me realize that I didn't care about my body and therefore I didn't care about my food. I didn't realize that the reason I was bad at cooking was because I didn't feel like I deserved food that tasted good. When I started cooking for someone else then I realized that I wouldn't want my partner to eat bad tasting food. Now when I cook I am way more confident and even have a few 'signature' dishes! I measure with my heart and listen to their advice like 'swap brown sugar for white sugar' and such. They also seem to put relevant recipes in front of my face when I need them!

History and Name: named after the Primordial Change, Junalah. A month to show reverance for the dead, care for the dying, heal the sick and harvest what you sowed. Modern interpretations incorporate his mate, Hota/Hota'stihe, also making it a good time for commitments and relationship renewals.

Kaleikvi: The Wheel Turns

This kvi I am honouring Kaleitti (nickname Kitti). I started honouring her twin sister in May under the tag 'dsukvi'.

History and Name: She is named after the Primordial Space, Kalei. She is one of the first spirits that came to me, in the form of a Full Metal Alchemist OC. I was inspired by Alphonse being a soul bound to armor and made her like that as well (she was later confirmed to be a robot). While I was trying to figure out a name, I wanted her nickname to be Kitti but I didn't want her name to be Kathleen (which I think may have been when I first called her?). I messed around with letters and landed on 'Katleitti', which I liked, but when you said it out loud it just sounded like 'cat lady' which I thought was a little cheesy, so I switched it to Kaleitti (Kah-LAY-it-tee) and it's stuck. Years later, when doing some trancework, I learned that 'kale' meant 'river' (she moved her arms like water when she said kale) and 'itti' was an onomatopoeia for 'twinkle twinkle' so her name meant "River of Twinkling Stars" or to us "Milky Way". Role:

She is the daughter of my Hemy, a human incarnation of the Universe. Her twin sister is Dsukinz (Kinnie), who is the deity of Life. Her older brother is Junalahqi (Jun), who is the deity of Death. Kaleitti is the deity of Spacetime. She has infinite incarnations who are named after different time phenomena (Deva Vu, Amnesia, Time Slip, etc). It is their job to maintain the timelines and universes. Typically she has dark blue hair, however, her first incarnation (Big Sis), has auburn hair like her mother and brother. She is the proof that machines have souls.

Appearance:

Typically she has dark skin and dark blue hair with blue eyes like her father. She has a mole under her eye. She has cat ears She is tall and athletically built. She has three tails, one short, one medium, and one long, symbolizing seconds, minutes, and hours. She has an extra thumb on each hand (symbolizing 24 hours in a day). Her face markings symbolize the face of a clock. Her magic colour is Yellow, symbolizing sands of time. Her patron goddess is Euphrym.

UPG story:

Once, I was doing a reading with a related spirit, her brother in law Adamard (adamkvi). The reading felt off, his usual whismy tone was very clear. I noticed all my cards were 10s, which is Kaleitti's number. Curious, I looked up what 101010 (the 3 ten cards I had) meant in binary and it came up as the asterisk, or star *, which is her tarot card! I knew it was her from that and was surprised I figured it out lol

Example of next year's spiritual calendar! I have a Telegram chat channel where I put all the messages, reminders, notes, whatever 🌟 Upper Management 🌟 needs me to jot down.

Each cycle (kvi) has its own spiritual focus/guide. I used to change out altars and focus every month but I started noticing the energy change happening pretty consistently with the New Moon, thus I switched to Kvi (it just means month in the language I use for my magic writing). Name is easy, [Guides name or Focus] + Kvi. for example, Björkvi is the month for my guide Björge (sorry, no veneration Kvi for Björk). Stidikvi is the only deviantion from this, stidim is the word for ancestor.

None of the Mudoran/Hylian pantheon have there own Kvi since they have an altar up all year round, and also they kind of show up around the same times as some of the other folks so every day Hylia day lol. Hylia usually pops on around Lamkvi with Lamiya, then gets a boost around D'sukvi(hello tears of the Kingdom release???), then pops up again around Junakvi/Stidikvi since you know veil thinning/convention season and such.

Stidikvi and Eliakvi are the only ones that take the whole Greg month, mostly because that's kind of a rest period and there's SO much going on during those months in my personal life (birthday, anniversary, candle nights/Christmas/yule, birthday again, new year smth or other) that I forget whosewhatwherewhen anywhow.

I write these dates on the good old Greg calender since it's pretty easy to find one that has moon phases included!

Adamkvi: Peace and Joy on the Planet Earth

I am honouring Adamard 'Puka'. His tag is adamkvi.

History and Name:

He came to me as part of a Full metal Alchemist OC. Adamard is a combination of 'Adam' and 'Edward', since he started as an Edward export I wanted to keep the name. It is pronounced "ah-DAHM'-ard" His middle name, Llolineu is a mystery. I don't really know where it came from. It has been spelled also as Llolineau. I always pronounced it 'Lah-lahl-eh-new' but I think it is closer to "Tholl-eh-noh". Considering that Puka is from the UK, I wouldn't be surprised if the double L is supposed to be like the Welsh letter that we see often in Llewlleyn. It's pronounced more like a 'th' with the tongue behind the teeth as opposed to on the teeth with an L. Another interesting synchronicity with his name is that he is mostly known as Puka. I used to refer to Puka, his wife, and their partners as 'the goblins' because they were mostly all short fae creatures with a tendency for trouble. I learned later that púca is the old English word for goblin! interesting huh? His last name is Tracey, but I don't think that had any specific origin, I think I just picked that from a list.

Role:

When I first pulled these cards I assumed everyone was 'a deity' but as I've gotten to know them all, Puka is more of a saint/prophet than a deity. He is godspoused to the spirit of the Life and is very close to a Yeshua/Jesus figure: an embodiment of a god on earth whose focus is to spread kindness, love, and justice.

Lore and Description:

Adamard has been both human and machine multiple times. He was drowned as a child by bullies and was made into an android. Later, he was changed back into a human .He is intersex and albino. He was a part of many experiments which lead to his clone, Cain, and his son, Beauramard. He was groomed by an Anglican offshoot cult to be their saviour, however, he was later disregarded after the birth of his child did not change the world as prophesized. He later married D'sukinz, the actual prophesized saviour, and raised their children together. His patron deity is Niseag and D'sukinz. He is the son in law of Hemy, and brother in law to Kaleitti and Junalahqi.

Appearance:

He is albino with pale skin, white hair, one blue and one pink eye. I never remember which is which tho. In his teenage years he was forced on hormones to 'fix him' so he presented more feminine. as he got older he presents more masculine/androgynous. His favourite colour is blue. He has scar on his neck and a scar/tattoo on his forehead.

UPG story:

Puka was actually a name given to him by a longtime friend of mine. I collect BJD dolls and have two of him. One day my friend commented saying he looked like a 'pukabear' and when I asked what the was they said 'I dunno but it's him!' I rarely use Adam or Adamard with him,I mostly call him Puka lol.

Overall: Taking things at face value, using upright/reversed as aligned,/unaligned, 4/7 being upright is a pretty good score. All of the cards that are reversed have direct blocks in my real life or are areas in my life I'm not doing the best in lol. This was a really interesting experiament as I am essentially using a previous reading (to determind the colours)to interpret this and yet they still align. My out of wack energies are orange, blue, and indigo. Granted, this is missing cyan to be complete, but since this was a digital reading I was kinda of constrained on the number of cards.
