ෆ I N G R E D I E N T E S ෆ

•250 gr de mantequilla

•150 gr de azúcar

•1 huevo

•1 cdta de esencia de vainilla

•ralladura de 1 naranja

•300 gr de harina

•70 gr de cacao amargo

•70 gr de maicena

•1 cdta de bicarbonato

•1 cdta de polvos de hornear

ෆ P R E P A R A C I Ó N ෆ

1) Cremar mantequilla y azúcar, luego incorporar el huevo, esencia de vainilla y ralladura de naranja.

2) Incluir ingredientes secos tamizados en tandas de 3 hasta formar una masa homogénea y blanda.

precalentar el horno a 180°C

3) Espolvorear harina sobre una superficie limpia y estirar la masa con el grosor de su preferencia.

hornear masa cortada durante 8-10 minutos a 180°C dejar enfriar.

4) Rellenar con manjar repostero y refrigerar durante 1 hora.

5) Realizar cobertura de chocolate

•opción 1: 2 cdas cacao en polvo + 1 cdita maicena + 1 cda 1/2 de azúcar + 5 cdas de agua caliente.

•opción 2: 90gr chocolate para derretir + 10 gr de mantequilla + 2 cucharadas de leche o agua.

las opciones de cobertura deben ajustarlas a la cantidad de aljafores que hayan hecho jiji

6) Refrigerar por 30 min - 1 hora y disfruta!!! espero que te haya resultado la receta<3 recuerda que el secreto en la cocina es el cariño
