Snidely Whiplash

A cad amongst cads, Snidely K. Whiplash commits dastardly deeds simply for the joy of being a rotten scoundrel.  Along with theft, arson and extortion, Whiplash enjoys tying damsels in distress to railroad tracks, forcing heroes to desperately rush so to save them.  Whiplash possesses a world-class mustache that he likes to twirl about in his fingers as he expounds on the villainous acts he has committed or plans on committing.  

Actor Hans Conried provided the voice for Whiplash.  The villain first appeared in a Dudley Do-Right segment of the Rocky and Bullwinkle Show that aired on November 19th, 1959.

Owen Thorskad: Owen is destined by birth to carry on his family's legacy as a noble dragon slayer. Siobhan, his classmate and new friend, agrees to be Owen's bard, slated to tell his stories for posterity. Together they embark on an epic quest to protect their rural Canadian town from dragons who hunger for fossil fuels. For in this wildly creative alternate version of our world, dragons feed on carbon emissions, and they'll take down any human who stands in their way.

Owen and Siobhan have homework to do, instruments to practice, and college to think of, but their most important job is to keep the residents of Trondheim, Ontario, from getting caught in the dragons' cross fire. Literally.

Dudley Do-Right first appeared in the Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons but later got his own movie.
