Event Cheat Points

There isn’t really any reason to know this information. But I felt inclined to figure it out, so I’m posting it here just in case any of you nerds want to know too.

Event Cheat Cards award the following Cheat Points (CP) per card -

uUR x 1 = 37CP

dUR x 1 = 10CP

uSSR x 1 = 18CP

dSSR x 1 = 3CP

uSR x 1 = 6CP

dSR x 1 = 1 CP

Those numbers probably look pretty confusing right now, but if you want a better understanding of what they mean, how I got them, and how you can use them, then keep reading below.

I’ll be using the following terms/formatting for my calculations -

uUR x # = the first time a unique card is pulled times the total number of unique UR cards. (max # value is 2)

dUR x # = the duplicate/skillups times the total number of duplicate UR cards pulled (max # value is 18)

dSSR x #

uSR x #

dSR x #

The first set of data I examined was gathered by my amazing husband from the Dress Up/Wedding Vows event.

For the first 10 pull, he received the following cards -

1 Levi SR

2 Lucifer SR

Using the formatting explained earlier, this is recorded as the following -

uSR x 2 = two different unique SR cards

dSR x 1 = one skillup for a SR card

When he did an event dance battle, he learned that he received the following amount of cheat points (CP) -

(uSR x 2) + (dSR x 1) = 13CP

What’s amazing about this set of data is that there are such a limited number of combination of numbers here that will work. So it didn’t take long at all for me to decide on the following values -

uSR = 6

dSR = 1

And if we plug those values into the equation we get the following -

(uSR x 2) - > (6 x 2) = 12CP

(dSR x 1) - > (1 x 1) = 1CP

12CP + 1CP = 13CP

The next step for me was to test these values against different sets of data my husband was able to gather so that I could prove/verify they were correct. And to determine what the values for the other card types would be.

I won’t bore you with all the tiny incremental skillups he got. So we are just going to skip to the point where I pulled an SSR on my free account -

uSSR x 1

uSR x 1

dSR x 1

With this combination of cards, I received the following amount of CP -

(uSSR x 1) + (uSR x 1) + (dSR x 1) = 25CP

Using the values we determined earlier, we already know the following -

(uSSR x 1) + (6 x 1) + (1 x 1) = 25CP

(uSSR x 1) + 6 + 1 = 25CP

If you subtract the values we already know (uSR and dSR) from the 25CP, we are then left with the value of uSSR -

(uSSR x 1) = 25CP - 6 - 1

(uSSR x 1) = 18CP

Again, I tested these values against a couple additional data sets that my husband gathered for me. But for now, I’m going to skip ahead to when he managed to pull his UR card.

And this combination of cards gave him the following amount of CP -

(uUR x 1) + (uSSR x 1) + (uSR x 2) + (dSR x 5) = 72CP

Next we just need to plug in the values we already know -

(uUR x 1) + (18 x 1) + (6 x 2) + (1 x 5) = 72CP

(uUR x 1) + 18 + 12 + 5 = 72CP

Now all that’s left is to subtract the known values from 72CP to determine the value of uUR -

(uUR x 1) = 72CP - 18 - 12 - 5

(uUR x 1) = 37CP

Next, we are going to look at the data I collected from my paid account during the Halloween event.

For that event I pulled the following cards -

uUR x 1

uSSR x 1

dSSR x 1

uSR x 2

dSR x 5

With these cards, I managed to collecting the following CP -

(uUR x 1) + (uSSR x 1) + (dSSR x 1) + (uSR x 2) + (dSR x 5) = 75CP

Next, just plug in the numbers we already know -

(37 x 1) + (18 x 1) + (dSSR x 1) + (6 x 2) + (1 x 5) = 75CP

37 + 18 + (dSSR x 1) + 12 + 5 = 75CP

And finally subtract all the known values from 75CP, this will determine the value of dSSR -

(dSSR x 1) = 75CP - 37 - 18 - 12 - 5

(dSSR x 1) = 3CP

Next data set we are going to look at are the ones gathered from the current TSL event.

I pulled the following cards -

uUR x 2

dUR x 1

uSSR x 1

dSSR x 5

uSR x 2

dSR x 18

With these cards, I am collecting the following CP -

(uUR x 2) + (dUR x 1) + (uSSR x 1) + (dSSR x 5) + (uSR x 2) + (dSR x 18) = 147CP

Once again, we will plug in the values that we already know -

(37 x 2) + (dUR x 1) + (18 x 1) + (3 x 5) + (6 x 2) + (1 x 18) = 147CP

74 + (dUR x 1) + 18 + 15 + 12 + 18 = 147CP

And again subtract the known values from 147CP to determine dUR -

(dUR x 1) = 147CP - 74 - 18 - 15 - 12 - 18

(dUR x 1) = 10CP

Now we’ve finally managed to collect all the values of CP for the different cheat cards, these were our results -

uUR x 1 = 37CP

dUR x 1 = 10CP

uSSR x 1 = 18CP

dSSR x 1 = 3CP

uSR x 1 = 6CP

dSR x 1 = 1 CP

**DISCLAIMER**

Now in a perfect world, I would be done. But this is not a perfect world.

Instead, while I was verifying all my results, I came across one set of data that did not match up with what worked for every other (12 total) set of data I tested.

For the TSL event, my husband gathered the following -

(uUR x 1) + (uSSR x 1) + (dSSR x 1) + (uSR x 2) + (dSR x 9) = 80CP

But if you were to plug in all the values that I calculated previously, you’ll find that the total CP *should* be 79.

Only it’s not. It’s definitely 80.

So I started thinking of what on earth could possibly make all my calculations off by one measly point. But with how thorough my husband’s data collection was, there really wasn’t any wiggle room. There weren’t any numbers I could change that would still work for the rest of the formulas.

Then I managed to “discover” that Obey Me actually doesn’t use set values to determine the amount of CP you get. They use percentages.

(My only guess as to why they do this is because if they were to ever adjust the base CP you receive during an event battle, all the CP gained from cheat cards would adjust automatically based on the %.)

With that in mind, the values I calculated are still close enough to be useful if for some reason you want to estimate your CP before the event starts. Just be aware that the margin of error is 1-2 CP below what your actual CP will be.

My passion for cars happened somewhat unexpectedly. Originally, I was looking for my first job to work as a mechanic and realized that I needed to learn how to drive a manual transmission car. Any car would have sufficed, but I was determined to find a rear-wheel drive car; I didn’t know what I was looking for, but after a few weeks of searching I found my car. After I learned to drive stick, given that I was a mechanic and the age of the car, it needed repairs here and I was eager to work on it and it quickly transformed from “maintenance” to “modifications.” At this point I started to attend car meetups and met friends that shared my passion. Ever since then, I invested just as much time into the cars as the people which has kept me in the car scene.

3.              Any future plans for your car:

As far as aesthetics go, I wouldn’t change much. Most likely carbon panels and a add rear diffuser. In respect to performance, I am undecided between turbocharging my M42 4-cylinder engine or swapping to a M52 6-cylinder engine and leaving it naturally aspirated. It all depends on which opportunity presents itself first and the purpose of its application, however I’m more tempted by the latter option.

4.              What is your current dream car and/or build:

This may sound cliché but it’s the truth: my dream car is my car but better. I enjoy driving my car so much, I hardly have time to dream about other cars.

The DSSR is an established server, with a tight-knit community that always welcomes new players.

We are a vanilla server with the difficulty set to Hard. The core group of players has been together for close to two years, and many more players have joined since then. Our Discord server is very active, and with a whitelist close to 70 players we have a large variety of people to play with. You won’t find any players under the age of 16, as it is our age limit (although if you are close to your birthday an exception might be made, but this will be decided when you apply).

Our mod team is experienced and deals with everyone and every problem fairly. While they keep things from getting out of hand in game, they do not decide the fate of the server. Any major thing/issue/suggestion/change is voted for as a group, so every member has a say in what happens to the server. Every suggestion is considered, no matter who you are.

If a classic Vanilla experience with mature players in a grief free environment is what you’ve been searching for, then we have a home for you.

Do not deface/make spawn look ugly, this a place which will be used for shops, events, etc. When new players join it's best that we show a good image to people playing for the first time to encourage them to stay.
