My first and longest D&D character: Thena Whitefal (Princess Sand)

She is basically me if some ways; a young high elf who grew up pretty sheltered and views the world with rose-tinted glasses. She can get in over her head a lot, but she will never admit that. She has become very powerful (now at level 12), and is beginning to face her destiny as the one who must confront the injustices of her parents/kingdom. 

I eat up Chosen One narratives. And I will never stop lol.

Oh, and she loves animals so much it is stupid.  

Origins of Thena Whitefal (High Elf, Circle of the Shepherd Druid, Desert aesthetic, focus on albino creatures, Navy hair, Silver eyes, 6′0, Brown/grey skin)

Thena Sand was a child who loved to be outside and learn about Nature. She could hardly find any to teach her so she would try to teach herself. Being the daughter of royalty made it easy to do what she wanted when she wanted to do so. But they would complain. They would moan and how the God’s had given them such a burden to look over a girl, a young woman, a woman who would need special care and sheltering. They acted proud to the public, telling everyone all that she was doing to comply with the laws of her father, the religious classes she was taking with her sisters. The children she was going to have. Oh the children she would bear. It was terrible for Thena. Thena, a woman who looked at a man or woman and did not see a body, an object, but a soul that had existed before and after if it would be here on this planet. She began to want to be like the boys in her fathers army. But she was of frail build, slightly sickly at times, too scrawny or whinny. When she tried to pick up a sword she would get exhausted. So she dove into her studies, and they were there for her as a royal child. She learned the history of the land she was born in. She learned of the demon wars and if she tried hard enough, she sometimes got her teachers, quiet women with stern faces, to talk in hushed voices about her Ancestors. Her silver eyes would swell with tears at her pride in the empathy and martyrdom of her great grandmother.  So she began to dream of leaving. The people were boring her, the crowded cities, cloaked falcons, and hot sun were getting to her. Not the mention she had never met any other race. And no one wanted to talk to her, or tell her about their life. They just liked to please her and tell her what they thought she wanted to hear. And her parents would keep her away most of the time. As she grew older, she learned, from up close, how toxic her father was. He was afraid of the legacy of men before him who answered to women and how hardly any could remember their names or accomplishments. So he decided to make his own world where everyone would know him and everyone would see the unfairness of a woman outshining a man. So he began to build an army, and families were torn apart everywhere. Dreams and livelihoods were turned to dust in their mouths. And Thena got scared. She began to sneak out, her father focused and her mother exhausted. She would go to the dessert and really try this time to become a soldier who could travel, an adventurer. But it was so hard. She would become lonely, disconnected, and powerless. But she found her mind drifting constantly to her history. To the history of the wood elves and their beautiful forest magic. She began to imagine the animals of her world, but silver and white like her eyes. She began to wander in the night, her parents getting annoyed with her teenage years.  The night the giant desert worms attacked  her  was a terrible night. A night where she could have sworn she saw a patrol riding  scorpions on a dune in the distance, watching her walk towards where they had last seen a worm breach. Not stopping her. She was almost killed by it. It was a nightmare she can’t quite see because of the blackness her memory replaced it with.  Then, something was picking at her. Or was it trying to wake her. Either way it gave up and grabbed her by her fabrics to carry her to a rock formation. It was a man who looked older than time itself. He had white eyes, a sharp nose, long fingers and toes, and little to clothing, just a white robe, and low hanging bellowly pants that went to his knees. His skin looked like tanned hide, sunburnt and tough. He had wrinkles but he was an Elf, still stunningly gorgeous. He carried masks and skins, wore magically jewelry and was decorated with giant white feathers. An Arch Druid looking for an apprentice...

The following images represent what I imagine her to look like but with more of a Middle Eastern features/aesthetic as well as white feathers/fur instead black.

Ardena...a druid-elf hybrid. She has the ability to control plants and can harness their life force...and I'm still thinking of a background story...besides the typical elf traits...yada yada yada
