Essentially, I am your #professionaluse /#drugconsultant and I understand, quite well, the desire that runs through you. ○●○● My approach draws heavily from the ideas of the #harmreduction #moderation and tenants of #cbttherapy I combine my #educationandresearch with my personal concurrent experience of #usingdrugs I do not agree with the #abstinenceonly #12steplifestyle I find it #unsustainable in the long run and the data suggests that for a majority of people, it actually hurts more that it helps. I do believe, however, that discipline, emotional regulation, and a #dauntlessspirit are pretty much required to go down the path of control. Fortunately, most of those things can be taught!
