Hi I’ve heard of dimension 20 before but I really don’t know anything about it. I’d love to hear your take on it if you want to share
(I think I’ve answered something like this before but I can’t find it so get ready for a long winded explanation)
Dimension 20 is an actual play dnd/tabletop show run and hosted by Dropout. While similar to other professional actual play shows, D20 differentiates itself by playing with a different theme every season, and having very snappy arcs imo as opposed to long winding seasons a la critical role. A full length season of d20 is 20 1-2 hour long episodes, and they also have mini seasons that range from 4 to 10 episodes.
If you like improv but aren’t necessarily a classic high fantasy DnD fan, don’t worry! Because of the change in themes, d20 has a season for everyone! Breakfast club fantasy parody? Inside out but it’s a 1920s noir? Game of thrones but the map is candy land (warning: this one will make you cry somehow I swear to god)? All of the seasons have an emphasis on comedy (since this was originally a college humor production after all) but recently they’ve been playing more into horror which I am a BIG fan of. (If you follow me because you like horror, I’d specifically recommend Neverafter and Burrows End for some fun stuff ).
They also don’t just play dnd! They’ve been playing more and more with variations on the “kids on bikes” ttrpg system as well as other indie/original games.
If you’re interested but don’t have a dropout subscription, don’t worry, the first two seasons are available entirely on their YouTube channel. Dropout also offers three day free trials which you could definitely take advantage of to binge one of the shorter seasons. ((Extra edit: dropout is also pro password sharing so you could get a yearly subscription for like five bucks and month and split it between five friends. Boom. Dollar a month))
I love d20. Not every season hits perfectly for me so there have been a couple of skips but it’s fantastic stuff. The more recent seasons have been doing more and more with art and minis too and I’m absolutely obsessed. It just keeps getting better and better.
#d20#long post#kinda?#it looks long on my phone#ask#anon#the current season and the posts that probably prompted this ask is a h/p parody with a focus on how fucked up a lot of that story is and#exploration of queer identity and found family dynamics. tho this is a sequel so now it’s less of a parody and mostly just its own thing

everything that i say and do (in your eyes is always wrong)
read on ao3
After Vecna, Eddie tried to make himself…not different, but more palatable. It wasn’t even hard - the doctors had shaved his head while he was out, and all his clothes had sunk into the Upside Down with the trailer.
He wasn’t normal - he never would be - but if he tried to quiet down? Wore plainer clothes, and played his music quieter in the van, and didn’t go back to playing with the band (as if their parents would have let him up the driveway, as if he had a guitar to play)? It wasn’t hard.
It made it easier on Wayne, on the kids. On Steve.
And wasn’t that a surprise? He hadn’t expected to be left in the dirt, after Vecna, if he survived. He just expected the slow withdrawal, as the kids aged out of hanging out with a high school dropout, and as the older group went off to college. But they clung, and people weren’t kind to them, and Eddie being a little less made that a little easier.
Then Steve kissed him, and told him he wanted more, and that one day they would get out of there together. If only Eddie could hold out a little while longer. He watched Robin and Wheeler the Elder go off to college, and the little sheepies got busy with their own campaigns in the secret, under-the-table Hellfire, but Eddie had Wayne and Steve.
Eddie almost forgot why he started acting like he did in the first place.
“You know,” Wayne told him one day - they were even more like ships in the night now, with Wayne still working nights from the new trailer and Eddie shacked up with Steve half the time - “I don’t know what happened in March, but you ain’t been this quiet since you were about this high.” He’d held his hand up in front of his ribs.
Eddie had been twelve when he moved in with Wayne, and he guessed he must look closer to that kid now than he had in years. So he started trying to fix it. He hunted in earnest for a new leather jacket, and a new denim jacket so he could cannibalize his bloodstained old vest, and band shirts to replace his old ones. It was thrilling, honestly, after he stopped mourning for what he’d lost.
Still, the transformation was a slow one. He still got glares when he showed his face around town, and even when he was with Steve [his knight, his ever-present guardian] they couldn’t be affectionate. And he understood that, obviously. He was always being watched, they had to be extra careful, and he knows it would be worse for Steve, who’s always been golden. A freak can get away with a certain level of freakiness, even when he’s playing at normal.
It comes to a head almost a year after the boathouse.
~~~
“When are we getting out of here?” Eddie moans, draped over the couch. His hair is long enough to tickle the base of his neck annoyingly. Steve is in the other room, cooking - he never liked to use the trailer if they could avoid it. He didn’t want to get in Wayne’s space.
“Soon, man. When the kids graduate, maybe.”
“Maybe?”
“I mean -”
“I just. I don’t know how much longer I can do this, you know?” Steve walks into the living room, glancing at the hook in the foyer where Eddie’s new and improved battle vest was hanging. Some of the patches still had blood stains on them.
“You could make it a little easier for them, I guess.”
“What?” Eddie is suddenly, painfully aware of the awkwardness of his pose, his arms twisted to press his hands into the crevice at the back of the couch, feet stuck between the cushions, head hanging over the edge. But he’s frozen.
“I just -” Steve sighs and scrubs his hand down his face, then rests it on his hip. He leans into the doorframe, in a move that Eddie knows is one of his worst plays at being casual. “You’re - you know I - you’re getting weird again, and people are still freaked out by everything that happened.”
“I’m getting weird again?”
“That came out wrong, you know -”
“I’ve always been weird, Steve, what are you talking about?”
“I mean you’re showing it now! I know you want to dress how you want to dress, but it just - maybe it’s not time yet.”
“Should I cut my hair again too?” Eddie scrambles to sit up, and ends up having to slither off of the couch on his belly. He just stands up instead.
“I mean, it wouldn’t hurt, you could grow it out later?” Steve protests. Something is starting to burn in the kitchen, but neither of them move.
“It’s not -” Eddie takes a breath. This is why he never tried hard to talk to people who didn’t come to him, he thinks. He’s never had to explain this before. “I’m not just dressing like this because I like it. I mean I am, but it’s not…it’s not just that.”
“What do you mean, it’s not just because you like it? That doesn’t make any sense. And I’m not saying don’t dress like you want at - at my place, and at home and stuff. Just maybe not when you’re -”
“What, in public? Around the good, God-fearing public of Hawkins who were just out for my blood a year ago? I’m not like you, Steve, that doesn’t work for me.”
And Eddie has never been good at thinking fast, when it comes to serious things. He’s snappy, sure, he’s never not had a comeback to a bully, or to his friends’ ribbing, but he could never figure out how he felt, and he’s no better at it now. He’s just empty. Faramir on the way to Osgiliath, knowingly doomed.
But he knows he isn’t that, either, because he’s never been destined to win. And Steve still hasn’t said anything.
“Is that it? You - what - you’re just gonna bait them until they kill you?”
“I don’t want to be here anymore,” Eddie says.
“We can’t leave yet, Eddie.”
“I can’t stay here,” he can feel his brain melting into a stuck record, and he doesn’t know what will happen if he tries to move but he has to try, right? “I want to leave, I don’t want to be here.”
“Is that all you have to say?”
“Yes.” He feels possessed. “I will say no more yet.”
And he leaves, and Steve doesn’t stop him. He has the forethought to grab his jacket, at least, and when he gets to his car it occurs to him that he left a stack of tapes in Steve’s room last night, but Steve didn’t follow him and he can’t go back, so he pushes them out of his mind and drives away.
One of them was his new copy of The Last in Line and he thinks about having to replace his favorite album twice in one year, and then he’s home and he doesn’t know how he got there.
“Wayne?” he says as he walks into the trailer. Whines, really, his voice has gone all weak, but Wayne hears it (he always does) and sits up on the couch. It’s early for him to be up, earlier than they would usually eat their breakfast/dinner, but Eddie had planned to bring leftover’s from Steve’s.
“What’s wrong, kid?”
“I - remember when you talked to Ray about transfers?”
“C’mere,” Wayne says, and Eddie lets himself be pulled into Wayne’s space like a magnet. He sits next to him, close enough to feel his body heat and get overwhelmed by the scent of oil and metal that follows him home from the plant. Wayne rests his hand between Eddie’s shoulder blades, and he’s twelve again.
“It’d be nice not to have to wash paint off the walls every weekend, right?” Eddie says. He can feel the pause where he might have laughed, if he could’ve landed the tone he wanted.
“What happened?” Wayne says. It’s not the “let’s go, grab your bag” that Eddie is secretly barely-not-hoping for, but Wayne has always known him better than anyone.
“I just can’t do this anymore,” Eddie says. Wayne opens his mouth, so Eddie reassures him. “Nothing happened. I mean, something - I just can’t keep acting like this. I’m not. I tried, I really did, but I can’t make it work.”
“Ah, kid,” Wayne says. It’s the voice Wayne had used when Eddie got sent home in the fourth grade for crouching on a desk and barking at a kid who made fun of him, when Eddie had gone to Wayne’s trailer instead of his parents’. He’d used it when Eddie showed up with his hair buzzed off the first time when he was seven, and he’d used it after the cop that dropped Eddie off after his dad’s last arrest had left, and he’d used it both times Eddie told him he’d flunked.
Eddie leans into it, lets his forehead drop on Wayne’s shoulder.
“I’ll - I’m not just running, okay? I just thought I could hold out, and I can’t. And I don’t think he’s ever gonna leave, you know?”
“S - Harrinton?” Eddie’s mouth twists at the correction, and Wayne taps on his back - once, one finger - when he tenses up. Eddie leans towards him, just a hair, then leans back.
“Yeah.”
“Did he say that?”
“I mean, I don’t really remember. He - he told me I’m weird again and that I should tone it down.” Wayne rubs his hand up and down Eddie’s back once, then stills again.
“Well, that’s bullshit there, kiddo. I’ve never met a person alive that wasn’t a bit weird, and anyone who says they ain’t is kidding themselves. How’s that song you like go again?”
“‘You’re no dif-’ It’s not the same, though.”
“Look, Ed.” Wayne sighs. “You were never good at hiding how you were different, and that ain’t a bad thing, but it means you’ve gotta find people who’ll stick to you anyway.”
“I know. It’s not his fault, though. That I’m hard to stick to.”
“You ain’t, though,” Wayne says. “You know this kind of thing ain’t easy, even if it’s just your time isn’t matched up to his.”
“I just don’t think he’s ever gonna leave, and I can’t - I can’t stay here. I can’t be like this anymore.”
“So do what you’ve gotta do, and tell them what it is and why. Give them a path to follow you down, if they’re ever ready.”
Eddie takes a shaky breath - he doesn’t know when it got so hard to breathe, but it’s starting to get better.
“Okay. I. I’ll call tomorrow?” He looks at Wayne’s hand, curled loosely over his uncle’s knee. It’s as close to Wayne’s face as he can get his eyes to go.
“Sounds good, Ed. I’ll start looking into a transfer - nothing permanent, if you change your mind, but I know you’re not like to bring it up if you’re not serious, so just get your end of things worked out and I’ll get mine.”
“Thank you. I’m sorry,” he says. “I’m sorry I’m not easier.” Wayne is quiet for a moment.
“Don’t be sorry, kid. You being miserable isn’t easier.” He taps between Eddie’s shoulders again, then gets up. “I think it’s breakfast time, anyway. Eggs good?” Eddie nods, but Wayne is already on his way to the kitchen.
~~~
The next day he calls around - the guys in the band first, always. Then Steve, before he talks to Robin or Nancy or the kids. The conversations are all short, but he knows it’ll be a couple weeks before Ray can get Wayne set up at his cousin’s plant out of state, so there’s time.
“You know I l- care about you, Eds. Eddie.”
“I know. I don’t wanna not be with you, I just can’t keep living like this. And I don’t know if you’ll ever be able to leave.”
“I’m just not ready yet. When the kids graduate, I’ll think about it.”
“That’s the problem, Stevie.” Eddie feels - not numb, but distant. Like someone turned a key and his thoughts are flowing in order and he has the words for them, and he has to say them even when it feels like the worst thing he’s ever said. “You’re not even thinking about an after, and all I have is an after. The only thing I have waiting for me in Hawkins is hiding everything about myself until I suffocate.”
“I’m in Hawkins. And the kids,” Steve says. He would sound controlled to anyone else, but as always, Eddie knows his tells, and he’s breaking.
“I love you, but I can’t hide forever. And you might be able to, if you want to, but you shouldn’t have to either. We’re not going far - Wayne’s getting a job in Pittsburgh, I think. Right on the way to Robin’s, if you wanna visit.” Steve gulps, and Eddie gets the abrupt sense that Steve thinks he’s lying. “I - I mean that, really. I’m not gonna promise I’ll wait for you, not forever, but I’m not exactly gonna get over you, you know?”
“You love me?”
“I do, yeah,” Eddie says.
“But you’re leaving.”
“I’m gonna die here, Steve, even if I don’t get burned at the stake. It’s not - I’m not me, anymore, and I can’t keep pretending, and it’s not just how I dress or whatever. I know I’m not normal, but it’s not a choice any more than being a queer is, so I’ll get you my new number, and when - if - you’re ready, I’ll pick up.”
“Okay. I’m sorry.”
“Me too.”

Batman: Mask of the Phantasm 4K Ultra HD Review
Released 30 years ago this Christmas, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm comes to 4K Ultra HD for the first time. The story was originally slated for a 'direct to home video' release but was later switched to a theatrical one ... many consider this Bat-flick as the number one cinematic release for the Dark Knight. The filmmaking team is composed of the award-winning core group behind Batman: The Animated Series. Eric Radomski and Bruce Timm directed the film from a screenplay by Alan Burnett, Paul Dini, Martin Pasko and Michael Reaves, based on a story by Burnett.
VIDEO QUALITY 📽️ : A-
The renowned animated film has been newly-remastered, the 4K HDR/SD of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm was sourced from the 1993 Original Cut Camera Negative and was scanned at 4K resolution. Digital restoration was applied to the 4K scans to remove dirt, scratches and additional anomalies. While this version gives you the clearest possible picture, it doesn’t hurt the original piece. Exceptional care was given to not touch the film grain or the animation cel dirt that was part of the original artwork. Washing away the film grain had been a major complaint with such WB releases like Max Fleischer's Superman (Blu-ray). I will say that sometimes the images on the screen look blurrier than others, especially when shots zoom in and out of frame. Fans should also note this is the first time since its theatrical release that it is presented in its 1.85 aspect ratio.
AUDIO QUALITY 🔈 : A
The original 2.0 mix and the 5.1 tracks were remastered to remove and improve defects such as pops, ticks, dropouts and distortion. Voices sound clear, sound effects have a nice punch to them making for an exceptional listening experience and Shirley Walker’s score sounds amazing. I felt totally immersed watching this one at my home theater as the new mix really brings this adventure to life.
EXTRAS 📀 : D+
Unfortunately, this release doesn’t have many extras, but does it include an all-new featurette Kevin Conroy: I Am The Knight, which takes a look at the legacy of Kevin Conroy, who voiced Batman for 30 years in film, television, video games and more. The only other minimal extras are a digital copy of the film and a one episode of Justice League: Unlimited (featuring a cameo from Phantasm) which can only be accessed digitally. Sadly, the theatrical trailer was not included either. I really had wished they beefed up the extras here considering the original Blu-ray release was weak in this area also.
FINAL GRADE: B+
Although the film itself, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, is exceptional and the newly remastered 4K version looks fantastic, the extras are very weak which pulls this release down a letter grade. With that said, Batman fans shouldn't hesitate to pick up this updated version of this classic animated movie.
Order your copy now at Amazon.

♡ ˙ ˖ ✧ — @bexstevie
"i feel like it's gotten harder and harder to see your face!"
admittedly, she was probably to blame for that more than stevie. she's been keeping herself busy after getting back into a regular schedule. while she hasn't returned to working two jobs, she decided to spend the extra time she had to improve herself. not just in singing or dancing but in reaching out to other hobbies. she's gone on a hike or two, have branched out into trying indoor climbing and a few other physical activities that will keep her busy,
"i look a little odd, don't i? this is my teaching attire," she says with a slight scoff because she doubts it's much of an attire. however, she's usually met stevie in more comfortable clothing that this probably looked quite different. "they know they're getting lessons from a high school dropout, but it's still nice to look a little clean cut." it's just a regular slacks and blouse, but it's better than the sweats and joggers she usually wears around.
shaking her head, she looks down at the drink and piece of cake in front of her before clapping her hands together. "enough about me. how have you been? did you get a hair cut?" haein furrowed her brows together before taking a closer look. she's unsure if it's gotten shorter of if it's just been too long that she can't recall what he looked like the last time they met.

I agree with other anon that we're in a great place content wise. They know how to make new shows and segments that are entertaining, I love smosh games having silly challenges instead of just playing to win (like playing to lose etc) and I like the boardgames making a big comeback recently. Also the extra touch of streaming live on Thursdays gives twitch stream vibes and I love it. And then reality vids like reddit posts where we're just hanging with cast and seeing their opinions on things reminds me of why were bad or even show w no name.
I will say however I miss sketch smosh. Thats literally the company's dna and how it started with Anthony and Ian. Also they hire actual actors and not just hosts for cast. I think they stopped sketch for views and budgetting reasons and it's totally understandable but I miss seeing their cooky characters and improve jokes and bloopers. Clearly they took off sketch and started to do scripted contento through liveshows/exes interviews/dms but I miss them playing characters and not just playing themselves on camera. instead I hope we can find a happy medium. Like a new show that's mainly sketched content or smtg, it seems like the new smoshcast is gonna have some element of characters/improve so we'll see what that's like.
I actually used to love sketch stuff back in early day of YouTube. Some backstory of mine:
I actually grow up with CollegeHumor back in mid-late 2000's instead of Smosh (Still not sure why I don't know Smosh back at the time until this day. lmao) but I actually start liking stuff that's semi-improv more from them like "Hardly Working" (Pretty much Smoffice) and that's around late 2000's to early 2010's. All the staff is now gone to be successful writer on talk show and director. (Except Sam which is still working on Dropout. He's the best!)
I can see them getting back to Smosh sketch with all the new cast because I think all of them have an experience working on short film. Even Patrick I think working on some short flim with Amanda like last week. So maybe the thing on this 20th will be related?

Mohammad Alothman Talks About Governance Models Driven by Algorithmic Forecasting
In this phase of development in artificial intelligence, "predictive technologies" are being ushered into the era of shaping the future of governance, healthcare, and education. These technologies promise efficiency and proactive planning, allowing leaders to address emerging needs ahead of their time.
But as we lean into this predictive power, the journey of transitioning to AI-driven societies also becomes challenging and a matter of consideration in balancing algorithmic insight with human decision-making.
We discuss this concept with AI expert Mohammad Alothman, who is the founder of AI Tech Solutions, and a well-known advocate for the positive use of AI.
The Emergence of AI-Driven Governance
Predictive AI is increasingly turning into an instrument of governments around the world. From resource distribution to social and economic trend prediction, AI enables governments to act ahead of time. The algorithms free decision-makers to make better decisions, thus potentially leading to a more adaptive and responsive society. However, while the dream of an AI-enhanced government sounds great, the risk of predictive over-reliance is beginning to raise debate among policymakers and technologists.
AI in governance is all about striking a balance, says Mohammad Alothman. Predictive models can predict trends but human intervention remains irreplaceable for nuances in decision-making.
Mohammad Alothman has been campaigning for the adoption of AI as an accompanying tool, especially in areas such as resource allocation, public safety, and economic planning, where algorithms can add to human insight.
Applications of Predictive AI in Governance
There is little doubt that AI-based governance models are already affecting different aspects of public administration. This even includes various applications, which are discussed below:
Resource Management: Predictive algorithms can help in deciding where resources will have to be most needed. It will therefore help optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Social and Economic Trend Analysis: AI systems can analyze complex data sets. This can also predict economic shifts, identify social patterns, and help governments make adjustments in policies proactively.
Public Safety Improvements: With this, AI can identify crime patterns and predict areas to require necessary resources, which will improve public safety.
According to Mohammad Alothman, predictive technology offers significant benefits but also highlights the need to "keep people in the loop." He says that there is a need to balance expertise in technology with human value-added content, as over-reliance may lead to missing the nuanced understanding that human governance provides.
AI in Education: Promise of Personalized Learning
Predictive AI can now be used in the education sector as a way of coming up with learning experiences for individual students. The academic performance of students and the educational institutions or schools and universities will soon be determined through AI-driven models.
This provides a clear picture of which students require special help. From this analysis, they will determine a correct learning path based on a unique learning pace and style developed for each student.
Performance Predictive Performance Forecasts: With historical data along with real-time data, these AI models predict students' performance and allow the instructor to identify the trouble during time.
Curriculum tailoring: The AI, when predicting, shows the capability of academic schools to tailor the courses based upon the requirement, becoming increasingly accessible to the learner with all steps.
Identifying a Potential Dropout Student: Predictive models help in identifying such potential school dropping students for extra assistance.
"While AI can make learning better, it should be flexible and accessible," Mohammad Alothman added. "Personalized learning has to be respectful of each student's individual journey."
Mohammad Alothman and the team at AI Tech Solutions are arguing that AI models should be developed to predict academic trends but also engineered to learn from feedback from educators and students alike.
Healthcare and the Emergence of Predictive AI
Predictive AI can entirely transform patient care in the healthcare sector. Predicting health trends and optimized treatment pathways can be done using patient data. Predictive AI models can also predict disease outbreaks. Predictive models are now used in hospitals and clinics in order to improve patient outcomes with decreased operation costs.
Predication of Possible Outbreaks: AI predicts the possible outbreak by analyzing health data, and thus it will be easier for the healthcare providers to prepare.
Treatment Optimization: Predictive algorithms can optimize the treatment given to patients to enhance chances of recovery and maximize patient satisfaction.
Operational Efficiency: With patient forecasting, healthcare facilities can optimize their resources, thus serving patients on time.
Mohammad Alothman's team at AI Tech Solutions points out that "AI can provide timely, efficient care but human intuition will always be critical, especially in patient-centered healthcare."
Data Quality And Algorithmic Transparency As Challenges
For predictive AI models to thrive in governance, health care, and education, the notion of high-quality data and transparency should be critical. There is also:
Data Integrity. Predictive AI would require large sets of datasets, and the incorrect will only lead to a wrong prediction.
Model Transparency. The decision that is derived from AI has to be transparent enough for the citizens so that the trust level on the public side is maintained.
Algorithm Adaptability: Societies are dynamic, so the AI system has to learn over time.
"The secret of success is transparency and adaptability," Mohammad Alothman shares. At AI Tech Solutions, it's deeply promoted that models not only explain what they're doing but also adapt based on real-world feedback in ensuring predictions remain relevant as societal needs evolve.
Risks of Predictive Over-Reliance and Possible Outcomes
While predictive AI presents unprecedented benefits, one should not ignore the risks involving a predicative over-reliance on algorithms. As Mohammad Alothman points out, AI should be viewed just as a tool that complements human judgment and not as its replacement. Possible outcomes of predictive over-reliance include:
More Less Human Agency: There is a likelihood of decreased critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with over reliance on AI.
Reinforcing Already Existent Biases: Predictive models have the risk of reinforcing pre-existing biases, particularly if these models are trained on poorly collected data.
Dependence on Accuracy: Societies that base much of their decisions on AI predictions may be lost when the technology fails or is compromised in any way.
AI Tech Solutions believes in attaching more active auditing so that transparency can be readily readjusted if necessary," Mohammad Alothman stresses. "Our goal is a collaboration between AI and human decision-makers in which the final decisions still remain human's responsibility," he concludes.
Welcome to the Future of Predictive Societies: A Balanced Approach
The balance of AI in the decision-making process will define the future of predictive societies. According to Mohammad Alothman, a future involving predictive AI and support for society should not diminish human judgment. Along with the AI Tech Solutions team, he is passionate about developing AI that considers individuality, learns of societal needs, and is transparent.
A predictive society is one where AI improves human insight and adaptability, concludes Mohammad Alothman. "AI Tech Solutions will continue to pioneer tools that empower people and help societies adopt the use of predictive models responsibly and effectively.

How to Choose the Right Accessories for Your Wire Mesh Cable Tray Installation by Madewithless
Installing a wire mesh cable tray system is a reliable way to organize and protect your cables. But to ensure it functions at its best, choosing the right accessories is essential. The right accessories can make installation smoother, enhance system durability, and add layers of protection for cables in various environments. Here’s a guide from Madewithless to help you choose the best accessories for your wire mesh cable tray installation.
Wire Mesh Cable Tray
1. Know Your Installation Environment
The environment where the wire mesh cable tray will be installed impacts which accessories you’ll need. Consider:
Corrosive environments (like factories and outdoor installations) where stainless steel accessories or corrosion-resistant finishes may be necessary.
High-temperature areas may require heat-resistant materials.
Moisture-prone areas benefit from galvanized or coated accessories to prevent rusting.
Choosing accessories tailored to your installation environment improves the system's resilience and lifespan.
2. Choosing the Right Support Brackets
Support brackets are essential to keep your wire mesh cable tray securely in place. At Madewithless, we recommend:
Wall-mounted brackets for easy access along walls.
Ceiling-mounted brackets if the cable tray is overhead.
Floor-mounted brackets for raised floors.
By selecting the right support brackets for your setup, you create a stable system that prevents sagging and protects your cables from strain.
Wire Cable Tray
3. Connectors and Splice Plates for Stronger Joints
Splice plates connect tray sections and create smooth transitions:
Straight splice plates join trays in a straight line.
Angle splice plates allow for 90° and other turns.
Look for high-quality plates that reduce vibration and securely link each tray section for a seamless connection, which also minimizes strain on cables.
4. Dropouts for Better Cable Flow
Dropouts are essential accessories that let cables enter and exit trays smoothly. These help to:
Organize cables at entry and exit points.
Reduce wear and tear by preventing sharp bends.
Minimize strain, prolonging cable life.
Properly placed dropouts prevent tangled cables, ensuring easier access when updates or maintenance are needed.
Wire Cable Tray Manufacturer
5. Cover Plates for Added Protection
Cover plates are a must for installations where cables need extra protection from dust, debris, or moisture. They also:
Improve safety by keeping cables covered, reducing risks of accidental contact.
Enhance appearance for professional, finished setups in offices or commercial areas.
Choose cover plates that fit snugly and provide a sturdy shield for your cables.

Wireless Audio Solutions: Best Practices for Seamless Integration in Professional Settings
Hey there, audio pros! If you’re working in a professional setting and thinking about going wireless, you’re in the right place. Wireless audio solutions can make your setup cleaner, more flexible, and a lot less tangled. But, just like a perfectly brewed coffee, achieving that seamless wireless experience takes a bit of know-how. Let’s dive into the best practices for integrating wireless audio into your professional setup.
1. Understand Your Environment
Before diving into wireless audio, take a good look at your environment. The space where you’re working can affect how well your wireless systems perform. Are there a lot of walls or electronic devices around? These can cause interference or reduce signal quality. Map out your space and consider potential obstacles to get a better idea of how to optimize your setup.
2. Choose the Right Frequency Band
Wireless audio systems operate on different frequency bands, mainly 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. The 2.4 GHz band is common and widely used but can be crowded with other devices like Wi-Fi routers and Bluetooth gadgets. The 5 GHz band is less crowded and can offer clearer signal, but it might have a shorter range. For professional settings, consider using equipment that operates on the 5 GHz band to avoid interference and ensure a stronger signal.
3. Invest in Quality Gear
Not all wireless audio gear is created equal. Invest in high-quality equipment to ensure reliable performance. Look for systems with robust signal transmission, strong build quality, and good customer reviews. Quality gear not only provides better audio but also minimizes the risk of signal dropouts and other issues. Think of it like choosing a sturdy, well-made tool—trustworthy gear makes all the difference.
4. Regularly Check for Interference
Wireless audio signals can be affected by various factors like other wireless devices, physical obstructions, and even large metal objects. Regularly check for potential sources of interference and adjust your setup accordingly. If you’re experiencing dropouts or static, it might be worth scanning for other devices that could be causing the problem and adjusting your equipment’s channels or frequencies to avoid them.
5. Maintain Clear Line of Sight
While many wireless systems are designed to work well even with some obstacles, maintaining a clear line of sight between the transmitter and receiver can help ensure the best performance. Position your equipment so that there are as few physical barriers as possible between the transmitter and receiver. It’s like making sure you’re talking directly to someone in a noisy room—less distance and fewer obstacles mean clearer communication.
6. Test and Rehearse Before Big Events
Never, and we mean never, test your wireless audio gear for the first time during a live event or crucial recording session. Always do a thorough rehearsal with your equipment in place. Test all your connections, check for interference, and make sure everything is working as expected. Think of it like a dress rehearsal—it’s your chance to iron out any issues before the big performance.
7. Keep Backup Solutions Handy
Even with the best equipment, things can occasionally go wrong. Always have a backup plan in place. Keep spare batteries, extra cables, and a wired option as a backup if your wireless system fails. This way, you’ll be prepared for any hiccups that might occur. It’s like carrying an extra umbrella—you might not need it, but you’ll be glad you have it if it starts to rain.
8. Stay Updated with Firmware and Software
Wireless audio systems often come with firmware or software that can be updated. Keep an eye out for updates from the manufacturer to ensure your equipment is running the latest and greatest version. Updates can fix bugs, improve performance, and add new features. It’s like giving your equipment a tune-up to keep it running smoothly.

The chainstay has been a key part of the bicycle since it was first invented more than a century ago. It is the part of the frame connecting the down tube to the rear dropouts and is the foundation of the bicycle as we know it. Yet, despite its longevity and importance to the bicycle’s design, the chainstay has also become something of a temporary part.
As frame technology has evolved, so have manufacturers’ advancements and improvements in material technology, particularly aluminum and carbon fiber. These materials are more malleable and lighter than traditional material such as steel, and thus the chainstay is able to be tweaked and adjusted more easily. What was once a constant feature of a bicycle frame is now being designed and refined for specific purposes—such as downhill racing, XC racing, all-mountain riding, and BMX racing. This has enabled cyclists to use the same frame with a variety of different chainstay lengths, providing them with enhanced comfort and control depending on the terrain and style of riding they intend to undertake.
This ability to temporarily adjust chainstays for specific races or rides has become a major advantage for professional racers, especially within the mountain biking discipline. The chainstay length no longer has to remain constant throughout the entire season, like it did in the past. Mountain bikers can now make slight tweaks to their chainstay length depending on specific courses, racing conditions, and performance goals. By change their chainstays, they can reduce the bike’s wheelbase, making it ideal for tight and technical courses or even increase the length for greater stability under high-speed conditions.
Chainstays have also become incredibly popular among recreational cyclists, who now have the ability to dial in their bike set-up to suit their style and the environment they ride in. A longer chainstay can improve stability and provide extra comfort for longer distances, while a shorter chainstay provides extra maneuverability and response.
In conclusion, the chainstay is no longer a permanent fixture of a bicycle frame. It has become an essential part of the modern bicycle, offering cyclists flexibility, maneuverability and even a hint of customization. Like any other part of the bike, the chainstay’s length can be adjusted when necessary, allowing cyclists to tailor the bike to the course, the terrain, and even their own style of riding. So, let's raise a glass and toast the chainstay – the party part of the bicycle frame.

How to develop a strategy to get more admissions in my school?
🔹Qu: Ms. Namagiri
➖
▪️Nahid Raza▪️ Leena Rai ▪️Sangeeta Thyagarajan▪️ Dr. Sekar Srinivasan ▪️Archna ▪️Ramachandran▪️ Rev fr George▪️ Rajesh Fernando ▪️Pooja Hanji ▪️Azeez▪️ Madhumita Jana
▪️Nahid Raza: Admissions pour in on the basis of literacy, creativity and games appropriate to the age and class the child is in.
Performance in school throughout the year a child does is essential.
▪️Archana: Admissions happens on the basis of -
Brand Name
Teachers affiliation with Schools
Prospects of Holistic growth of a child
Past Results of Board examinations.
In the recent years,.parents have become very selective about schools.
But these four points are central point of needs and requirements of each parent.
Also the fee.
▪️Rajesh Fernando Motivation: Admissions are based on
Efforts and Rewards
Efforts what we initiate for LKG students
Creativity Learning Constructive Learning and character development Learning
Results
Class 12 where in Result orientation draw admission in the school level
▪️AZEEZ: Schools irrespective of Govt/Public/Private/Partial....are impartial in striving to get admissions towards it.
▪️Nahid Raza: What are the elements of holistic growth ?
▪️Rev Fr George Nedunkallel: Admissions to school may depend on:
1. Character formation
2. Quality of teachers
3. Rapport of management with teachers and parents
4. Infrastructure of the school
5. Brand name
6. Positive opinion of the alumni community
7. Involvement of the student and parent community in the day to day running of the school
▪️Nahid Raza: How could HG be brought about?
▪️AZEEZ: The reason behind in Govt sector is that the teacher becomes surplus and again surplus and again surplus....finally merges with next school. By the way next generation teachers miss their openings.
▪️Sangeetha Thyagarajan: Media and internet marketing seems to give the best results.
School should have an updated website with all required information and parent reviews.
An extensive gallery, updated social media for posts on all academic/ co-scholastic activities works wonders.
Other ways like:- word of mouth, teacher empowerment, parent reference etc., also give mediocre results.
▪️AZEEZ: From the private sector, less admission leads to shortage of income. Again teachers reduction, less salary.....
▪️Archana: There are five areas of Development that Hould be given importance to
Cerebral, Emotional, Physical, Social and Spiritual development of a child.
As per budgets and funds schools can design curriculum or extra curricular activities in each category.
▪️Pooja Hanji: We should even observe why there dropouts from one school and joining other schools.
We will get the exact reason for our limitations or areas we are lacking.
We need to improve them.
For every school how important the number of admissions are, it is equally important for us to concentrate on number of dropouts
▪️Leena Rai: These days not the quality but the quantity attracts more and the bargaining capability of the fee in rural areas alongwith the hype you create on social handles exagerrating a lot about your school and it's working
And keep on posting the posters of class X and XII results where it doesn't matter how much students learnt as a skill
No one tries to understand the concept of RICH DAD POOR DAD when they are after the fixed scenario of a big fat salary package.
▪️Ramachandran: School admission
It depends entirely on the skill development training of the students
1) Uniqueness
2) Diversity
3) Creativity
4) Ability to make
5) Social responsibility
6) Development of life skills
7) Creative ability with understanding of artistic literature
8) Scientific language
9) Instant action potential
10) Inspiring to live in the future
▪️Madhumita Jana: I agree to all the points mentioned by the educators.
A few more points that could influence the parents to seek admission in a particular school could be as follows :
Not just qualified teachers but there should be well qualified and understanding Management.
Choosing a School for the Curriculum that has a balance between traditional and modern methods of learning.
School Culture and values
School Timings
Healthy and skill based Extracurricular Activities.
The schools that have Proper Safety measures and follow the Security protocols .
▪️AZEEZ: Point:1
School faces two great challenges:
(1) To retain existing students
(2) To ensure good number of new enrollments/admission in the school.
People mind set has changed. People inquire and investigate so much before making a final decision for selecting a new school for their ward.
People are looking beyond the personal limitations.
Parent is ready to spend money but they are looking for quality education.
The fact is true. Parents know well that education make bigg changes in their wards life. And only education can do that. Everyday parents are seeing one or other personalities who excel in their life. Living examples are nearby them. This is very much true in our country like India.
In our country school going kids are first generation kids entering into schools/colleges/professional colleges.....
So parents are very much cautious in choosing good schools. Now it is the school's turn to take a step forward to attract students towards them with their ample facilities.
▪️Dr Sekar Seenivasan: Nice . Some best practices like hand writing enhancing coaching, other languages learning facility, good habit cultivation programmes, personality development assurance and assistance are all some needs of contemporary parents
▪️Ramachandran: Although there are general concepts of school admissions, But admissions vary from school to school because each school has different needs and needs to be planned accordingly. A general scheme of preparation is absolutely impossible.
▪️AZEEZ: Correct. Needs varies from place to place, culture to culture...
Point 2
Existing Parents and students are an image builder of school:
Parent is brand ambassador of school. We wish to establish our school as a distinctive brand at local, state and on national platform.
School management uses different tools and techniques to advertise school.
Our task is to share our vision and mission with maximum number of people in the society. We develop communication channel with people from different walks of life.
Exiting parents are very important for a school. They are our true consumer or you can call it as customer. Existing parents solve this bigger issue in an easy manner.
School parents observe latest development and progress in different field and they discuss same information with their colleagues, peers, family member and other society members on different occasions.
▪️Pooja Hanji: Parents even whether schools are academic oriented or not.
Teaching methodology
Sports orientated
Syllabus
Type of crowd
Support staff
Infrastructure
▪️AZEEZ: Parent a decision maker in taking child’s admission in a school:
Parent is prime decision maker at home for taking decision.
Parent considers a number of facts before selecting a good school for his/her child.
Parent wishes to send the child in a good cultured school.
If a school system is able to fulfill all parameters of a parent and is able to convince the parent that his/her child will be at right place for getting quality education, then only parent takes decision to enroll the child in the school.
Parent a decision maker in taking child’s admission in a school:
Parent is prime decision maker at home for taking decision.
Parent considers a number of facts before selecting a good school for his/her child.
Parent wishes to send the child in a good cultured school. If a school system is able to fulfill all parameters of a parent and is able to convince the parent that his/her child will be at right place for getting quality education, then only parent takes decision to enroll the child in the school.
Parent motivates other parent to take admission:
Parent is the best resource for a school. Parent positive feelings and positive words have great impact on other person’s mind.
A person who is looking for good school in his vicinity (a) visit school websites for basic information (b) talk to local known parent for getting feedback of school and (c) visit school for confirming and assuring himself/herself that s/he reached at right school.
Parent positive feedback is much convincing factor for a prospective parent than any other means of advertisements. It is an effective assurance from a person who is utilizing the service and has great satisfaction for the present school system.
Next is how to identify parents ambassordors of a school?
We are discussing how can a parent infuence in a school admission
A school leader/teacher can either create or discover school brand parent ambassodors from their existing parents.
School leader creates a deep bonding with parents. School leader identifies intelligent, intellectual and well versed parents. We identify positive parent as a resource person during one to one interaction. School leader prepare a list of positive parent
We can do it:-
@ During Parent Teacher Meeting/Conference
@ Parent-Principal Meeting at school office
@ Through discussion and meeting with class teacher and teachers
@ Parent Relation Executive, or with the other resource
@ Through one parent to other
School leader develops good rapport with parent. S/he follows parents by calling now and then, sending SMS , email, cards. We can send best wishes on different special occasions. Parent feels happy and develops an emotional bonding with school.
▪️Dr Sekar Seenivasan: Through best performing students their parents should be invited as guest of honour for class wise appreciative programmes and allow them to know much about systems of excellence and special deeds of our school. They should be encouraged to speak on our behalf at social functions of community and society at large
Parents will be turned as our school ambassadors on non tangential benefits.
▪️Madhumita Jana: Yes. Also parents can be invited as judges for the various inter group or inter school competitions that are held in school from time to time. They feel very happy and feel involved in school activities.
▪️AZEEZ: Existing parents are the greatest asset of a school.
Their satisfaction with the school solves two tier purposes. Firstly, they will keep their child in the same school and secondly they are prime resource to reach target community for new admissions.
So,
• Well aware about the taste and temperament of existing families
• Keep regular touch with existing parents
• Organize face to face meeting with the yes/no parent
• Try to understand parents next level demand/wish
• Organize small get together with parents on a coffee table
• Personal phone call to all existing guardians to communicate extended features of school and beneficial factors to re-enroll
•Work out the areas of dissatisfaction of existing parents and improvement must be conveyed individually related to individual parent (improvement in handwriting, behavior)
Parent is our prime stakeholder. Parents will be our brand ambassador only when we nurture their kids properly on our school premises.
Our rational efforts to develop their child as an integrated personality will win the heart of a parent.
School management spends a lot of money on advertising school but enriching parents’ experience with school solves various schools’ at a glance.
Experienced, empowered and satisfied parents positive words about the school has concrete and solid effect on prospective parents who are searching a good school within the vicinity for his/her ward.
Let be the first to become a game changer!
Point 2:
Reputation of the school

Ultimate Time Management for NEET Aspirants
Everyone who is studying for NEET is aware that it is one of the hardest examinations in India. Everyone takes the exam in hopes of passing it so they can become doctors, but as we all know, this is impossible without an appropriate strategy. Millions of students take this exam, therefore you should be aware of the competition. If you don't use the right plan, you won't be able to compete with your fellow applicants. The majority of candidates who have just begun their NEET preparation and dropouts still don't know how to manage their time for NEET preparation. They have trouble finishing the curriculum because of this, and they have a lot of incomplete work, which lowers their confidence. Best NEET coaching in Bangalore helps students to manage time and complete their syllabus on time. That is why you should have proper time management for every subject and daily routine.
Time Management
Time management is defined as achieving more results in less time or covering a greater portion of the syllabus in less time. Every student aspires to pass the NEET, but only some of them succeed, and as a result, they pass the exam quickly and correctly. However, you should develop a plan to use all of your available time for studying in accordance with your level of focus.
Concentration Level
Spending time with books versus studying is not the same thing. Everybody has a specific level of concentration, and once it is reached, nobody can focus on something anymore. There is no shame in having a poor level of concentration; you may raise it with certain exercises. You can write down the time you begin studying and the time you stop when you are bored or don't feel like studying any more to determine your level of focus. The time interval between those two points represents your level of concentration. One hour, two hours, three hours, or longer is possible. You should create your timetable in accordance with that level. While you can extend your time by adding a little extra, it shouldn't be more than 30 to 40 minutes. You'll be more able to sit still and pay attention. NEET coaching center in Bangalore helps students to enhance their skills in managing time.
Making timetable
Each person has a 24-hour day; it is up to you how you use them. To create your schedule, divide your day into segments. It will help in improving your ability to focus, and you will be able to know the specific plan for every aspect of your day before it begins.You should get at least 7-8 hours of sleep, and out of the remaining 16 hours, 3 hours should be dedicated to self-care. You can engage in any activity that helps you relax or that you find enjoyable. How you divide the remaining 13 hours for self-study depends on how well you can focus and how much attention you need to give each subject. You can study three times in accordance with your concentration level if it is one hour, two hours, or more, which will allow you to finish your work in six hours. Neither you will not get bored nor your mind will be saturated.
Your ability to manage your time and follow your strategy is particular to you. You can take help from the NEET coaching center in Bangalore for better guidance. It is your duty to establish and stick to a schedule. It is the most crucial phase of preparation. Without it, your efforts would be ineffective. When you finish your tasks according to the schedule, you'll feel motivated, which will encourage you to perform better each time.

Damn it you've got me in script doctor mode again.
So a good supporting cast highlights different aspects of the main cast. They're not always one-on-one foils; sometimes they embody one of the show's themes, or they act as a love interest, but they should play some kind of ongoing role.
So I'm going to try to change one thing about each member of the Konoha 12 (besides Naruto), while also staying close to the original plot, to improve the story:
Sakura
To use Sakura at her max potential, I'd focus more on her status as a first-generation ninja. We know Sakura was bullied a lot, and I'd give that bullying more of a classism focus than a forehead focus. Have the other kids mock her for having Academy dropouts as parents, or tease her for her ignorance in clan politics.
That way her desperation to fit in makes an interesting contrast to Naruto's rebellion against the status quo. And it gives her an extra reason to be obsessed with "earning" Sasuke's love, since marrying into a noble clan is of her few chances to move up in the world (before Sakura realizes she lift her own self up).
Sasuke
He needs more bonding time with Team 7 before the chuunin exam. (The anime gave them a lot of filler together, but the manga, not so much). That way Team 7's loyalty to him makes more sense.
Shikamaru
Shikamaru's original arc from lazy to reliable is solid - we just need to get rid of his sexism. The whole "misogynist only learns to respect women because a girl beat him in a fight" trope aged poorly.
Choji
I'd beef up Choji's character by making his clan more influential. In this version, the Akimichis are the wealthy clan, not the Hyuugas. He's been learning about trade (especially crop trade) from a young age, but needs more self-confidence to do it well.
As his character develops, he becomes the diplomat of the group. He calls in favors to give his team free lodging for the night. He gathers intel by gossiping with the locals at a cafe. Choji might not have all the answers, but he probably knows a guy who does.
Ino
Picture this: Shippuden-era Naruto and Ino are on a mission. The joinin warn her to never make a telepathic link with Naruto because, well...because if Naruto made shadow clones while they were mentally linked, Ino would get hurt. But at some point there's an emergency, Ino risks making the telepathic link anyway...
And comes face-to-face with Kyuubi. The demon who crushed the village 15 years ago. She understandably freaks out and loses all trust in Naruto. Ino reveals his secret to the rest of Konoha 12, causing a LOT of drama and misunderstandings.
Hinata
After she loses to Neji in the chuunin exams, her family officially gives her the cursed seal and relegates her to the branch family. It acts as a literal mark of shame for her and shows how ruthless the Hyuugas can be.
For extra drama, it's revealed later that Hinata knew how to activate the cursed seal as a genin, and could have won her chuunin fight with Neji with a single hand signal. But she wanted to get stronger, so she fought fairly, even if it meant losing. It's Hinata's respect, not her heart injury, that convinces Neji to rekindle a relationship with her.
Kiba
You remember how Kiba has a missing dad that his mother "scared off"? I'd change that backstory so that his dad died during the Kyuubi attack. Kiba already had a friendly rivalry with Naruto, but when he learns that Naruto houses the demon that killed his dad, that rivalry would get some real bite to it.
Shino
Long ago, Tobirama brought the Aburames into Konoha specifically because their kikaichu are resistant to genjutsu. They were meant to be a counterbalance to the Uchiha's sharingan, the secret police to Uchiha's daylight police.
After Sasuke defects, Shino's mission is to bring him to justice. Shino knows the others wouldn't approve, but he's willing to get his hands dirty in order to protect friends from the Uchiha menace. He acts as an anti-hero, threatening to kill Sasuke before Naruto can save him.
Neji
Neji should have run a rebellion against the Main Branch house. How cool would it have been to have a heist arc to discover the secrets of the curse seal and find a countermeasure? To watch the Branch members literally defying fate by starting a civil war for freedom? Neji should never have been a martyr - he should have been the new head of the Hyuuga clan.
Lee
My main change would be that Lee never attended the Academy - after all, why would such a competitive school allow someone without chakra? Instead, Lee taught himself the genin curriculum due to watching other teams train and copying what he observed. Gai was so impressed with his work ethic that he took Lee on as a student despite the lack of formal education.
Tenten
In my version, Tenten is the daughter of Uzushio immigrants. She's not an Uzumaki specifically, but she does have red hair. She helps Naruto learn more about his maternal heritage and fuinjutsu.
What Would You Do With the Konoha 12?
I’ve mentioned before that I’ve attempted to rewrite Naruto in the past and one of the first blockades I found was, surprisingly, how many different interesting directions the different characters could be taken in.
Let’s take Sakura Haruno for example. Would you keep her a medic ninja, a genjutsu master, a wood release user, or something else? Would you lean into how emotional she is or would you make her less sensitive over time? Would you make her a civilian child or from a prominent clan like Sasuke and Naruto? Would she keep Inner Sakura? How would you handle her rivalry with Ino, if you keep it, and her motivations? How would you handle her relationship with Sasuke? Would you lean into her femininity or make her more of a tomboy? Would you make her more like Naruto like in the original or would you try to make her more of the earth to Naruto and Sasuke’s sun and moon or some secret third option? And there are many more questions and decisions you could make with her character and role in the story, of course.
Because there are so many options for all of the Konoha 12 (plus others, but let’s not get in over our heads), I’m curious to see what choices different people might make. And now that I have an account on a very creativity-driven website, I can ask. So,
What would you do with/How would you write the Konoha 12 if you were rewriting Naruto?
