This is how we do it! My listing in La Jolla at 2510 Torrey Pines closed escrow on Tuesday, 10/08. Haven't had a moment to pick up my lock box until today. I had to find a new home for it. No better than driving up earlier this morning & placing it on my latest listing located at 1718 East Autumn in West Covina. Lock boxes don't belong in the office. They need to be perpetually on listings slowly getting weathered. ๐ก๐๐ค๐ฏ๐ฃ๐ฅ
P.S. The license to buy or sell is good between all 4 corners of the Golden State as well as the islands located off the coast. ๐
