Danny smirked as he watched Mr. Drakes mind whirring at all the new strategies and potential. Comforted in the knowledge that Mr. Drake wasn't going to get much paperwork done tonight, let alone have time to work on his project for the competition, Danny let himself vanish from the other boys office.

All he needed to do was keep distracting Tim from the competition and that prize was all Tuckers.

Waylon always missed his little brother. Over the years, he used his memories of little Jack to keep going and trying to get better. Waylon would do anything to see his brother again, but gave up hope on that after mom abandoned him and told him how he was only Jack’s half brother and how she didn’t want him corrupting her good son.

Jack would never forget his big brother. His mom tried, but he wouldn’t forget. Even after she lost custody of him, and he ended up being adopted by the Fentons, he still looked for his big brother, and made sure to tell his kids all about him.

Jazz was only supposed to be touring her college campus, but the minute she saw the giant of a man hiding in the alley, she knew her day was about to get a whole lot crazier.

Waylon was sitting and taking a breather when footsteps approached. He looked up, ready to start running, but was startled to see a girl with red hair and his brother’s eyes smiling awkwardly at him.

“So, this is awkward, but is your name Waylon?”

He slowly nodded, and she smiled.

“Dad talks about you a lot. He’s going to be so excited to see you, I better make sure mom is driving.” She pulls out her phone and clicks on a contact before he can respond.

“What’s up, Jazzypants?”

He knew that voice. It was more mature and deeper than the last time he had heard it, but he knew his little brother’s voice.

Ford’s patent ranges from having a “self driving” car return itself to the dealership if you miss a payment, to having the car abruptly disable itself, to “minor inconveniences” like having the air conditioner or heater stop working until you voluntarily return the car.

Don’t think for one second that all carmakers aren’t thinking about doing the same things. Especially Tesla Motors.

Carmakers are already trying to monetize even the most basic features, like charging monthly fees for the ability to use your car’s seat warmers.

actually i think it's interesting that practically everyone's interpretation of valentino is that he has severe substance abuse issues & is high 50% of the time, when in the show he's shown disparagingly talking about addicts in a way that implies he doesn't see himself as one. and i'm not using "interesting" as a substitute for "oh boy do i fucking hate this" i just genuinely think it's fascinating. the juxtaposition of him looking down on addicts while refusing to acknowledge his own substance abuse problems is direly under explored and it's like, Right There. it's prime character study material

For those who aren’t familiar with art parties, they’re a concept carried over from Final Fantasy XIV - in-game get-togethers for artists/writers/creatives of all types to hang out, chat, and create together! Get your favorite character/look together, head to the location, find someone that catches your eye, and create! Afterwards, everyone posts their creations in a shared tag (ours is #VSArtParty) so others can see, interact, and share! Tl;dr: the ‘goal’ of an art party isn’t to be drawn, but to draw others, and share with the community!

Time and /squadjoin information is under the cut, but will also be posted again via reblogs as the squads go up on the day of the party!

It's another, proper beach episode! While I don't have the technical capacity at the moment to get a map screenshot of the location, it's essentially the southwest edge of Stormbluff Isle, the nearest waypoint being Stormbluff Waypoint! As we always do, we’ll be having two parties - one on EU servers and one on NA ones - with an hour break in between. People tend to arrive early and/or jump between accounts as soon as the break comes up, so don’t be surprised to see tags and announcements going up ahead of schedule!

The first party will be on EU servers and begin at 9pm Central European Summer Time (aka 3pm Eastern Daylight Time or 5 hours before in-game reset). This time due to work conflicts I will NOT be the one starting the squad, but will instead be joining about an hour or so in! I said it at the top of the post but here I am saying it again - I am so sorry for the delay. The intention was to get this out on Mon/Tues at the latest due to me being busy with Dawntrail, but both my SSDs thought it was time to fry themselves and I've been scrambling to rebuild everything from scratch ever since. I've more or less got things back to a usable state now though, so I look forward to seeing everyone (and their shiny new anet-sanctioned beach outfits?) tomorrow! Thank you for always coming out to these and making them fun, they're one of the highlights of my time in game! ♥♥♥

A recap of Max's Singapore performances: 2015: stalled off the line, had to be wheeled back for a pitlane start, managed to make his way to p8 after starting a lap down! famously told his pitwall to go fuck themselves as a tiny 18 year old when they tried to make him swap positions with sainz. a good-bad race! ✅❌

2016: had a poor start (classic 2016 max) and then got completely hampered by sainz and hulkenberg colliding and hulk spinning out about a foot in front of him. managed to regain some places in the race. bad race. ❌

2017: got fucking clobbered by both ferraris literally about 20m off the line. then got whacked again and took alonso out. four cars down and out before the first corner. and then ferrari blamed him. bad race. not an actual race. ❌❌

2018: actually almost beat hamilton's now-legendary quali lap and kept p2 throughout the race. very good! ✅✅✅

2019: also fine and without incident: p3 behind the (illegal) ferraris that the red bull had no hope of competing with. a good race! ✅✅

2022: death and destruction everywhere. RBR fueled his car wrong in qualifying so he couldn't complete his final lap?? started in p7, went through the wars in the race, ended p7. bad race. ❌

2023: the rb19's one and only achilles' heel. genuinely not much he could have done about that one. bad race. :( ❌

2024: only time will tell what horrors await.
