Having lost her entire family in the invasion, Anne was one of the members of the 2nd Massachusetts who Lourdes was naturally drawn towards because of the utility of their shared medical knowledge, but their personal relation is one that grew out of mutual regard and admiration; Anne’s for Lourdes’ unfailing hope and Lourdes’ for Anne’s nerves of steel. Their relationship is far more than that of colleagues, however: to Lourdes, Anne Glass-Mason, who falls somewhere between a mother and an older sister, is her eternal companion and somebody she implicitly trusts with her life.

In canon verse, Lourdes is weirdly the slightest bit jealous of Matt Mason in the very beginning. She would never begrudge anyone their happiness, especially not in a world like theirs, but it bites to know that, even at the end of the world, Matt has something she yearns for constantly and will likely never have again.

Hey! its that time again to say I’ll be taking a bit of a hiatus. Probably not long. Just hopefully around 3 weeks. With it being tax season and with a lot of events going on at work, I’ve been suuuuper busy and haven’t even had much time to log on. Rowena likes Godric, she really does, but she does not fully trust him. This means that while she’ll trust that his loyalties lie in the right place and he would never knowingly hurt any of his friends, she also doesn’t trust that his Noble Intentions or the undying need to do the Right Thing would not get the better of him and this makes her a little wary of absolutely trusting him.

If there is one person in the whole entire world who would chop their own hand off before betraying their friend, it’s Helga and Rowena knows this, which is why she likely does not think twice before trusting the girl.But also, while she knows that Salazar is smart enough to not place another’s trust over his own interests, she trusts him enough to know that he is trustworthy to the best of his abilities, as long as it does not compromise on himself, and she thinks that is a fair priority?

They only been partners for a few months and been tracking this killer for months until they found out who it was. Amara being amara needed to celebrate this win of theirs. but while drinking, she was a bit curious on their take of having partners and relationships between them. “From that statement, it seemed like you have tried having relationships before and it just didn’t work out. Am I right?” She ask with a small grin as she stirs the straw around in her drink. Judging by their expression, she was getting warmer on figuring them out. “I think that just means you didn’t try it out with the right person.” She told them before realizing what that could of sound like. “I don’t mean trying it out with me just in general.” She said as she stands up from her seat. “But I promise I will stop flirting with you….but don’t act like you don’t enjoy it.” She said to them with a smirk as she heads toward the bathroom.

It took her a few seconds to express a reaction towards his words; while she digested them within her mind, allowing the last word to echo in her brain. Narcissa faced a battle between allowing her pride to win and walk away from the room, or moving back, facing Lucius once again while her heels brushed against the wood floor. And through a rare moment, she did the later. A sigh escaping her lips due to the confusion inside of her mind, wondering why he had said such thing, expecting the kind words to be an hallucination created by her body due to the pregnancy. But it wasn’t that, the moment her light eyes reached his, it was almost as if Narcissa was able to pierce through his soul and she found in the man who seemed to despise her, someone who shared words never expected by Narcissa to be directed at herself. Reaching her previous spot, sitting next to him. Her hands moved on top of his, which for someone outside of their routine could seem as a familiar act, but it was far from that.

“Lucius, I know you’ll do everything in your power for our family, just as much as I’ll protect our child from everything that may happen in the future. I believe in you,” maybe a brief speech could do the job, but instead of leaving. Just as if he had pledged her to, Narcissa stood there. With her hues studying the man in front of her, trying to understand him. And soon, all of her doubts vanished from her expression as a brief smile moved her lips upwards. “Perhaps feeling the baby kicking could give you some peace, here,” gently moving his hand on top of her bump, watching his expression. That baby was all she loved and cared about, the one gave her life meaning. And Narcissa needed them to work in order to make her job to protect her child easier. “Here’s the reason why we can never give up. We’re strong and we’re powerful. We’re Malfoys.”
