Nylo is a dream guardian librarian. He checks people, or as he calls them, “Dreamers”, dreams from a book that writes down what people dream about. His job is to write down dream symbols people see in their dreams. Dreams help keep the dream realm alive and growing. However, when a person is having a rough day it could affect their dreams and even attract bad dream entities which also explains a book traveler’s diet. After a Bookkeeper use their calming to relax the person in their dream. When they are completely relax Nylo would eventually start eating the person. He absorbs their meditative state as fuel and energy boost. Afterwords when the person wakes up, they won’t remember what happened but they’ll wake up refresh and full of energy.

There use to be trillions of Bookkeepers that help with dreams considering many people that dream. But one day an entity came and m*rdered his family in cold-blood. It happened when he was just a dropling. The killer intentionally killed his father in front of him. He tried to kill Nylo but injured his eye. Mix with his blood and tears, came Gardon. Gardon, who he named after his father, is Nylo’s companion. And since Gardon is also mixed with Nylo’s tears makes Nylo his son.

Gardon very much understands any language and knows how books work thanks to Nylo training him.

Nylo does gravity work differently in the Dreamworld because in our world humans who are 9’0 don’t live long we only had one human that hold the record for tallies human being and your kind clearly broke that record considering your just a kid at 9’0 and the adults are god knows how tall they are.
