It's hard to read fanfiction with the reader being described so specific. "they tower over you." not all of us are 5'4 or 5'7 some of us are 5'10 or 6'2+. Some of us don't have hair they can run their hands through. Like honestly most of the time I just mentally adjust what I'm reading to fit me better but it gets tiring especially if the writer says that the reader isn't described to be a certain height, weight/build or colour. There's no shame in having imagined your reader to be a certain way or have feature that others might not have. If you write the reader to have a specific physical feature please say so in author note or just don't say that reader is underfined and open to interpretation then later describe them as short and petite.
