Dr Althea Cica Skin Calming Pad *gifted Received these toner pads from @dr.althea_sg and been using them for about 3 weeks now. I was originally a lil bummed to see the size of the pads - they’re really small and my face is pretty long and big; and I thought “oh boy how many will I need each time?!” But I was actually pretty surprised at how hydrating and soothing each pad is. It’s not dripping at all but my skin is so soothed after, I sometimes end up with a big pause in my routine because I’m so comfortable 😂 There’s 65 pads per tub and they come with a generous amount of essence. The tub is pretty sturdy (read: no leaks 🥳) and compact compared to some bulky pads so I’ve been keeping them on my table and reaching for them. The pads are double sided - embossed for exfoliation and smooth side for toning. It contains 85% Cica extract and you can see just how much my redness comes down in 1 use. The pads have a slightly herbaceous scent from their ingredients which I really enjoy 🌱 Some key ingredients are EOs (grapefruit, tea tree, lemon, rosemary), ceramides, green tea and HA for hydration, soothing and barrier healing.
