[ okay fun pokemon rp story time, cotton ( aka dragxnwrath ) once had a winona blog right? well winona met my gijinka!mew, who was one of my first blogs and they interacted a bit. fast forward a month or so later, and winona is interacting w/ my gijinka!rayquaza, and that mew gets brought up, and cotton didn't even know until i told them later that i was the mun to both of them it was great ]

He's glad he's been able to find her home easily, before anyone noticed. He wasn't wearing his cape, but a large black coat that covered his usual clothes, and a hoodie that hid his hair. He didn't want anyone in Blackthorn to know he was there, only Clair. "I hope it hasn't been long enough for you to forget or hate me, sis." (Post GSC first meeting?)

She turns to him entering her gym– her sanctuary– giving little thought to the matter, simply mistaking him for another challenger. She is prepared for battle, ready to run the shaded figure into the ground, just as always, no special treatment, no punches held— and then it hits her–

Like a tauros at full speed. Not a muscle twitches; she is a statue, with eyes fixed on every step closer he takes. Her hands become clammy, and uneasiness trumps her short-lived confidence.

“Lance—–” she mutters gently, cerulean hues glinting before the fiery lava surrounding them. Her throat swells; she would not cry, only swallow hard, and manage a twisted smile. “You’ve– changed your look.”

dawn learned from the best!!! she’s an excellent investigator and uses a lot of logic and reasoning to solve any problem or peculiarity she faces, not just ones of a paranormal nature (those just happen to be her favorite kinds, lmfao). she’s good at canvassing, collecting tips, stake-outs, and drawing accurate conclusions to solve a case! her big area of weakness is gathering clues and hard documentation to prove her conclusions, and she relies more on gut instincts to find things out. 

💰 — finance. 

she’s good at making money when she wants to. dawn’s a tough, competitive battler, and will gladly take all your prize money after a battle. she can work towards financial goals too, and usually stays on track if she has something particular in mind that she wants to attain. she’s not so good at saving or keeping a steady income, however. that kinda comes with what she chooses to do to make money. 

⚓️ — sailing.

lol, dawn has very little exposure to sailboats. she grew up way too poor

she’s spent a lot of time on big passenger boats, and doesn’t get seasick! but actual little sailboats? she wouldn’t know the first thing about operating one,.
