Good Morning Dragon Dust Followers!

I will be finishing Chapter Eight today, Finally!!! I have also thought up the new reason for the title. Originally it was Dorian needing Dragon Dust as an ingredient to help break his curse, which worked fine and all, but now I’ve thought of something better! This is my main oc DragonDust. I made this lil drawing to show her of but this is not my regular style (and also quite badly made). I know shes not one of the best oc’s but i love her.

Her backstory:

DragonDust is a reserved and anti-social dragon mare living in the cultural city of Baltimare. Currently living in an apartment on Tea Party Avenue with her roommate Curse and pet frog Bubble. She enjoys sitting in the tree nearby on a hill and watching the ponies pass by. Dust also enjoys drawing in a sketchbook given to her by her late mother Rose Petal. This book of hers is her most prized possession and is filled with many personal drawings of her childhood and the few memories she has of her father before he left. There have been less then few ponies who have ever even seen inside of this book, for she dislikes opening up to anybody and would rather have everypony just leave her alone. Those who have gain a loyal and kind friend. Dust is currently employed at "Griselda's Tavern and Grille" a griffon restaurant and bar down by the waterfront district, Dust  is sent out into  nearby woods and shoreline to gather fresh meat each day for the bars patrons. She performs this job very well using her in born enhanced senses and instincts to catch her prey. While citizens have expressed concern over her carnivorous tendencies and lack of reaction towards the sight of blood most who have confronted her have experienced the wrath of a dragon in a pony sized package. Since then Dust has been made to attend anger management classes by the town guard and has been improving...for the most part. after long days out on the hunt Dust always enjoys playing with her pet rain dessert Frog, Bubbles and occasionally hanging around her roommate Curse. Curse is one of the few ponies that Dust ever trusts but she doesn't like showing it to others but her care for him really shows when he's upset or depressed, in a way it's as if the two of them understand each other somehow. Dust has only recently started telling her roommate about her personal life, and while Curse is happy to listen, she is very slow coming with the details. At night Dust has dreams about her father and the few good times they've had together, these dreams feel like a blessing to her and fill her with hope that someday, somehow...her father will return...

They even sent people to the Local Co-op to fill a suitcase with booze!!

Now let me circle back to the police refusing to do an investigation on the parties. Police patrol the street, there's often an officer at the front door, so did they allow the suitcase booze man into the building without checking the suitcase's contents (this must surely be some form of security breach?) Or did they know what was in the suitcase and ignore it anyway?

Surely if you can sneak booze in via a suitcase you can also sneak in a Bomb via a suitcase?

So either the police knew and didn't care or they weren't properly doing their job!

So of course they don't want to investigate!!

Okay no one on Tumblr that I've seen has been talking about the wine and cheese thing, but that means no one is reflecting on the absolute weapons-grade hilarity of Boris Johnson trying to inchworm his way out of trouble by claiming that he didn't know about it

Like... that wine and cheese party was the Downing Street works Christmas do. Not just any old social, the Christmas social. There were invitations. There was music. Every single worker in Downing Street was invited, even Debbie from accounts. People who didn't work there but were important to the government got invited.

And Boris is therefore claiming that all his mates got together and had a party and DIDN'T INVITE HIM.

Not only that, but they deliberately kept it a secret from him, because no one wanted him there to ruin the party because no one likes him, and I just...

The key difference between Johnson and Trump always came down to this: Johnson wants to be liked. He genuinely does. Trump wanted to be respected and feared and obeyed, he wanted to be seen as powerful and suave and cool. But he didn't care about how liked he was. Johnson, though, really fucking does. He's a deeply pathetic little twat, and he wants people to like him.

So, his choices currently are

Tell everyone in the country that his own friends and coworkers actually cannot stand him, to the point that they arranged an entire Christmas party without him

Admit that he was there and immediately be hated by literally every single human being in the country, including his own voters (hello North Shropshire), because while the rest of us spent Christmas 2020 in a lockdown and unable to see each other and in many cases literally alone, him and his mates held an illegal Christmas party that the police are refusing to investigate

His popularity is now nosediving in the polls, and it really cannot be stated how much that will be burning him.

Also, pro-Brexit Tories are even pissed off with him now. Which is a bit like someone buying a cake called a pus cake with pictures of pus all over the box and a warning sign that says This Cake Contains Pus and Other Bodily Fluids, and then crying because when they tried to eat the pus cake they found it was filled with pus. But also really funny.

Anyway, I'm placing the bet now: we will see a vote of no confidence, OR he'll jump before he has to experience that (because it would kill him), and our next PM will be Rishi Sunak
