i recently got xenoverse 2 and all the dlc with it and played that bitch through like three times oh my god that game is wonderful. (i made what my and my friends joke is “dollar store shallot” since the hair doesn’t work lol) ((also via that obviously the legends trio is part of the time patrol duhhhhh))

fu shot up the list of my fav characters so fast its never been done before i was so shocked

(outside of the first image here) i only ever write/draw xv2 fu and hes like basically friends with the time patrol given how they treat him now LMAOO

Dragon Ball drives me up the wall sometimes, because the new Xenoverse 2 DLC (released eight years after launch) added DBS Videl, a Videl who infamously got into approximately zero (0) on-screen fights, and not only does she have a fucking bespoke ki blast technique(!!!), her moveset is genuinely rad as hell. I mean, just look at her new Ultimate Skill:

and like, I'm not complaining, but legitimately, to what fucking end. It's Videl. We did find out in Super Hero that she at least teaches martial arts in some capacity, but let's be real here: there's a damn snowball's chance in HFIL that we see her throwing a punch again in any remotely "canon" media, ever. I know the real answer is "to help convince people to drop twenty more American dollars on an eight-year-old Dragon Ball game," but are we just supposed to sit with the implication that Videl leveled the fuck up offscreen since The Incident and we're never going to see that manifested elsewhere? Completely nutty. I almost kinda respect it.
