(Wip) Mr. Phillips as a Phoenix

here's wip of Mr. Phillips as an ACTUAL Phoenix. Phillips even headcanon it on one of his Twitch streams and loved the fanart of him getting phoenix wings, etc after being revived from being drowned in Squidcraft 3 episode 3 with other players who got revived. He even added phoenix wings for one of the thumbnails he created for the VODS. I'm adding the Kirby beanie he wears and the Chile flag on the tail since he's Chilean! Those are my ideas for now. Also drew the phoenix from a tutorial from DragoArt!

I'm actually mostly self taught haha,, I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, and of course with me discovering the wonderful world of the internet, I was able to find a lot of stuff related to art,,, you know the classics, how to draw cute anime chibi girls, how to draw this and that character on DragoArt lol,,, i would copy a lot of the art that I admired and wanted to be able to reach the skill of, and I would redraw the same thing maybe 2 or 3 times until I was able to draw it from memory and then build upon it to make a mostly original drawing :)

i even started drawing digitally when I was like 6 or 7, mostly on ms paint or a website called DrawingNow that I used to frequent (though the majority of the really popular and what were practically artifacts of the website are long gone now :<), until I was able to get my hands on a... Truly ancient 2010 photoshop,, then I just looked into a bunch of other art programs after that,, I started taking art more seriously at around 11 years old or so, mostly digital, and I bought my first tablet then which I still have lols,,, it's still going strong though! The rest is history really, mostly the media that I would consume affected my artistic journey (mostly anime obviously haha) as well as watching a BUNCH of artist youtubers back in the good ole 2015-2018 days,,, that's pretty much it haha :)

I feel like my autistic traits should've been a slap to my family's face yet they didn't notice it. remembering back in middle school when I was 11 I had a friend that told me that she liked to sit with me at breakfast bc she liked to watch me sort my cereal by colors as I ate it and also my character hyperfixations, back at that time I didn't really put too much effort in art but when I did all I drew was my fav character at the time. in the same dragoart tutorial standing pose on every single page. no other pose.

So… One day while I was looking for content to survive until chapter 74 of Pokemon Horizons, I came across a number of one-shots written by @rising-volteccers and I have to admit that I fell in love with this fic in particular so I decided to make a little fanart for it.

Which evolved from a little fanart closer to what happened in the fic to a: "Imagine if instead of a picture with Friede tied up, Spinel had sent them a picture of him posing with poor hypnotized Friede and almost challenging them to find him :D"

Long story short: this little beauty came out lol (I'm so sorry for my terrible English, it's not my first language :"D)
