MORNINGS BY HIS SIDE | DRACO LUCIUS MALFOY
ღ Draco Malfoy was a dream, and being able to sleep with him was a dream come true.
Or at least that's how Y/n saw it.
The curtains of the boy's room were open and a few rays of sun started to kiss the pale and soft skin of the Slytherin prince. In Y/n’s mind, he looked gorgeous, with his hair made a mess on top of the pillow, and his lips slightly open showing his calm breathing. God, she couldn't ask for anything else in life.
Sometimes she wondered how she had gotten so lucky.
Moving her eyes from her boyfriend's frame she turned around to look at the clock, it was 06:50 in the morning and they had classes at 08:00, the boy's alarms were gonna start sounding in a few minutes and she knew she was gonna get teased for being once again in Draco's bed.
But how could she not be there? If the boy begged her to stay every night cause he was used to not sleep alone.
Blaise's alarm started to sound annoying everyone in the room, Draco mumbled something in his sleep before hiding his face in his girlfriend's neck, he didn't feel like waking up, and no one was gonna change his mind.
“turn that shit off Blaise or I swear to god I will shove the clock in your mouth and make sure it comes out of your ass”
Mattheo wasn't the nicest person in the mornings, or ever, but they were all used to it by now. Theo moved his head to the other side of the room and let out a huff.
“non riesci nemmeno a dormire, lo so, per l'amor del cielo” (you can't even sleep now for fucks sake)
The noise stopped and Blaise locked himself in the bathroom, Draco started moving again, and Y/n left soft caresses on his back.
“Always bothering us” He murmured sleepily making her laugh
“We have class in an hour” she reminded him softly “We have to get ready”
The blonde shook his head in -no- “I have DADA on my first period, Snape can go suck my father's dick”
“Draco!” Y/n scolded, hearing Mattheo cracking up from his bed
“Sorry love” he quickly said, leaving a kiss on her lips “Why don't we stay here, just you and me, we can sleep a little bit longer and then have Dobby bring us breakfast to bed”
His proposal, his voice, his caresses on her waist, everything was making her say yes. How could she not? It was Draco Malfoy.
“Okay, fine,” Y/n told him watching a smile a pear on his face “But this is the last time”
The blonde nodded rolling his eyes, he started leaving kisses on her cheeks and then along her jaw and exposed neck.
“Fuck, I could never get tired of this”
She let out a laugh “I know, Dray, I know”
Blaise finally came out of the bathroom and Theo was quick to get up with his towel in hand ready to have a shower. Mattheo on the other hand walked to the window and pulled out a cigarette.
“Want some, Y/l/n?”
Draco didn't even let her answer.
“It's not even eight in the morning, Riddle, leave my girl alone”
She just smiled “Go back to sleep, babe, it's still way too early for you”

Matteo: Hey baby! Why did the chicken cross the road?

♡ missed you • draco malfoy ♡
cw // 18+, smut, oral sex (fem receiving), fingering
a.n // this is my first time writing fanfiction, especially smut, and english isn't my first language
It was the last day of winter break. Many students were coming back from their time away. Draco's eyes immediately lit up when she entered the Great Hall. She smiled when she saw him. She approached him and his friends, greeting everyone kindly.
As soon as they finished eating, Draco and Elora left together. They walked through the halls of Hogwarts, arm in arm. Since Elora was the Head Girl, it meant that she had no roommates, something Draco and her took advantage of a lot.
When they arrived in her room, Draco immediately pushed her against the door and kissed her. "I missed you so much," he said in between kisses. He leaned down to kiss her neck, pulling sweet noises from her.
"I missed you too, Draco," she said, her voice trembling with pleasure. "I needed this," she said, panting between kisses. Her voice was so soft and sweet that he could have listened to her all day. "Please don't stop."
Draco didn't plan on stopping anytime soon. He was eager to have Elora to himself, having not seen her since winter break. He kneeled down in front of her and raised the skirt of her dress. He grabbed her thighs gently and kissed them.
Elora's cheeks were flushed, and her breath was shaky. Draco was doing everything right, making her feel good before moving forward, but she was getting impatient. She wanted more. Much more.
"Please," she gasped, looking down at Draco. "I want you right now." She was bold. She knew what she wanted, and she wasn't afraid to take it as soon as she could.
He grabbed the hem of her panties and slid them down her legs. Draco was eager to please her. He put her legs over his shoulders and kissed her inner thighs. She moaned softly at the feeling. His tongue darted out to lick a strip of her folds. He loved the noises it pulled from her.
Elora felt like she was in heaven. It was as if time had stopped and everything else in the world didn't matter. Only Draco and her were the important things at the moment. She couldn't stop making noises of pleasure.
Her hand went down to his head, holding him as he kept eating her out. She gasped when he pushed his tongue inside her. He held her thighs tightly as she squirmed against him. He pushed his tongue in and out of her, his nose rubbing against her clit as he did so.
He started sucking on her clit as his finger teased her entrance. "Please," she whimpered. He grinned slightly against her skin and slowly pushed his finger inside. He pushed it in and out for a moment, before adding another finger.
He switched between licking and sucking her clit as he fingered her, the pace gradually increasing. He knew exactly what she liked. He turned his head to kiss and nibble at her inner thighs, as he thursted his fingers inside her.
He sped up the pace when he felt her tense up, getting closer to her climax. He leaned in and started sucking on her clit again, wanting to bring her over the edge.
"Come on, love. Cum for me," he mumbled against her skin as he curled his fingers up, touching her gspot. Her head fell back against the door, mouth open wide but no sound coming out, as she finally climaxed. Her legs shooks in his hold as she tightened her grip on his hair. He kept licking her folds and fingering her, prolonging her orgasm.
She finally gasped loudly as she came down from her climax. "Draco!" She whimpered as she pushed on his head slightly, feeling overwhelmed by the pleasure.
He eventually stopped, pulling his fingers out and licking them clean. He set her legs back down and stood up. "I can't get enough of the way you taste," he said as he gently wrapped his hand around her neck to pull her in and kiss her softly. She moaned against his lips as she tasted herself on them.

Draco Malfoy x Pureblood Reader
Soooo my fyp is being all dracotok...again, so I made a Draco Malfoy scrabble^^. Hope you like it!!
In the heart of wizarding society, where lineage and tradition reigned supreme, Draco Malfoy found himself navigating the intricacies of a world where expectations often outweighed personal desires. Amidst this backdrop, an unforeseen twist of fate introduced him to a captivating individual— Y/N Devereaux —a witch whose presence stood out amidst the polished facade of society.
Their initial encounters were steeped in formalities, exchanged pleasantries, and the rigid expectations of their families. Draco, with his familiar air of aloofness, and Y/N, graceful yet quietly defiant of societal norms, found themselves repeatedly crossing paths at various wizarding events.
At first, their interactions were confined to polite conversation, laced with the weight of their families' histories and the unspoken rules of their society. Yet, beneath the surface, there brewed an unspoken connection—a shared understanding that transcended the boundaries of their predetermined roles.
Y/N possessed a depth that intrigued Draco—a mix of resilience, intelligence, and an unwavering spirit that refused to be constrained by societal dictates. As Draco navigated the complexities of his own beliefs and the expectations placed upon him, Y/N's presence served as a gentle reminder of a world beyond the confines of tradition.
Despite the pressures surrounding them, a subtle shift occurred in their dynamic. Casual encounters turned into purposeful conversations, filled with shared laughter, moments of vulnerability, and glimpses of their true selves beneath the masks they wore for the world.
Draco found himself confiding in Y/N about his inner conflicts, the weight of family expectations, and the struggle to define his own path amidst the stringent guidelines set by his lineage. Y/N, in turn, shared her own aspirations, fears, and dreams—unveiling a side of herself that she rarely revealed to anyone.
As Draco and Y/N spent more time together, they discovered common interests and an unspoken understanding that blossomed into a genuine connection—one that neither could ignore nor deny. Their journey together wove a tale of finding solace and understanding in a world that demanded conformity.
"Another one of these insufferable gatherings. The same faces, the same pretenses."
"It can be tiresome, indeed Draco. But sometimes, within the monotony, there might be hidden moments worth discovering."
"Hidden moments? In a sea of shallow conversations and forced pleasantries?"
"Perhaps. But sometimes, beneath the expected facade, there are depths waiting to be explored you know."
Their conversations, once formal and veiled, gradually shifted to deeper topics, their words weaving a connection beyond the surface. Each encounter revealed more layers, unraveling the complexities of their personalities.
"I've never understood these traditions. They suffocate individuality, force us into roles we didn't choose."
"Traditions often clash with the desire for authenticity Draco dear, But within those constraints, there might be room to shape our own paths."
"You speak as if there's a way to break free from these chains love." He said, as he walked towards her, grabbing her hand and kissing it.
"Maybe not break free entirely, but navigate them in a way that lets us remain true to ourselves, You know that Love." She said as she carresses her love's cheek.
Their conversations, once tethered to societal expectations, ventured into contemplations of freedom and identity, fostering a mutual understanding of their shared struggle against the confines of their world.
"There's something different about you. You don't conform to the mold everyone expects."
"And neither do you, Draco. Beneath that exterior lies someone wrestling with their own desires and beliefs."
"I never expected to find someone who sees beyond the Malfoy name."
"Maybe that's because I look for the person behind the title, beyond the expectations."
Their dialogues, once laced with formality, evolved into honest exchanges, each word strengthening the connection between them.
"I've found comfort in our conversations,Y/N. I found comfort in You. You make these events bearable."
"You've provided solace for me in this world of constraints, Draco. Your perspective challenges my own. And I love that about you.“
"Perhaps there's a chance for something more between us."
"Maybe, in this world of rigidity, we've found a space to explore what could be."
Their talks, once cautious and restrained, hinted at a shared desire for something beyond the limitations of their circumstances.
Their journey together continued, conversations evolving from polite exchanges to shared confidences, laughter, and whispered hopes for a future where their love could thrive. Amidst clandestine meetings and stolen moments, their connection grew stronger, defying the boundaries imposed by their families and society.
Their love blossomed amidst clandestine meetings, stolen glances, and whispered conversations away from the prying eyes of their world. They navigated the delicate balance between their burgeoning affection and the pressures of their families' expectations, determined to carve out a path where their love could thrive.
In the end, what began as chance encounters in the meticulously crafted world of wizarding aristocracy evolved into a profound and unexpected love—one that dared to challenge tradition and rewrite the narrative of their predetermined lives. Draco and Y/N stood united, their love a testament to the resilience of the human heart against the confines of expectation and tradition. Together, they forged a future that honored their love, breaking free from the chains of society to embrace a life where their hearts could truly be at peace.

It had been going on for hours. The bed could break with how hard and deeply his hips slammed into yours. The loud wet noise from your pussy and moans filled his room, your eyes glossy with tears from overstimulation. "Oh fuck that's it right there" he mumbles as your nails find there way in his skin, a scream leaving you as he found a place you didn't know you had. He hissed as you clawed at his pale skin most likely leaving marks that would be there for days. "Draco, oh my God!" you cried, your body moving in and up and down motion with the mattress as he continued his brutal thrust Into you.
You felt like you'd explode as the rise began to take over you. "You gonna cum again for me baby" he said with his head in your neck, kissing and sucking purple marks for you to find later. "yes! Yes!" You repeated as he hit your spot. He groaned as you tightened around him; His hips moved sloppily while he nipped at your ear. "Let go for me" he whispered, his heavy breath on your skin with the sound of his voice so intimately close threw you into the clouds. The waves of pleasure rushed from your fingers to your toes.

I yelped and stumbled back, clutching my wand like a lifeline. In front of me stood an old man with a long silver beard, half-moon spectacles perched on his nose, and a deep blue robe that shimmered in the sunlight. His eyes, usually so calm and twinkling in the movies, were now sharp and slightly frantic.
“Professor Dumbledore?” I stammered, barely able to process the situation.
“Why are you not at the castle yet?” Dumbledore asked, his voice carrying an unusual edge of urgency. He looked me up and down, his expression a mix of concern and impatience.
“I—I don’t know what’s going on,” I stuttered, my confusion spilling over. “I don’t even know where the castle is. I was just—”
Dumbledore raised a hand, cutting me off. His eyes softened slightly, but there was still a flicker of something else—perhaps worry or a sense of urgency that I couldn’t quite place. “No time to explain here,” he said briskly. “We must get you to Hogwarts immediately.”
Before I could protest or even think of another question, Dumbledore grasped my arm firmly. There was a sudden, dizzying sensation, like the world had been yanked out from under my feet. The air squeezed tight around me, my vision blurred, and for a split second, it felt like I was being pulled through a narrow tube.
Then, just as abruptly, it stopped. I gasped, catching my breath as I found myself standing in front of massive, towering doors that stretched high above me. The grand entrance hall of Hogwarts loomed before us, its stone walls echoing with a faint hum of magic. I blinked, my surroundings snapping into focus, the realization hitting me like a tidal wave.
We were at Hogwarts. The place I had only ever seen on a TV screen now stood before me in all its ancient, majestic glory. My head spun with a thousand questions, but Dumbledore’s expression remained resolute as he released my arm.
Dumbledore gave me a quick, assessing glance, then waved his hand with a graceful, practiced motion. Before I could even register what was happening, my clothes shifted and transformed, the fabric rippling as plain black robes appeared around me. I stared down at myself, wide-eyed and speechless. The robes were just like the ones I’d seen in the movies, flowing and perfectly tailored, fitting me as if they’d always been mine.
“Whoa,” I breathed, my fingers brushing against the smooth material. I could feel the faint hum of magic in the fabric, like a soft, comforting buzz against my skin. I turned to Dumbledore, a hundred questions bubbling up inside me, but he was already on the move.
“Come along, Miss Thunderbrooke,” he said briskly, gently nudging me forward. “There’s no time to waste.”
Still in awe of the robe transformation, I allowed Dumbledore to guide me through the towering doors of the Great Hall. The sheer size of the room took my breath away—the enchanted ceiling reflected a twilight sky dotted with stars, and floating candles cast a warm, flickering light over the long tables filled with students. The air was thick with the excited murmurs of young witches and wizards, all gathered for what I quickly realized was the Sorting Ceremony.
Dumbledore ushered me to the front, where a line of students my age stood nervously, waiting their turn to be sorted. My heart pounded as I joined the line, still feeling out of place in this magical scene. I glanced around, recognizing some of the faces from the movies, and a new wave of disbelief washed over me.
“Just stay here and wait to be sorted,” Dumbledore whispered, his voice softer now. He offered me a small, reassuring smile, though his eyes still held that glimmer of urgency. “Everything will be explained in due time.”
Before I could respond, he turned and made his way up to the staff table, leaving me standing among the other first-years. I looked up at the enchanted ceiling, then down at my robes again, the surrealness of it all making my head spin. I was at Hogwarts, about to be sorted like every other first-year student. It was as if I’d been plucked straight out of my living room and dropped into the heart of the wizarding world, with no clue why or how any of this was happening.
My eyes drifted to the students ahead of me, watching as they approached the Sorting Hat one by one. This was really happening—I was here, in the Great Hall, about to be sorted into a house. The dreamlike quality of it all still lingered, but as the line moved forward, I felt a spark of anticipation mingling with my confusion. Whatever was going on, I was about to be part of it.
I stood there, my eyes wide as I took in everything around me. The Great Hall was huge, way bigger than I’d ever imagined, with its ceiling that looked exactly like the night sky, full of twinkling stars. Candles floated in mid-air, and I couldn’t help but wonder how they weren’t dripping wax on everyone. I tugged at my new robes, still half-expecting to wake up at any second back on my living room floor with the TV blaring.
It all felt so unreal, like I’d stepped straight into one of the movies. I turned in a slow circle, trying to catch every little detail—the four long tables packed with older students, the giant banners with different house crests, the Sorting Hat that was being placed on each kid’s head one by one. My head was spinning, and I couldn’t stop gawking.
Without realizing it, I took a step back and bumped into someone. I spun around quickly, nearly tripping over my own feet, and found myself face-to-face with a boy my age. He had slicked-back blond hair and a pale, pointed face, his eyebrows drawn together in a frown.
“Hey, watch it!” he snapped, rubbing his shoulder like I’d really hurt him, which I definitely didn’t.
“Oh! Sorry,” I mumbled, my face heating up. I hadn’t meant to bump into anyone, especially not someone who looked so put together, like he already belonged here. My eyes widened as I realized who I was looking at— Draco Malfoy, from the movies. He looked just like he did on screen, but now he was right in front of me, all scowls and pointed glares.
Draco’s frown deepened, and he brushed at his robes like I’d somehow dirtied them just by bumping into him. “Watch it, would you?” he snapped, his voice dripping with disdain. “You don’t just wander around like a lost puppy and bump into people. Are you even supposed to be here?”
I felt my cheeks flush with a mix of embarrassment and anger. “I said I was sorry,” I shot back, straightening up and meeting his glare. “You don’t have to be so rude about it!”
Draco scoffed, rolling his eyes dramatically. “Rude? I’m not the one who doesn’t know how to walk properly. And those robes— you look like you’re wearing hand-me-downs from a rubbish bin.”
I clenched my fists, my temper flaring. “You don’t even know me! What’s your problem?”
“My problem?” Draco sneered, stepping closer with his arms crossed. “My problem is I have to share a school with people like you who clearly don’t belong.”
I opened my mouth to snap back, my frustration bubbling over, when another voice cut through our argument.
“That’s enough!” A girl with bushy brown hair and a determined look marched up to us, her eyes narrowing at Draco. I recognized her instantly— Hermione Granger, looking just as fierce as I’d seen her in the movies. She stepped between us, glaring at Draco with a mix of annoyance and confidence that made me feel instantly better.
“You shouldn’t talk to people like that,” Hermione said firmly, planting her hands on her hips. “Everyone’s here for the same reason, and you don’t get to decide who belongs.”
Draco huffed, looking at Hermione with disdain. “And who are you, the manners police?”
Hermione’s expression didn’t falter. “I’m Hermione Granger, and I’m not afraid of you. So why don’t you back off and leave her alone?”
Draco’s eyes flicked between Hermione and me, his scowl deepening, but he seemed to realize he was outmatched— or at least, outnumbered. He rolled his eyes and took a step back, smoothing his robes again. “Whatever. You’re not worth my time,” he muttered, turning away with a swish of his robes.
Hermione gave me a reassuring smile and motioned for me to follow her. “Come on, you can stand with us,” she said, leading me through the crowd. I was still a little shaken from my encounter with Draco, but having Hermione on my side made me feel better. As we weaved through the other first-years, I couldn’t believe this was happening— I was actually at Hogwarts, with Hermione Granger.
We finally stopped near the back of the line, and that’s when I saw them. Harry Potter, with his messy black hair and round glasses, was right there, talking to a tall redhead who I instantly recognized as Ron Weasley. Standing beside them was Neville Longbottom, looking a bit nervous but kind, just like I remembered. They all turned as Hermione approached, and my heart skipped a beat.
I froze, staring at the trio in front of me, my mind racing. It was like seeing a group of celebrities, only better. They were my favorite characters from the books and movies, and they were right here, standing inches away. I felt my excitement bubbling up, almost like I was going to burst.
“Oh my god,” I blurted out, my eyes wide as I took in every detail. “You’re—oh my god, this is insane!” My words came out in a rush, my hands flapping in disbelief. Harry, Ron, and Neville exchanged confused looks, their expressions a mix of amusement and bewilderment.
Ron raised an eyebrow, a crooked smile forming on his face. “Er, you all right there?” he asked, glancing at Harry like he was wondering if I’d lost my mind.
Harry chuckled, rubbing the back of his neck. “Uh, yeah… we’re just us,” he said, looking at me curiously. “Are you okay?”
Neville gave me a shy smile, clearly unsure how to react. Hermione put a hand on my shoulder, her brow furrowing slightly. “You seem really excited,” she said, a hint of a laugh in her voice.
“Oh, right!” I said quickly, trying to gather myself. “I’m Y/N. Y/N Thunderbrooke.” As soon as the name left my mouth, I felt a jolt of panic. That wasn’t my real name, but it was the one on the letter I had been holding, and for some reason, I just went with it.
Ron’s face scrunched up in confusion, and he glanced at Harry before asking, “Thunderbrooke? Never heard of that name before. What family are you from?”
My heart raced. I didn’t know how to answer that— I wasn’t even supposed to be here, and the last thing I wanted was to blow my cover, whatever that even was. “Uh, well, I’m not really from around here,” I blurted out, my voice a little higher than I intended. “It’s, um, a long story. My dad and I… we, uh, move a lot.”
Harry raised an eyebrow but didn’t press further. “Oh, okay. Well, you’re at Hogwarts now, so I guess that’s what matters.”
I nodded, relieved that they weren’t asking more questions, though I could still feel Ron’s curious eyes on me. I bit my lip, trying to calm the nervous fluttering in my stomach. Maybe they wouldn’t think too much about it. After all, it wasn’t like I was the only new kid here.
Just then, the room hushed as Professor McGonagall stepped forward, holding a long scroll. “When I call your name, you will put on the Sorting Hat and be sorted into your house,” she announced, her voice echoing through the Great Hall. I glanced nervously at the line of students ahead of me, each waiting for their turn.
The Sorting Hat started singing, its voice filling the hall with a song about bravery, cunning, wisdom, and loyalty. My heart pounded as I listened, a mix of excitement and anxiety bubbling inside me. The reality of where I was and what was happening sank in all over again.
“First up, Abbott, Hannah!” McGonagall called, and a girl with blonde hair nervously walked up to the stool. I watched, mesmerized, as the hat was placed on her head and called out “Hufflepuff!” The Hufflepuff table erupted in cheers, and I couldn’t help but imagine what it would be like when it was my turn. Would the hat know who I was? What would it see when it looked into my mind?
As each student went up, my nerves grew. I was in a magical world I’d only dreamed about, standing among characters I’d known and loved for years, but now it was real—and I had no idea what was going to happen next.
I mumbled to myself, more to calm my nerves than anything else, “Wow, I wonder which house I’ll get?”
Before I could even take another breath, a familiar voice sneered from beside me. “Bet it won’t be a good one.” I turned to see Draco Malfoy, his smug face popping into my view like an unwanted jack-in-the-box. He was grinning, clearly enjoying the chance to get under my skin again.
I frowned, feeling my cheeks flush with frustration. “What’s your problem, Malfoy? Can’t you just leave me alone?”
Draco crossed his arms, leaning in closer with a taunting smirk. “You’re just lame, that’s all. Probably end up in Hufflepuff or, worse, that house for the leftovers.” He chuckled, clearly proud of himself for thinking he’d dealt the ultimate insult.
I clenched my fists, trying to keep my cool, but his attitude was really starting to grate on me. “You don’t even know me,” I shot back, standing my ground. “And for your information, Hufflepuff isn’t lame, and neither is any other house. But I bet I could get into Gryffindor or even Slytherin.”
Draco’s eyebrows shot up, and he laughed, the sound sharp and mocking. “You? In Slytherin? You don’t have what it takes,” he said, shaking his head. “And Gryffindor’s just as unlikely. You’re dreaming.”
I felt a surge of determination flare up inside me. I wasn’t going to let him have the last word, not this time. “You think so, huh?” I challenged, narrowing my eyes at him. “Fine. I bet you a Galleon I get into either Gryffindor or Slytherin.”
Draco’s smirk widened, and he gave a little scoff, like he couldn’t believe I was serious. “A Galleon? You’re on,” he said, eyes glinting with confidence. “But don’t cry when you’re stuck in Hufflepuff or some other boring house. I’ll be in Slytherin, where I belong.”
I crossed my arms, trying to ignore the way my stomach churned with nerves. “We’ll see, Malfoy. Just don’t get too full of yourself when you lose.”
Draco snickered, clearly enjoying the challenge. “I’ll believe it when I see it, Thunderbrooke. Better get that Galleon ready.”
He turned on his heel as Professor McGonagall called, “Malfoy, Draco!” His name echoed through the Great Hall, and he strutted confidently up to the stool, sitting down with an air of smug anticipation. The Sorting Hat barely touched his head before it bellowed, “Slytherin!”
Draco’s face lit up with pride, and he leapt off the stool, practically skipping over to the Slytherin table. He was welcomed with cheers and claps from the older students, and he took his place among them, basking in the attention.
I watched, my nerves bubbling up again. My heart pounded as I waited, fingers fidgeting at my sides. Then, it was my turn. “Thunderbrooke, Y/N!” Professor McGonagall called, and I felt all eyes turn to me. My feet felt like lead as I walked up to the stool, trying to keep my cool in front of everyone.
I sat down, and the Sorting Hat was placed on my head, its brim falling over my eyes. I held my breath, waiting for it to speak.
“Ah,” the hat said softly, its voice echoing in my mind. “You’re the one who’s not from this world. Dumbledore mentioned you’d be coming. Quite the unique situation, isn’t it? No matter— I know just where to put you.”
I squeezed my eyes shut, bracing for the answer, my mind racing with possibilities.
“SLYTHERIN!” the hat shouted.
I blinked in surprise, but a wide grin quickly spread across my face. I hopped off the stool, excitement bubbling inside me. I couldn’t believe it— Slytherin! I was determined not to show any of the nerves I’d felt moments before. Instead, I walked with as much confidence as I could muster over to the Slytherin table.
I caught sight of Draco, who was already chatting animatedly with some of his new housemates, but his gaze flickered over to me when I approached. I stopped right in front of him, letting the cheers from the Slytherin table fade into the background. Draco’s smile faltered as I slid into the seat across from him and held out my hand, palm up, with a cocky grin.
“Well, Malfoy?” I said, arching an eyebrow. “I believe you owe me a Galleon.”
Draco stared at me, his eyes narrowing for a moment, clearly not expecting to lose the bet. A mix of annoyance and begrudging respect flickered across his face before he finally huffed and reached into his robes. He pulled out a shiny Galleon and slapped it into my hand.
“There,” he muttered, trying to keep his cool. “Don’t let it go to your head.”
I pocketed the coin with a satisfied smile. “Oh, don’t worry,” I said, leaning back in my seat. “I won’t. But thanks for the Galleon, Draco.”
He rolled his eyes but couldn’t help a slight smirk, clearly impressed despite himself. We might have started on the wrong foot, but I had a feeling this was only the beginning of whatever rivalry— or maybe even friendship— was brewing between us.
Draco crossed his arms, still giving me a sideways look, but I could tell he was intrigued. “Don’t think this means we’re friends or anything,” he said, trying to sound aloof, though there was a slight crack in his smug demeanor. “You got lucky, that’s all.”
I shrugged, pretending to be unfazed by his words. “Sure, if that’s what you want to believe. But maybe luck’s just on my side.”
Around us, the Slytherin students were still celebrating the new additions to their house, and I couldn’t help but feel a swell of pride. I’d not only proven Draco wrong but also found myself in the very house I’d always admired, even if it wasn’t my first choice in the movies. Slytherin had a certain allure—a promise of greatness, ambition, and cunning that I couldn’t deny was appealing.
As the sorting continued, I watched, taking in the sight of the Great Hall, with its enchanted ceiling reflecting the night sky and the floating candles casting a warm glow over everything. It was even more incredible than I’d ever imagined. The long tables, the chatter of students, the clinking of silverware and goblets— it all felt so surreal.
Beside me, Draco had started talking again, this time about Slytherin traditions and how he was destined to be a prefect someday. He spoke with such confidence, but every now and then, his gaze would flicker back to me, as if he was trying to figure me out. I listened, nodding occasionally, but my mind was still racing with the impossibility of everything.
“How do you even know so much about this place?” Draco suddenly asked, his tone more curious than hostile. “You said you’re not from around here. So, where exactly are you from?”
I hesitated, not really knowing how to answer that without sounding completely insane. “It’s… complicated,” I said finally. “Let’s just say I know a lot more than I should.”
Draco raised an eyebrow but didn’t push further, though I could tell he was itching to ask more. “Well, whatever. Just don’t mess things up for the rest of us,” he said, but his voice lacked the sharpness from before.
The Sorting Hat continued to call names, and as more students found their places, I settled in, still marveling at the fact that I was actually here. The chatter around the hall grew louder as food appeared on the tables, a feast fit for royalty with roast chicken, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pasties among other delicious-looking dishes.
I grabbed a plate, filling it with everything that caught my eye. Draco watched me with a half-smirk, probably thinking I was overdoing it, but I didn’t care. This was Hogwarts, and I was going to enjoy every second of it. As I dug into my food, I realized that, for the first time in a long while, I wasn’t worried about anything—how I got here, what was happening back home, or even what would happen next. I was at Hogwarts, sorted into Slytherin, and had just won a bet against Draco Malfoy.
For now, that was more than enough.

part 2?
.·:¨¨ ≈☆≈ ¨¨:·..·:¨¨ ≈☆≈ ¨¨:·.
"Draco" the young ravenclaw yells as she chases her boyfriend. She calls out his name, begging him to stop and listen to her.
But Draco is faster than her and he is able to to keep running away. He's too overwhelmed and angry to even talk to her With everything that has been going on he wishes he could just disappear without ever being found. He continues to ignore his girlfriend's calls, her voice getting fainter as he escapes into the dark.
He finds himself near the room of requirement. He was furious, he slams his fist into the wall, hard. The pain in his hand was nothing compared to the anger and jealousy he was feeling. Memories of what his friends said, of Potter flirting and dancing with his girlfriend play in Draco's mind.
"Mate, put a leash on your girlfriend. She couldn't keep her hands off Potter all night"
"They danced all night, even Slughorn thought they would make a good couple"
He thought Nott and Goyle could be lying, but why would they lie. He immediately went to the party Slughorn was holding, he wished that it was all bullshit but when he stepped in the room and saw Briar and Potter dancing, His Briar and Potter dancing and giggling, fucking giggling. He saw his girlfriend leaning and touching Potters cheek, was she going to kiss him...? He would never forget their faces when they saw him, their smiles faded so fast, it was like they got caught doing something.
He snaps out of it when he hears Briar's voice. Draco turns around to see her running towards him. She grabs his wrist before he leaves again. But Draco wasn't having any of this. He shakes Briar's hand off his wrist "What do you want"
Briar takes a step back shocked, Draco never acted like this towards her so this was new to the brunette. She didn't know what happened or what she did wrong to make him this upset.
One minute she was dancing and laughing at her friend's poor dancing and eavesdropping skills. He wanted to know what Ginny and her date were arguing over so him being nosy, he asked Briar to dance, and help him.
"What happened" she furrows her brows taking a good look at him. It has been two days since she last saw him, Briar didn't know if he was avoiding her or he was really busy with homework like Blaise told her. He looked tired and exhausted, like he hadn't slept in days. He had bags under his eyes and his face was too pale. Draco was clearly struggling with something, and Briar felt her heart breaking. All the curses she had wanted to say to him for avoiding her vanished "Are you sick Dray-" She wanted to hug and comfort him but when she went to hug him, he stepped back
"Don't.'
Briar looked at Draco with hurt and confusion on her face. This wasn't like him. Before she could say anything else he beats her to it
'How was the party, did you enjoy it?' his tone was cold and his face stern.
"The party was fine, I had a really good ti-"
"Oh I don't doubt that" he cut her off "Who wouldn't have, with Potter twirling you around whispering sweet things in your ear"
His words made Briar laugh. She couldn't believe what he had said and thought he must be joking "Yeah especially when he got on his knees and proposed to me" she jokes, but her laughter dies when she sees his face, he meant what he said.
Draco was stunned by her laughter. He thought she would be ashamed, but instead she laughed as if everything was a joke. He felt his anger growing "Im sure you wanted that"
"Draco wha-"
"After all he wants you-"
"What-"
"You want him, you'd make a good couple"
"What the hell are you talking about"
'You know damn well what the fuck Im talking about" Draco snapped, laughing and shaking his head in disbelief. Why was she acting so clueless. Why couldn't she see how much she had hurt him "You were all over him flir-"
"WHAT THE FUCK' Briar yells, she felt like she was going to explode. She was tired of the vague statements and the confusion "I don't fucking know a single thing you're making up'
The slytherin boy scoffs. he was losing control of what he was feeling. He couldn't stop thinking about all the times his girlfriend hung up with Harry, when they talked, laughed and everything.
'He deserves her' a voice says in his head 'He can protect her whereas you will only break and put her life in danger'
He didn't want to believe it, but, it was true. A knot forms on his throat. You don't deserve her, you don't deserve her, you don't deserve her
"Sorry for ruining your little party you can go back and continue making googly eyes at your precious Potter" he spits "Or maybe you'd rather be with Weasley.
Briar was taken aback at what Draco was saying. She had nothing going on with Harry they were close friends and Draco knew that, she told him from the start. He never accused her of being unfaithul during their two year relationship.
"Draco, I know you're not at your best right now, but this is hurting me" Briar says. She was trying to be understanding. She knew Draco wasn't himself, but his words hurt her. "Please don't say things you don't mean"
Draco completly ignored what she said, for once in his life he had something or rather someone Potter didn't have, Briar.
Not anymore.
"Fuck- why did you go with him" his voice broke "You know he's the only one who has something over him and you still went with him fucking hell Briar you played me well"
"We were just dancing, he-he wanted to know why Ginny and her boyfrie-"
"Stop lying you were about to kiss"
"Im not lying" she chokes up "Stop acting like a dick and listen, we weren't about to kiss, Harry doesn't even fucking like me Draco you know he's my closest friend"
Draco clicked his tounge shaking his head, he couldn't believe it, she was defending him
"Do you know what everyone was saying, that you look like a couple" Briar only stared at him with tears on her eyes, why wasn't he believing her "That you were all over him, he was all over you. That you fi- you finally got together"
Briars heart was shattering with every word her boyfriend was saying "Since when do you listen to the other people"
From the start he thinks to himself unwanted memories coming to him
'Did you hear Malfoy and Bianchi are dating"
'She can definitely do better"
"I was rooting for her and Harry man"
"I don't think they will last knowing his familys history and all"
"I thought she liked Harry"
"Why would she choose him, his family is full with death eaters, he's gonna become one sooner or later"
Yes why would she choose you Draco when she can have better
"Since my girlfriend’s name keeps getting mentioned with schools saint" he gets closer to her and sees the tears brimming in her eyes, he made her cry. "Who's next give me a hint, the Weaslys? You have options there, maybe Finnigan or my friend Zabini, huh? I wouldn't be surprised, you would go along with his mom, even share the list of the men you want to go after”
Briar felt like a little girl getting scolded by her mother, like she was in trouble for a mistake that she didn't realize she had made. After all she went through for him, did she deserve to be treated like this.
He looked at Briar and spoke through clenched teeth "Bloody hell I even went against my parents for you because you're a half blood, everything they believed in and everything they wanted, for you!"
Ouch
Draco knew he shouldn't have said those things. Blood status didn't matter to him he didn't say that because he believes it, he said that because he was angry and he wanted to hurt her. The blond boy didn't apologise or try to fix the damage he had caused. Instead, he just kept on with the attack.
If someone asked Briar who was the person standing in front of her, she would be at loss. This isn't the Draco she had fallen in love with. She didn't recognize him.
'Im not sorry" she says in a low voice, the anger and hurt appeared in her eyes as she gazed at him. She hit him on the chest "Im not sorry for dancing with my friend' hit "Im not sorry for being a halfblood" hit "Im not sorry for other people talking"
As she raised her fist to hit him again, he quickly grabbed her wrists, stopping in her tracks
"Stop" he said in a stern tone, his gaze steady and his grip firm
She didn't try to pull away her wrists, she simply stared at his eyes, blue met gray "But Im sorry for myself because I- don't deserve this"
"I've made so many sacrifices for you, given up so much for our relationship, because I love you. I've lost friends, I almost lost my relationship with my parents too. But all I wanted was to be with you, no matter the cost" she said her voice cracking and tears rolling down her cheeks and Draco wanted to do nothing more but wipe her tears.
"Yet you ruined everything" Draco's voice was cold and unfeeling, it cut through her like a knife "Like you always do"
"I didn't ruin shit" her voice was filled with anger and hurt, her hands were shaking as she grabbed him by the collar wrenching him closer to her, shouting in his face "This is all your doing, you're destroying us, because of your own insecurities"
"I could have accused you of cheating," she said, her tone still thick with emotion. "You've been so distant lately, leaving me to spend time with some other girl?"
Draco shook his head in disbelief unable to believe what she was saying, if she only knew what he was doing.
"I could have easily thought the worst," she continued, "Because you haven't even noticed that I haven't been around."
She took a shaky breath, and her eyes met his, "But I didn't, I never would."
Draco's jaw tightened as he met her gaze. He knew if he stayed more he would break down, so with that she pushed Briars hands and turned to leave.
"Draco" he stops in his track and closes his eyes at the sound of his name coming from her "Please let's talk and figure out this misunderstanding"
He thinks about it, he thinks of the aftermath and it doesn't look good on his head. It's better like this, for both of them.
Briar's chest was heaving as she tried to catch her breath, her tears falling down her cheeks. "Draco," she said through her tears, "If you leave now, it's over for us."
Draco's head was buzzing with thoughts, his emotions in turmoil. A voice in the back of his mind told him that he wasn't good enough for her, that she deserved better. She deserved someone who shared the same beliefs and values, someone who can support her in the way she deserves it. A death eater can't do that, so to protect her he chose to leave without sparing a glance at her.
A pang of heartbreak hit Briar as she watched Draco leave, her eyes blurry with tears as she tried to hold back her emotions. But then, as he disappeared out the door, the dam of tears broke and she crumpled to the ground, her face buried in her palms as she sobbed uncontrollably. As the tears fell down her cheeks, she felt a deep fear of abandonment welling up inside her.
"I didn't cheat on you, why won't you believe me," she sobbed softly, her voice trembling as she felt utterly alone. "I didn't do anything…"
For a moment, she felt a flicker of hope. Maybe Draco would come back, maybe she would be able to explain things to him again. But the thought was quickly snatched away. Nobody was there to comfort her, to tell her everything would be all right. Nobody cared.
She could hear the muffled voices of two voices arguing nearby. One voice, was sweet and gentle, while the other voice, husky but soothing. They were both very recognizable, even if she couldn't make out their words clearly.
"How in the bloody hell are we gonna find her in this bloody massive castle Granger, not very smart of you?"
"Will you stop Parkinson, she's somewhere here. Let's just look"
"There"
"3..2..1.. Happy birthday to you happy birthday dear Bria- Briar what happened" it was Pansy her best friend who immediatly went to her side, Hermione behind her trying not to trip and fall with the cake they had made for her.
Pansy took Briar's face in her hands, wiping away her tears with a gentle touch. Hermione took Briar's hand in hers, her eyes filling with tears seeing her best friend in such a state. Briar didn't say anything, she knew that if she said something right know she would end up worse Hermione and Pansy wrapped their arms around Briar tightly, their hug comforting and supportive.
It was clear that they both cared about her, and they weren't going to leave her alone to suffer. Even though it hurt to see her like this, they were trying to be strong for her, and their hugs offered a calming presence and comfort. They gave each other a worried look as they held their best friend bclose, each of them worrying about how much pain Briar must be in. But they both agreed to be there for her, no matter what.
Briar's tears continued to fall down her cheeks, but she hugged her two friends back tightly. It felt nice to have their support, and she appreciated how they were there for her in her time of need.

—isn't it lovely
oh, i hope some day i'll make it out of here. even if it takes all night or a hundred years. need a place to hide, but i can't find one near. wanna feel alive, outside i can't fight my fear. — deatheater!draco x ravenclaw!reader ; *:・゚☆
"What're you doing up here?" He asks with a sneer.
You barely glance up from your notebook before focusing on the page before you once more, sketching. "I've been coming here for years."
He rolls his eyes, shifting on his feet, considering telling you to get lost, but refrains, stepping silently over to the railing of the astronomy tower, resting his forearms atop it, shoulders slumping forward as he closes his eyes, brows furrowing as he wills away the leaden feeling in his gut.
He can't break here as he had the last time. Not with a witness.
He cannot be perceived as weak.
Surprisingly, he's the one to shatter the tense silence with a quiet question. "What're you drawing?"
As if he cares.
He tries to recall the last time the two of you spoke—if ever—and his memory comes up empty.
"The stars. Constellations."
He raises a brow.
"Has that not already been done?" He asks sarcastically.
You shrug, glancing to his back. "It's a hobby."
With a trembling hand and a frayed mind, terrified this will finally do it—be the horrible, unspeakable thing which tears you away from him—he pushes up the crisp, white sleeve of his shirt, revealing a mark etched upon his pale skin.
The dark mark.
Your eyes widen, and tears fill his own as he reaches out, grasping the crown of your shoulder, willing you to look at him. To see the truth you should already know within his eyes.
"I didn't want to," he chokes out.
His chin wobbles. "They made me."
His face crumples, and he falls into you. "Please don't leave me now. I'm so scared."
You wrap shaking arms around his shoulders, running your fingers through his smooth, silver hair. "I'm not going anywhere."
during your sixth year at hogwarts, an unlikely presence joins you during your—previously solitary—evenings atop the astronomy tower: draco malfoy.
as the dark lord's power grows, and danger seems around every corner, the once wry and cunning slytherin seems now somehow desolate, if not always on-edge.
until he finds comfort, and eventually confides in, the one and only person he feels he can now trust in his ever-changing and perilous world.
after finding one who accepts, and is willing to love him fully, he will stop at nothing to ensure your safety and survival during the war.
plotting:
as the wizarding war nears closer, i think draco will either hide reader away somewhere for her safety, or he will use a memory spell to alter her memories of their time together, if not both.
reader & draco will be each other's first times, perhaps spending a night at the three broomsticks.

Like Romeo and Juliet
Word Count: 5270 | Pair: Draco Malfoy x OC | Genre: Angst, sad/bittersweet ending
Warning: Mentions of suicide, pregnancy loss, major characters death
Summary: Their love was forbidden, and a bittersweet ending they had...
A/N: You might have seen this special one-shot either on Wattpad or Inkitt website - I wrote this when I was young, and this was most readers' favourite. So if you see this familiar one-shot - yes, I was the one who wrote it hehe. I'm not going to say my username from Wattpad cuz not gonna lie...I'm a bit shy and embarrassed about what I wrote when I was young haha. But this specific one-shot has a special place in my heart and I wanted to share it here on the Tumblr site~
"Their lives were taken away, just like that dreadful story: Romeo and Juliet." - Lord Voldemort
In the beginning, he was a Slytherin, and she was a Gryffindor. His house hated hers, hers hating his. The houses were sworn enemies, and if either one spoke to the other, there would be chaos. But they wanted to communicate with each other. Their friends and family told them not to, but they did.
And a sad fate they met.
It was during their Fourth Year at the Yule Ball did they met for the very first time.
They had never seen one another during their time at Hogwarts, so they were amazed and curious when they saw one another for the first time.
Draco Malfoy was loitering around the buffet of the bowl, trying to hide from his date who happened to be Pansy Parkinson. He thought having Pansy as a date would be fine; oh how wrong he was…
He was bored. And he hated the attention Harry Potter was getting. Just because he was The Boy Who Lived and got chosen by that stupid goblet…
Coming up with a decision, he went to make his leave back to the Common Room when he saw her. The most beautiful, breathtaking girl he had ever seen.
She was across the hall from him, watching everyone with a small smile on her gorgeous face. She was wearing a beautiful light blue dress with white patterned lace from her shoulders and chest area, her dress was designed corset style for her abdomen but the dress fell loosely, almost like it had a mind of its own and was floating simply around her. (Draco was terrible with describing what she was wearing, too gobsmacked at the sight of someone so gorgeous and elegant.)
Even from such a distance, he can see her eyes shining brightly against the lights, her raven dark hair twisted into an elegant bun with ringlets surrounding her oval-like face. Maybe to some people, she wasn't the prettiest in Hogwarts, but for Draco?
He knew that she was the one.
As soon as that thought crossed his mind, their eyes connected. Grey eyes connected with warm, chocolate brown eyes. It felt like their souls were being connected - like love at first sight.
Simultaneously, they started to make their way to one another. Both yearned to talk and know one another.
Draco merely pushed and shoved his way through, the girl politely excusing people as she shuffled by. They were just a metre away from one another, hands outstretched to touch when they were both taken away at the same time; Draco was pulled away by Pansy and the girl was pulled away by Hermione Granger. Despite the sudden change, they saw who dragged whom, and they knew what they were about to have...it was forbidden.
For she was a Gryffindor, he a Slytherin.
✨✨✨
Days went by when they saw each other again. It was during a weekend when Draco saw her sitting alone at the Black Lake, reading. When no one was looking, he hurriedly made his way over to her. "Hello," he greeted from behind her.
Said girl gasped in surprise, slamming her reading book shut with a snap. She stood up and turned around, ready to yell at whoever was disturbing her reading time only for her mouth to drop open at the sight of the boy. He gave her a shy smile - something uncommon on the boy's face.
"H-Hello," she stuttered out after a few seconds of silence and just gawking at him.
"I'm Draco Malfoy," he introduced, holding a hand out to her.
"Vivienne Moore," she lightly took his hand. And without losing any eye contact, he bent slightly to press a chaste kiss to her knuckles. Her breath hitched at the intimacy of a simple greeting. "You're a Slytherin," she blurted out.
"And you're a Gryffindor," he acknowledged without any malice. "Nice to have that out of the way."
"But, people will find it strange," she murmured.
"Some might find it a truce between our houses," he gave a cheeky smirk.
"Some might find it as betrayal," she looked away from him, pulling her hand away from him.
"You're thinking about the Golden Trio," Draco realised. "That's right, you're friends with Granger."
"They're really nice when you get to know them," she insisted.
"And it's the same with me," he added, "I'm not as cruel as they say, Vivienne."
"I didn't think that at all," she whispered shyly, still not looking into his eyes. They went silent for a few more seconds.
"You looked very beautiful at the Yule Ball," Draco broke the silence. "Took my breath away, really."
"You looked very handsome that night," she quipped back, a blush coating her cheeks. If you looked closely enough, you could see Draco was starting to get pink tainting his pale cheeks as well. "What are we doing?"
"Getting to know each other," he shrugged innocently. "Maybe even fall in love." Why was he acting like this? He never acted sappy and romantic for someone. What was she doing to him?
"It's forbidden," she shook her head.
"Unless we're not caught," he could see he was going to lose her soon from her worries; he was not going to let fear get in the way of their potential love. "Come on, we don't have to tell anyone," he insisted, "It's just between us two. You're telling me you didn't feel the connection that night? That this was all a big hoax?"
"No!" she said automatically. "It was not a hoax, I felt it too." Draco sighed in relief. So he wasn't the only one that felt it. "Alright," she caved in, "But no one can know."
"No one," Draco agreed, a genuine smile crossing his face.
After that day, every evening before curfew the two would meet up in the Room of Requirement - something Vivienne showed him as top secret. There, they got to know one another without any distractions or worries and where they began to fall more in love with each other.
✨✨✨
It lasted until the Fifth Year.
When Dumbledore's Army was created.
Like a loyal Gryffindor, Vivienne attended the lessons - thus, having less quality time with Draco. The more she kept postponing their meetups, the more suspicious Draco got. It wouldn't be a surprise if she was part of the secret army, he thought one day.
But strangely, it still surprised him.
When they knocked down the wall to the Room of Requirement, Draco saw Vivienne near the front, standing in front of a little girl protectively. When they connected eyes across the room, Vivienne could see the hurt and worried look in his eyes, and he could see the look of guilt in hers. And Umbridge saw their small interaction.
"Ah, I see," her high-pitched voice drawled out in the tense room. "You didn't expect to see your secret lover here."
"Secret lover?" Vivienne's eyes went from guilt to betrayal. "You told her?"
"You and Malfoy?" Ron Weasley exclaimed in disbelief. "You're pulling our leg, aren't ya?"
"I'm sorry," Draco murmured. "I thought you were in trouble or something -"
"Well, you thought wrong," Vivienne blinked away her tears. After the small interaction, Umbridge's small army went into action. They grabbed as many Dumbledore's Army people as possible, even Vivienne - though she didn't put up much of a fight. What was worse, none of her friends looked in her direction, thinking that Vivienne had betrayed them.
Nothing was going well.
✨✨✨
Sixth Year came, and it was still the same; getting rejected by her peers and being isolated. At least Draco could tell his house to stop and never mention it. But Vivienne couldn’t. She was stuck all alone. Even though they found out the true culprit who ratted them out, they still chose to ignore Vivienne.
It didn’t help that she was an orphan as well, making her feel lonelier than ever.
Draco tried talking to her, to reconcile, to no avail. She avoided him at all costs. She was not the only one feeling depressed, though, Draco was suffering too. It was all his fault that they were in this situation; he foolishly told Umbridge about his troubles, how she always seemed to have a busy schedule. He foolishly thought that not only was she part of Dumbledore’s Army, but he also had the fear that she would grow tired of him and meet someone else. Oh, how wrong the latter was - the look of hurt and betrayal on her face will forever be imprinted in his mind.
He looked down at the cursed Dark Mark on his arm, grimacing at the sight. He shoved his sleeve down harshly so he didn’t have to look at it any more. That didn’t mean he could feel it, though.
With a heavy heart, he went back to the cabinet he was to fix when suddenly he just collapsed to the floor and cried his heart out. Sounds cowardly, I know. Not only did he lose the love of his life, but he also became something he didn’t want to be and was assigned to bring Death Eaters in and kill Dumbledore. This year just wasn’t going well for him.
“Draco?” a familiar voice called out to him. Wiping his tears away harshly, he turned around on the floor to see whether his thoughts were true. And it was; Vivienne was standing in front of him.
“Vivienne...” Oh, who knew how long it’s been since they were alone. Memories of their time together attacked his mind, along with the heavy assignment he was given. Without another word, he brought the young woman into his arms and cried. “I’m sorry. I’m so sorry for everything. I missed you so much, and I need you. I need you so much in my life...”
“Draco? You’re scaring me,” Vivienne pulled away to wipe his tears away gently. “What is the problem? This can’t possibly be just from our situation...”
“I-I...” he stuttered, close to having another panic attack that week. “I can’t tell you. You’ll hate me more.” He buried his face in her neck, oblivious to her eyes softening at his statement.
“I don’t hate you,” she revealed, running her hand through his messy hair. “I’m just a little disappointed, and I kind of needed some alone time is all...” She hugged the broken boy closer to her. “Draco, what’s happening? No more secrets.”
And so he told her everything - what more could he lose? It was best if she stayed away from him after this, she would be safer without him in her life…
“Let me help.” Draco was out of her arms in an instant, eyeing her as if she was crazy.
“No!” he automatically refused. “No way, I am not bringing you into this. You should stay away from me like you’ve been doing this year.”
“I’m not losing you again,” she shook her head stubbornly.
“Please,” he begged her, grabbing her by the shoulders. Shivers ran down his spine at the thought of her coming across danger. “He can’t know about you. It’s bad enough that he’s threatening my family. If he caught sight of you -”
“No,” she glared at him. “I am with you until the end. I love you, Draco.”
I love you
Oh, it’s been a while since he last heard her say those three words to him.
Draco smiled softly at her strong confession, leaning his forehead against hers, his arms circling her waist. “I love you too,” he whispered.
“We can always run away,” she suggested weakly. “Away from him, Hogwarts and their judge-filled gazes...”
"Sorry, love," he said sadly, "He'll always find me. With this mark on me, he'll know where I will go." He pressed his lips against her temple in a delicate kiss. "I'm sorry, all we can do is hope for the best."
"And then what?"
"And then..." He looked at her seriously. "And then we fight back. For our love."
✨✨✨
Hogwarts Battle...
Draco fought with his school, knocking out Death Eaters wherever he went. He was trying to find a specific someone he lost sight of.
As he entered the courtyard, he felt himself freeze up when he saw a scary-looking Death Eater fight against the person he was looking for. "Vivienne..." he breathed out. She was no longer fighting one, but two men, and easily defeated them much to Draco's surprise. Sometimes he forgot she trained for these kinds of situations.
His awe wore off though when he remembered why he was looking for her in the first place. He took her to a secret hideout outside Hogwarts before the battle happened, wanting her to stay safe. However, Vivienne ignored his pleas and joined the battle. The reason why he discerned she was no longer at the hideout was because even amongst the battle, he could recognise her voice anywhere. So he went looking for her.
"Vivienne!" he yelled enraged, marching towards her. He grabbed her arm to turn her to him. "Are you crazy? What are you doing here?"
"I came to help," she lifted her chin bravely. He shook his head, exasperated.
"You're going to get you and the little one killed -" they dodged out of the way in time to avoid a spell that was thrown at them. Vivienne turned to the person who threw the spell at them with her wand raised, only for her arm to fall when she connected her eyes with Ginny Weasley.
"Ginny!" Vivienne looked at her old friend in surprise.
"Traitor!" Ginny spat, "After all this, you're still with them?"
"Ginny, it's not like that -" Draco shoved her to the side with him when Ginny tried to throw another curse at them.
"Love, we have to go," Draco told the sad girl. "We can't change her mind. Let's go back to the hideout." Vivienne sent one last sad look to her ginger friend before the two ran away from the battleground.
As they were getting closer to the exit, Bellatrix appeared in front of them with a snap, grabbing Vivienne from Draco's hold. "No!" Draco yelled, reaching an arm out to grab her back. He reeled away when Bellatrix shoved her wand under Vivienne's chin.
"Sorry, nephew!" the crazy woman sneered. "Dark Lord's orders."
"NO!" Draco screamed, the love of his life disappearing before his eyes again.
✨✨✨
“Draco!” Lucius hissed. Everyone turned to Draco, wondering if he was to join the dark side again now that Harry was gone. Some people saw him helping them, while some still thought he was part of the dark side.
But Draco stood there, refusing to move. It was what Vivienne wanted him to do. Where was she? Where did his Aunt take her to? He had to find her as soon as he could -
“Draco!” his mother called out this time, begging. Although he wasn’t as close to his father, his mother he treasured dearly. His face unwillingly twisted to one of conflict.
“Oh, Drakey!” Bellatrix’s voice emerged. She appeared at Voldemort’s side, holding Vivienne in a headlock. Everyone gasped when they saw her struggle to get out of the crazy woman’s grasp, Draco almost choking on his breath. Despite the circumstances, he was glad to see her still alive. “You wouldn’t leave Vivienne here all alone now, would you?” That brought him to his decision.
“Let her go,” he begged, eyes tearing up. “If you let her go then I will join you.”
“NO!” Vivienne panicked, struggling more.
“Shut up!” Bellatrix hissed, jabbing her wand at her face. “Stupid orphan. Come on Draco, choose wisely!”
“Don’t,” Vivienne mouthed to him, a tear escaping her eye. “Stay there,” she said out loud.
“Vivienne -” Draco took a step forward.
“DON’T!” she screeched out desperately. “YOU DON’T BELONG ON THIS SIDE! YOU’RE NOT LIKE THEM!”
“Enough!” Voldemort hissed, growing impatient. “Kill the orphan!”
“No!” Draco yelled, “I’ll join! I’ll join!” He started making his way to them.
“Draco...” He paused midway at the seriousness in his lover’s tone. She looked him in the eyes with determination. “Don’t.” was all she uttered.
His mind and body were feeling like jelly. He wanted to stay on the good side as the two wanted, but at the same time, he wanted to protect her. Both of them.
“I’ll be fine,” she assured him weakly as if hearing his thoughts. “I love you.”
“I-I love you too.” It was the first time they publicly confessed their love for one another.
“So that’s your decision then?” Voldemort mused. “You’d rather do what she says than join me. For her safety. Or your parents.”
Draco didn’t reply. Why was doing the good thing so complicated?
“Very well then,” Voldemort sighed mockingly, pulling out his wand. Draco’s heartbeat started to accelerate from nerves. What was the Dark Lord going to do? “I am very disappointed in you, Draco Malfoy,” Voldemort twirled his wand on his hand as he slowly paced around. “First your Father disappoints me, and then you. For love. Weakness. Disgusting.” He turned his red eyes to Draco with a glare. “You’d risk not only your life but hers and your parents? You’d risk everything for a weak girl like her?”
“She is not weak!” Draco fought back. “She has the biggest heart than anyone I know. She has the heart to love someone like me!”
“Yeah, and betray us!” Ron scoffed. Draco momentarily turned his back on the bad side to glare at Ron so heatedly, that it unnerved them all.
“She didn’t!” Draco defended. “She has done nothing but support you all. You know she never ratted you out to Umbridge! All she has done was be there for me, and love me despite prejudices and my flaws...” He turned back to Voldemort, ignoring the looks of shame on Ron and some people’s faces. “This whole time while people have been isolating her, she has been helping the good side look for reinforcements from around the world. How else do you think some of these wizards from around the world came here to fight?” He threw his arms out towards some foreign wizards who willingly came to fight for justice.
Everyone was surprised when they first came, wondering how people from America, Australia, Japan, China - and so many other countries - came to Hogwarts to help the battle. They simply ignored it, thinking it was the Order or one of the professors who had connections. They never knew they all came from Vivienne who surprisingly had a way with words…
“This whole time you thought Vivienne was some traitor or weak person - well let me tell you, she is not!” He doesn’t know where or why he got this sudden confidence, but he was going to use it. Vivienne went through so much for him, he wanted to help her back. He knew the people’s opinions on her had wounded her, and he wanted to set things straight before it was too late. He loved her. He would do anything for her - even yell in the courtyard in front of everyone including the Dark Lord. “You know what else she did for me? Taught me what was right and wrong, and no way am I joining your side!”
“ENOUGH!” Voldemort yelled, infuriated. He aimed his wand at Draco who lost all confidence and was now a clear target for the wrath of the Dark Lord. “AVADA KEDAVRA-”
“NO!” Vivienne screamed, escaping Bellatrix’s grasp.
To him, everything was in slow motion like the first time they saw each other at the Yule Ball. He watched as Vivienne ran to him, wrapping her arms tightly around his waist, face pressed against his chest, her back to Voldemort. And just like that…
She was hit with the killing curse.
Her limp form slumped against him, Draco catching her immediately before it was too late. “Vivienne?” he called out shakily, his lips wobbling in an attempt trying to hold in his tears.
No response.
“Vivienne?” He shook her lightly, feeling his world shatter. “No...Vivienne!” A second later Draco lifted his head to the sky, releasing a bloodcurdling scream of pure heartbreak.
All this fighting and surviving together…a waste in the end.
“Now you see what happens,” Voldemort hissed, having already expected this scenario. “I will give you this one last chance. Or else your parents will be next.”
Everyone from Hogwarts cried along with Draco at the sight of the fallen girl. Ginny, Hermione, Ron...they all felt guilty for not believing Vivienne and for giving her a hard time. All along she was innocent. And poor Draco…
He sobbed into her hair, his hold on her form tight. She was gone. Right before his eyes. First Dumbledore, then Harry, now Vivienne and…
He rested a gentle hand on her stomach, mourning not for one, but for two people. The child he never got to see grow up…
Near them, Draco spotted an abandoned wand. A plan started to form in his mind…
“Join me, Draco Malfoy, and no harm shall come to you -”
“DRACO, NO!” Narcissa interrupted the Dark Lord for the first time, her face etched out in horror.
Draco had grabbed the fallen wand and placed it underneath his chin, still staring at the love of his life with tears pouring out of his eyes. “I love you,” he whispered to the motionless form. “I’ll see you two, soon.”
“Draco, no!”
“Malfoy!”
“Draco!” Everyone started to scream. Voldemort watched on in shock. This, he did not expect.
They couldn’t get to him; he had cast a silent shield around him and Vivienne before his parents or anyone at Hogwarts could reach them. “Get him!” Narcissa cried to her husband.
“I-I can’t!” Lucius whispered, throwing spell after spell to the invisible shield. “Nothing is working!”
While chaos ensued around the couple, Draco took deep breaths and closed his eyes. “I love you,” he whispered again. “I’ll see you two soon.”
“DRACO!” his parents screamed one last time.
“Avada Kedavra,” he whispered. And just like that…
He was gone.
Everyone was silent, staring in shock at their fallen bodies. Draco Malfoy and Vivienne Moore were dead; Draco’s form was on top of Vivienne like he was protecting her from all dark and evil. One hand laid across her stomach. For their unborn baby.
“How sad,” Voldemort mused with amusement over the cries of many people, “Their lives were taken away, just like that dreadful story: Romeo and Juliet.”
✨✨✨
The battle was over, Voldemort was gone and defeated. Everyone celebrated, but only momentarily. Many lives were gone, especially two people.
They had grabbed their bodies, placing them gently in the middle of the Great Hall on one cot. They made it look like they were just merely sleeping; Vivienne's head resting gently on Draco's chest, his arms wrapped around her protectively - especially in her stomach area. Madam Pomphrey had checked over Vivienne and their suspicions were confirmed. Vivienne was pregnant when she died. It made the whole thing worse; not only did they kill a dear friend, but they also indirectly killed an innocent unborn child. Peace was all the two ever wanted.
Draco's parents stood on one side of the bed, the Golden Trio on the opposite side. They were giving their respects.
Hermione was crying into Ron's chest, heart filled with guilt and heartbreak at the sight before them. Draco's parents were in a similar situation; Narcissa crying into her husband's chest. Lucius stared down at the bodies with an expression of sorrow at the sight of his only son gone.
Looking at them, they never realised how much their situation took a toll on the two teenagers until then. They noticed the sunken eyes, skinniness, the stress lines on their faces...yet despite all that they looked to be in peace.
"No more," Lucius rasped out. Everyone turned to him, even nearby people. "No more of this feud. That's why they're gone. Because of this stupid feud between us."
Harry nodded in agreement. "No more," he acknowledged.
The two were buried alongside Dumbledore as a symbol to everyone; that love was unlimited and powerful, that love conquered all - even at the worst. It was also a symbol of why feuds shouldn't happen.
Draco Malfoy and Vivienne Moore were marked in history by the Wizardry World.
Harry named his third son after Draco, and Hermione and Ron named their third daughter after Vivienne.
There was peace between the Malfoys and the Golden Trio - they would all meet up on the anniversary of their death.
There was peace between Slytherin and Gryffindor for the first time in history.
Draco and Vivienne's story was told worldwide for many years, their story having been written down in diaries the two owned.
Everyone knew the truth in the end.
Vivienne was innocent.
Draco was innocent.
And they were in love.
Like Romeo and Juliet.
Hermione pulled away from the typewriter, blinking away her tears. It was done; she finished writing the story of the star-crossed lovers after 22 years of writing, erasing, writing, editing - until she reached the end. She wanted it to be as real and detailed as possible. It was the least she could do for them.
A knock came on her door, revealing her two best friends - one of them being her husband. They noticed the sad look on her face and the typewriter she sat behind. "It's finished, huh?" Harry mused, the two of them sitting across from her.
"Yeah, it's done," she sighed, closing the two diaries gently and putting them in a safe. "I hope it is as close to the actual memories..."
"I'm sure you did brilliant, Mione," Ron assured her. "They would love it."
"I think it will bring closure to us all," Harry added quietly, "especially to Malfoy's parents."
"After making sure it's correct, the first copy will be sent to them," she announced confidently, gathering the papers and putting them in a safe place on her clean desk. "How are they? It's almost the anniversary..."
"As fine as they can be," Harry sighed, slumping in his chair. "I feel sorry for them all the time. We lost schoolmates when they lost their son...and granddaughter..."
"Poor Vivienne had no one," Ron added miserably. "I can't believe we treated her so harshly..."
"All we can do is move on," Hermione told them shakily. "That's what they would have wanted. That, and the truth which is why I made this book."
"Oh!" Ron perked up at a sudden thought. "There's another reason why we're here!"
"There is?" the Minister of Magic wondered.
"Yup!" the two men nodded.
"It's done," Harry announced. "The painting is done."
✨✨✨
"Mr Malfoy, Mrs Malfoy," Hermione greeted the parents. "It's lovely to see you two again."
"You too," Narcissa said with a weak smile, Lucius giving a small nod.
"I know today is a tough day for all of us," Harry started, "but we hope to help you two get some closure. Which brings us to two gifts."
"Gifts?" Lucius frowned.
"Yes," Hermione nodded. She handed them the wrapped book. "This is the story of Draco and Vivienne - from the first time they saw each other, to..." she trailed off sadly. "Using their diaries, I was able to connect their memories and so I hope through this, you can get some closure and know that despite all this, your son was very happy and in love."
"Thank you," Narcissa sniffed, holding the book to her chest tightly as if it were a newborn. She always wished to be part of Darco’s life when it came to romance, to hear him gush about the lucky girl that caught his heart. She wasn’t able to experience that with her son, but perhaps through this book, she can get a smidge of what her son felt throughout his love life…
"The second gift..." Ron walked to them while levitating a large rectangle-shaped object covered with a cloth. While it was floating in midair, Ron grabbed the cloth and pulled it away to reveal an artwork. An artwork that made them all stifle cries.
It was an artwork with three people; Draco, Vivienne, and their newborn child held gently between the couple. The painting was set in a beautiful field, with the small family sitting on a picnic blanket.
"In their diary," Hermione explained, "Vivienne wrote a dream she had. She had a dream that she was having a beautiful picnic in a field full of flowers and sunshine, and with her was Draco and their newborn baby. Draco gushed about the dream in his diary, and how he hoped it would come true once the battle was over. They knew they were going to have a girl despite the early stages of her pregnancy, and they came up with the name Dariela for their daughter, which means -"
"Beloved," the parents answered. They remember when Draco was a young boy visiting another family’s manor, he came across a book full of baby names - they remembered Draco showing the name Dariela to them, saying how he found it beautiful and hoped to name his daughter that in the future.
"An anonymous painter wanted to create something for us to bring closure," Harry explained to the emotional parents. "With this, we can imagine this as them now, watching us."
"We had a plan of hanging this in Hogwarts," Ron told them, "but at the same time this should go to you since Draco is your son -"
"No," they shook their head.
"You can hang it in Hogwarts," Lucius told them. "It's where it belongs. It’s where…it’s where they met. The beautiful painting doesn’t belong in a dark place like our home."
"Although..." Narcissa hesitated. "If possible...can there be another painting for us to hang? So they can come and go if they wanted..."
"Of course," Hermione nodded quickly. "The painter is working on it already."
"Thank you so much -"
"Hello..." they all gasped when the painting came to life; Draco and Vivienne smiling at them. Narcissa couldn't hold it in and released her sobs.
"Oh, my baby!" she cried. Draco merely smiled at her blissfully. "I'm so sorry..."
"It's okay, it's not your fault," the Draco painting spoke. It made them all shiver with how realistic he sounded. It's been 22 years since they last heard from them…
"Just know that we are happy, and at peace," Vivienne told them, cradling her baby in her arms happily. "We're always watching from above."
"We forgive you," the two chorused. The living people weren't aware of how much they needed to hear that from their lips until that day.
That was the last time the painting spoke. From then on, it was just the two of them smiling and enjoying their time together, something they never got when they were alive. They would silently greet people in Hogwarts, and sometimes visit Malfoy Manor - but everyone knew that it was quite dangerous to have a moving painting of a passed loved one as it could bring one person to madness and unable to move on.
Nonetheless, after that, it was easier for people to move on, to live their lives knowing that everything was okay now, that the small family - wherever they were - was in a happy place.
They never forgot the star-crossed lovers and made sure everyone knew about them and their story. Their story was passed down from generation to generation, proving again that in the end…
Love was unlimited and powerful, and love conquered all.

Through Love And By Love (Pt. 1)
Draco Malfoy x Fem!OC
Summary: Twenty-Two years ago, Draco Malfoy used the imperius curse to slow Voldemort’s rise to power. No good deed goes unpunished.
Warning: this series contains mature subject matter surrounding the use of the imperius curse, reader discretion advised.
“If you ask me, the most mishandled aspect of the wizarding war, will always be Rosanna McVay’s tragic entanglement to the Malfoy family.” The reporter’s voice booms over the radio.
“Oi, give it a rest.” Their cohost retorts.
“That girl was bred like cattle, she lost her entire life to that family. She fell in love with a monster and Draco Malfoy fell in love with the prettiest thing he’d ever seen. He enjoys her the way a child does a toy.”
“And that is where we disagree. Draco Malfoy sold his soul to the devil, to save Rosanna McVay; and it’s people like you that’ve forced the reopening of this case, after over twenty years!”
“Pish, posh, the trial was rushed and we all know it. The imperius charm is listed as an unforgivable curse for a reason. The minister for magic, at present, recognizes that in a way that Kingsley Shacklebolt failed to.”
“Hermione Granger-Weasley would not open this can of worms of her own accord, but given the recent outcry, her hands are tied.”
Hermione. Rosanna’s best friend since childhood.
“Scorpius.” Another voice calls, not from the radio. This time addressing him directly.
“Mum, I was just-” the boy begins to defend himself.
Rosanna smiles, kindly. “Finish getting ready for the train, it’s almost time to go.”
“Why are we leaving so early?” The train back to school doesn’t leave for hours.
“We’re driving down this year.”
“Driving?” They’ve always taken the floo.
“Photographers from the paper expect us to come through the floo network. This way will be better, less hectic.” Rosanna explains. “Plus, we have a chance for car karaoke.”
“Right,” Scorpius chokes out. Car karaoke…as if she and his father haven’t been running mad, meeting with lawyers, to clear Draco’s name from crimes committed, against her, more than two decades ago.
Rosanna leaves him to it. Scorpius is number five of their six children. The rest daughters, ranging in age from two to twenty-one.
Their eldest, Leo, followed in her mother’s footsteps, as a proud Gryffindor. Joining the Holyhead Harpies after finishing school.
The second born, Arlo, a Ravenclaw; graduated with honors.
Followed closely by the twins, Vega, Gryffindor and Polaris, Slytherin.
Scorpius joined her, in their father’s former house.
And little Corina is far too young to be sorted.
Draco is still in the kitchen, when Rosanna returns. Corina in her high chair, demanding more scrambled eggs, faster than her father can serve her. Pouting unhappily as she waits.
Rosanna passes a hand over her strawberry blonde baby curls, the same shade as her own hair. Making her way over to her husband, leaning against the counter beside the stove.
“What is it, love?” Draco murmurs, feeling the heaviness in the air around her.
“Scorpius…he was listening to the radio. A talk show.”
“Mmm.” Draco hums, in acknowledgment. “They’ll be on about it in the common rooms as well, I suppose. At least he has Albus, Polaris. Vega will have Arlene and Rose, if she needs someone in her house to-”
Rosanna nods, coming to wrap both arms around his waist and resting her head against the expanse between his shoulder blades.
It’s never been this bad. No one following them to snap a photo or beating at the manor doors demanding answers.
In many ways, their story demands attention for it’s riveting and…controversial nature. Perhaps because there are only two people in the world who know what happened in its entirety.
————————————————————————
Rosanna McVay transfers, from Ilvermorny school of witchcraft and wizardry, to Hogwarts at the beginning of her third year. Entirely against her wishes and as a result of her parents, Archer and Dixie, transferring to higher positions within the Ministry of Magic.
"This will be a good change, baby, you'll see." Her mother promises.
At Ilvermorny, students are placed into houses based on the four carvings of the great hall and which reacts to the student in question. The houses represent one part of an entire wizard. Rosanna herself being a proud Pukwudgie, the heart.
Leaving her life, namely her friends and grandmother, who she's always shared a special bond with, to move part way across the world; is the hardest thing Rosanna has ever done. Then again change is never easy.
Once at Hogwarts, she's placed into Gryffindor, the moment the sorting hat touches her strawberry blonde locks.
Rosanna makes new friends among her house mates. Most famously with Ron, Hermione, and Harry; all in her year.
When Rosanna is forced to partner with Draco Malfoy on a class assignment, things go down hill quickly from there.
Fate is tricky that way. Tricky and cruel.
Draco is different. He’s rough around the edges and sharp enough to cut deep where he wants to.
He doesn’t have time for her, the half blood transfer student with whom he’s forced to share half of his grade.
He picks her apart, wondering just how many times he’ll send her off, lip quivering, before the nutter of a professor will stop pairing them together.
But the two of them receive top marks once, twice, three times, four. Rosanna is a good partner, though Draco will never admit it. She works hard and with practice, learns to ignore his jabs.
Until the day she doesn’t. Slapping the quill from his hand, leaving blotches of dark ink on the parchment.
“You’re an asshole.” Rosanna snaps, “I’m getting a new partner.”
“Go right ahead.” Draco waves her away. There’s nothing she can say to the professor that he hasn’t already tried.
A few moments later she returns to the desk, fuming.
“Not getting a new partner after all, McVay?” Draco welcomes her back, with a smug grin.
“Maybe if we start flunking this class he’ll reconsider.”
“You should never cut off your nose to spite your face.” Draco reminds her, “or do they not teach that in America?”
—————————————————————
It becomes a bit of a sport really, getting under her skin. And oh how he does, like a school boy, tugging at his sweetheart’s hair on the playground.
"Do you like butter beer?" Malfoy asks as they're packing up their books for next period.
“Not after you’ve poisoned it.” Rosanna rolls her eyes.
Those big, brown, eyes that send Draco’s insides to a frenzy. If he could… Just once… just to get her out of his system-
"Hogsmeade has the best, straight from the tap." Draco holds her gaze. “Seeing as we’re clearly going to be working together through the end of this year, what harm could one butter beer do?”
His proximity makes her nervous, he can feel it.
Just one time, Rosanna reasons. Just to get him out of her system. “Fine.”
—————————————————————
They kiss, for the first time, behind the little Hogsmeade pub. Realizing too late that they won’t be able to stop.
Kissing Rosanna is brilliant, sweet, like nectar from a forbidden fruit. All swollen lips and flushed cheeks as she pulls away, panting.
“This is a mistake,” she breathes.
“Clearly,” Draco agrees.
But for whatever reason they lean in again.
—————————————————————
This newtolerance of one another is shocking to their classmates and friends.
“Not to worry about her filthy blood, Draco.” Theodore Nott calls, from his spot lunging on the settee of the Slytherin common room. “I’m sure you can clean it right out of her.”
The room erupts into laughter; hushed whispers follow.
She is one hell of a half blood.
———————————————————-
The Yule Ball presents a unique opportunity for Draco to disappoint his father. He’s going to ask Rosanna, because the thought of Potter’s hands on her waist makes him want to come out of his skin.
Nothing serious though, of course. Lots of purebloods have been known to fool around with those of lesser status before settling down. This was just that.
At least that’s what Draco tells himself as he hand picks a dress for his date. Slipping it into a over sized box and slamming it down on the Gryffindor table, in the great hall, during breakfast.
“Draco?” Rosanna spits up a bit of her pumpkin juice.
“It’s for you to wear to the ball,” he explains. “With me.”
Rosanna shakes her head with a smirk. “Asshole.”
—————————————————————
The night of the Yule Ball they dance until sun up, their feet ache and exhaustion paints their features.
“Thank you for tonight.” Rosanna whispers against his shoulder. She knows this isn’t forever.
“Thank you.” This night, and every night after belongs to her.
—————————————————————
The formation of Dumbledore's Army and the addition of Dolores Umbridge to Hogwarts; creates a unique divide between Draco and Rosanna. Draco takes his place on the inquisitorial squad and Rosanna trains with Harry and their friends, in the room of requirement.
The night they are caught and forced to write lines with Dolores’ special quills, Draco nearly Avadas the old witch.
"Let's see your hand,” Draco snaps. Coming to collect Rosanna the moment they are dismissed.
"It's fine." Rosanna shakes her head at him. "Doesn't hurt."
“You’re lying, let me see.” He insists, consumed by the urge to kiss her wounds; letter for letter.
That’s probably why Lucius finally demands to meet her.
————————————————————
Winter break comes, Rosanna spends the night after Christmas at Malfoy manor. This life simply isn’t for her.
Perhaps that’s why Draco’s parents have allowed her there. To finally scare her away, once and for all.
Though she must admit, if only to herself, that Draco doesn’t really belong here either.
The boy in question creeps into the guest room, where Rosanna is planning her escape. Maybe she’ll tell them she has food poisoning and needs to return home early.
“What are you doing?” Rosanna’s brows furrow at the intrusion.
"Come on." Draco whispers, "there’s something I need to show you." He takes Rosanna's hand, leading her down a number of staircases to the lowest level. It's pitch black save for the light coming from the tip of Draco's wand.
"Are you ready to tell me what the hell it is?" She huffs.
"What do you know about prophecies?" Draco asks.
"Not a lot, but I'm sure you're gonna educate me." Rosanna leans in with renewed interest.
"They're derived from seers, a form of divination. Some are rubbish, the ministry doesn't bother with those. Others are kept in the hall of prophecies." Draco pauses, making sure he hasn't overloaded her with information.
"Following." Rosanna nods, listening intently.
"Only a person about whom a prophecy is made has the ability to remove it from the hall. Same as the prophecy will only speak for those it pertains to. My father keeps it down here." The fair haired boy explains.
"Your dad has a prophecy?" Rosanna asks, tightening the ponytail atop her head.
"No, I do. He brought me down to the ministry last week." Draco moves toward the locked box, on the center shelf of the stained oak bookcase, against the back wall. Producing a crystal ball with white glowing dust inside.
"They call across land and sea." A voice fills the room, the second it touches his hand.
Rosanna cringes when Draco places it into her palm.
"Just listen." He hushes her. Watching in wonder as it continues to speak.
"Born from the dark, through she, redeemed. Born from the dirt, through he, blossoms. Through love and by love, castles will crumble. A lion heart, tried and true; chooses a side the other must lose." The disembodied voice finishes.
"What does it mean?" Rosanna all but tosses the crystal back into its box.
"I was hoping you'd help me riddle that out." Malfoy purses his lips.
The girl wraps both arms around herself, tightly.
"I haven't told my father what it says. I wanted you to hear it first." Draco tells her.
"Do you really think it’s about us?" Rosanna doesn't understand, not really. But she can feel, in her bones, that no good will come from this.
"It spoke for you, same as it did for me. We need to sort out what it means before it's too late." Draco says. "We'll go back to your room and get started."

Chapter 2 - Easy Lover
Draco Malfoy/Original Female Character
A03
excerpt:
“Oi, Ferret!” She called and Malfoy’s entire frame froze. He didn’t even have to see her to know who called him, only one person in this school dared to call him that so casually. Slowly, he turned around, a scowl already present on his face. The prefect beside him sighed tiredly and walked away, probably not wanting to get involved. “Daley. What a displeasure.” Malfoy quipped, plastering on a mock-smile as if she was a sight for sore eyes. She, however, did not have to fake her smile as a realisation dawned on her. “Aw, you answered to your name! Good ferret.” She cooed, smirking triumphantly as his smile dropped and anger contorted his face. “Do I really have to remind you that I'm still a prefect and can still dock points, or are you aiming to lose the House Cup again?" He snapped, striding across the corridor to stand in front of her, grey eyes sharp as daggers and aristocratic nose scrunched in thinly veiled disgust. She was annoyed to find out that he, too, had grown over the summer, now standing slightly taller than her. The annoyance was replaced with smug satisfaction, though, as she realised just how quickly she got him that pissed off. She pretended to gasp. "And what, pray tell, are you docking points for? I haven't done anything." Yet. "Stalking, harassment, stupidity. Take your pick." He counted on his fingers as if she were a child and needed the visual aid. Stalking and harassment, that’s cute. As if he wasn’t the instigator of their arguments half of the time, going out of his way to throw mean remarks at her as she was minding her own business, knowing she was incapable of letting it slide. And they call her a troublemaker! And as for the third pick, most of the time, the stupidity was on purpose. To annoy him, of course. She hummed, pretending to think about it. "Is ‘being too charming’ an option?" He scoffed. “You’re the least charming person I know.”

Wicked Serpentine (Part 8)
pairing: draco malfoy x femravenclaw!oc (some like george weasley x femravenclaw!oc too)
summary: slowburn enemies to lovers fic, a TON of parts. (continued after ... 3 years..) i'm back lol)
warnings: blood purism, bullying, swearing, descriptive physical danger, violence. Awful Draco
taglist: @gloryekaterina
taglist: let me know if you’re interested in being added!
Roughly a month had gone by, my last real interaction with Malfoy being my first school day in the Great Hall.
Snape had reassigned partners and tables after only the first day, likely due to Harry and Ron’s noise from the first class. I was paired with Hermione, thankfully. She was pleasantly quiet but helpful when she needed to be. My friendship with her had furthered quite a bit, but less so with the boys. I wasn’t actively attempting to befriend Harry after Snape’s hostility.
Flitwick and I hit it off and he quickly became my runner-up favorite teacher, just behind Snape. I frequently stayed behind in his classroom to discuss muggle music and the world as a whole. It was the only part of my day I could get truly lost in.
I’d eventually learned the schedules of Luna and Cho, sitting with them on days they’d be in the dining hall. Rarely was my attention drawn to the blond across the hall on the days he was there, either. He’d been looking rather sick, lately.
Not that I actively tried to look at him.
It just struck me whenever I’d happen to catch his silvery strands in my peripheral. His face looked sunken, his cheeks hollow. Instead of marble, he looked almost grey. It made my heart hurt a little. How could someone look so ghostly, as if he was always floating? It reminded me of a dried volcano, stiff and cold.
His head bobbed up, his eyes meeting mine for the first time since I’d walked off from him a month ago.
“Eris?” A voice snapped me back to the present. It was Hermione. She had said something that I didn’t catch at all.
I looked at her, my mouth slightly parted. Dumbly, I replied, “Huh?”
She gave me a small laugh and stabbed at her food, cocking her head to the side exasperatedly.
“I said, Snape is assigning new partners, something about people falling behind already. I’ll miss the quiet of sitting next to you. Seriously, I will.” She let her shoulders droop sadly, a glimmer of sadness in her eyes.
I heard her teeth slide on the fork as she ate, mildly sullen. I felt bad. I hadn’t even known we were switching partners, I must have been too caught up during potions to hear Snape mention the change.
“Hey, we’ll still eat together. Maybe I’ll kick Ron out of his seat every once in a while.” I joked. Her mood seemed to perk back up a bit at that, nodding.
“That’d be perfect, wouldn’t it, Ron?” She nudged him jokingly.
He whipped his neck to face her, food falling out of his mouth. He was too busy talking to Harry to notice our conversation, so he looked absolutely lost.
“Wha…?” Food tumbled from his mouth. I groaned and Hermione bit her lip in a laugh. The way she looked at him was cute, a twinkle in her eyes lighting as if everything he did was enchanting.
“Nothing, Ronald. Just… Chew your bloody food!” She choked out, noticing the knowing smile I was giving her halfway through her sentence.
He scrunched his nose up, confused and annoyed. He finished, crumbs still dusting his lips.
“Whatever, ‘Mione.” He dismissed, turning back to Harry. They were discussing something Quidditch related.
She exhaled through her nose, rolling her eyes. I watched as she packed her sprawled books and papers into her bag, deep in her thoughts.
Her eyes lit up for a moment and she immediately looked back at me.
“Oh! I almost forgot. We all have lessons but you’re free after this, right? Snape said he’d post a parchment outside his room with the partners. You should check it out.” She beamed.
I paused in thought for a second. Should I go check? I shrugged.
“Yeah, sure. I will.” I saw no harm in making my way to the classroom. I’d gotten a much better hang of the hallways to my classes and the library. The dungeons and the Room of Requirement remained untraveled for now, the map buried in the bottom of my bag. I’d taken it out to mark it up whenever I discovered a new direction or an alternate way to a class.
It was incredibly helpful and I was glad I befriended Hermione. Maybe I could go check out partners and find her later to let her know who she got. I’m sure she’d appreciate knowing beforehand what she was in for.
Satisfied, she dropped her last book in her bag and stood.
“Right, well I’ll see you!” She waved farewell, already taking off from the table. Ron and Harry were still engrossed in their conversation about Quidditch. I tuned in, a name immediately catching my ear.
“Of course we’ll win, Harry. Malfoy’s played like shit lately. Serves him right, bloody bastard.” Ron bragged. Harry nodded in response, noticing my sudden interest in the conversation.
“Eris, you haven’t been to a Quidditch game yet, have you?” He asked, already knowing the answer.
“Ah, no I haven’t.” I sheepishly rubbed the back of my neck. I didn’t have an intense interest in sports in the muggle world and wasn’t sure how much more exciting they could be in the wizarding world, so it hadn’t piqued my interest.
Harry’s head leaned against his hand and he seemed to nod slowly for a second before smacking his hands on the table.
“Come to the game today. I’ll ask Hermione to save you a seat.” He mused decidedly. Ron shrugged, agreeing.
“Okay, sure. I’ll come then.” I confirmed.
Glad at my response, he turned his attention back to Ron.
“Ready to go?” He asked him.
They got up and left for their next lesson, which I’m pretty sure was a history class I’d often heard them complain about. I still sat, popping a final piece of food into my mouth. I planned out my route in my head. First to Snape’s, then to the library to study intensively.
It felt like a solid enough plan.
I stood and left the hall, making sure I didn’t leave anything at the table. I made my way to Snape’s classroom. It was a different way than when I’d originally followed Malfoy and I was grateful I didn’t have to relive my cowardice every time I went to Potions in the mornings.
The clock tower chimed while I was walking and people pushed by me as I made my way down the hallways. Some people stood idly and hung out with one another, sitting in window sills or quickly scurrying somewhere.
I watched a class fill into Snape’s classroom and I walked up to the doorway. A small plaque with a scroll of parchment hung on the wall.
“FIRST PERIOD PARTNERS
HERMIONE GRANGER - NEVILLE LONGBOTTOM
HARRY POTTER - SEAMUS FINNIGAN
RONALD WEASLEY - PADMA PATIL
ERIS WOODWORK - DRACO MALFOY “
There was more, but my heart stuck in my throat. This couldn’t be real. I reread it several times, finally making my way to the bottom.
There was a tiny footnote stating partner changes were not permitted and must remain as written on the parchment. I felt myself shrink. Maybe Snape didn’t know how bad Malfoy would treat me?
I shook my head at the thought. It was quite obvious how poorly he treated everyone. Just because my interactions with him have been few and far between doesn’t mean he didn’t endlessly snip at other people.
In fact, the only times I ever heard his voice was when he was chastising Harry or Hermione, or making a comment about how Ron lives in squalor. It was unpleasant but at the very least I could be glad it wasn’t directed towards me.
I dreaded this partnership, but at least now I’d read the list like I said I would. Later, I’d be able to tell Hermione and the boys who they’d been partnered with.
I took off to the library, my mind spinning. I accidentally bumped into someone in the hallway and his hands shot out to steady my shoulders before I could fall to the ground. I recognized him as Malfoy’s original partner in Potions.
He eyed me up and down, removing his hands once I was steady. I vaguely recalled Ron calling him Zabini.
“Be careful. Never know who you’ll run into in these halls. You’re lucky it was me.” He spoke smugly, clearly a bit vain.
I raised an eyebrow at him, nodding.
“Yeah, I’ll be more careful.” I replied. I started to walk off when he spoke, tucking his hands in his pockets.
“Fuckin’ better be.” Was all he said as he continued to walk as well.
It unsettled me in the weird way that Slytherins were good at. A switch seemed glued to their emotions, fully able to flip at any time. It was startling. A chill eased down my spine and I hurried toward the library, no longer taking my time as I had before.
Finally arriving a bit breathless, I entered the space that had become most familiar to me over the last month. Giving a nod in Madam Pince’s direction, she gave me a puckered and stiff smile.
She was an intolerable vulture that only cared for her books, but I’d come to be in her relatively good graces. With my quiet presence and care for the texts, I was often the only one in the library with her. In her own way, I think she kind of liked me there.
Tucking into my usual space behind a few large bookshelves, I pulled a lesson book out of my school bag, along with a parchment and quill. We had just gone over a new spell in Flitwick’s class and I was determined to study it down to every flick of the wand.
A seat pulled out beside me and a book dropped down onto the table just loud enough for me to wince. I glanced over. It was “Libatius Borage’s ADVANCED POTION MAKING” book. I recognized it from my class with Snape.
I watched black robes swish down into the seat beside me, defeated looking. My surprise was immeasurable when I met empty, silvery eyes and messy moonbeam-colored hair. I couldn’t stifle a tiny gasp that slipped from my lips.
“Malfoy…?”
He leaned his head back against the top of the chair, remaining in quiet for what felt like a couple minutes as I dumbfoundedly stared at him. Seeming to find his resolve, he sat up. He leaned forward towards the table and didn’t meet my eyes again.
“Snape reassigned everyone because of me.” He stated. He was looking straight ahead, his eyes travelling up the spines of books in front of the table we were at. It felt wrong hearing a real sentence from him, especially one that wasn’t littered with insults.
“He thinks I’m fucking falling behind.” He was the second Slytherin I’d heard swear today, but his anger didn't quite reach his eyes. I watched a stray strand of hair fall from his slicked back ones, lightly resting on his forehead. He looked hopelessly disheveled the longer I looked at him.
My eyebrows knit together with concern.
“Are you okay, Draco?” I tried to be genuine, my voice soft and low. I barely breathed it and regretted it the second I said it as he flipped to face me. His lips were pressed in a tight line, chapped and pale.
“Don’t you dare call me by my first name, mudblood.” He snapped.
I felt my body tense up and my blood run cold at the tone he used. I desperately fought the water that immediately welled up in my eyes, coaching myself to just breathe carefully. I hoped he couldn’t tell how pathetic he made me feel. I just wanted to move on, now.
I decided that if he didn’t want my help, that he didn’t need it. There was nothing I could do to help him, and talking clearly wouldn’t solve anything. I wasn’t going to give him power over me, so I did the only thing I could think of.
I went on as normal. I focused back on the book for Flitwick’s, pulling my wand from my bag and placing it on the desk. Flitwick had even written a couple notes for me himself, explaining things in a better way the book could.
I had spoken to him about Scourgify, mentioning how Cho had done it and it was something I wanted to learn. He included notes about how to perform it, but I kept failing without a physical example of how to cast it.
All I had in my head was the memory of Cho, which I’d been too in shock from Malfoy’s prank to fully grasp the technique of. I had been trying to practice on dirty spoons I’d snagged from the Great Hall. I kept one wrapped in a fabric napkin and tucked into my bag, switching the spoon out for a different one each time I went to eat.
Ignoring the blond sitting next to me, I pulled the spoon out and placed it on the table in front of me. I unraveled it and there it was, just a gross spoon.
Taking a deep breath, I picked up my wand and reread Flitwick’s notes, as well as the pages in the textbook. Holding a book in one hand and my wand in the other steadily, I focused on the spoon.
“Scourgify.” I half whispered, trying to work with the tiny bit of light that sparked on my wand. I could never get farther than just a tiny emittance from my wand. It had been weeks and I still struggled to get it. It was clear from my frustration that this wasn’t the first time.
I heard a scoff from my side. I realized a set of steely eyes had focused on what I was doing as if I were some kind of entertainment. I ignored him, trying it again. And again.
I had attempted Scourgify on the spoon a good four times before he shot up out of his chair, blatantly annoyed.
“You’re literally doing everything wrong.” He muttered crossly.
I heaved a sigh, dropping my book to the table. I turned to put my wand away in my bag but he stopped me. He stood behind my chair, leaning over my shoulder. Mint and cologne overpowered my senses as he corrected me sourly.
“No, just… Merlin, you have to-” he grabbed my wrist and pointed towards the spoon, swishing my hand in a sort of ‘S’ shape. “Swish it, like this. Say it. Now.” He instructed rudely, guiding my hand to motion correctly. His cold, silver ring made me clench my wand as tightly as the night I’d got it.
“Scourgify.” I spoke boldly, jumping a slight bit as the grime left the spoon in an immediate little spark. I swallowed loudly, a disbelieving laugh bubbling softly through my lips. I turned my face to thank him before my mind could reject the idea.
However, when I turned, he had simply gone. I guess I was a bit glad he had disappeared, otherwise I would have proved his point by thanking him. Stroked his ego, probably.
I turned back to my book, writing down what I had just learned. I felt so excited and accomplished that I’d pushed away how weird that situation really was.
Did he really just grab my wrist like that? Why did he never seem to have a grasp on personal space? I tried to move on, finding the dustiest book I could find to try the spell again.
Much to my disappointment when, just as before, trying the spell only made my wand fizzle slightly.
Disappointed, I slumped down into my seat. I spent the next half hour trying to focus on Potions instead, opting to note things I noticed during class. Such as the physical traits of ingredients I was confused by.
Out of my peripheral, I noticed a light-blond head duck quietly from between some shelves, past me, and out of the library doors.
There was a book on the opposite end of the table that wasn’t there before.
I stood and walked over, picking it up. I flicked through it and much to my surprise, it was a Charms book. It was filled with neatly scribbled notes in the margins, shapes and arrows showing how to cast some simple charms I knew would get covered this year.
Some of the ink was slightly smeared a tiny bit, clearly brand new. Whereas other notes in it were old and the ink slightly faded.
Flipping to the very back cover, I read
‘If lost, return to Draco L. Malfoy’
in the same handwriting as the notes throughout, slightly faded.
What the hell?
A piece of parchment slipped from between some of the pages into my lap.
“You’re dense. Read my notes and maybe you won’t look so ridiculous.” It read.
That made much more sense. I guess I'll just... Study this all, then.

Hey I just wanted to let you know I loved the Mafia Draco fic you wrote that I requested. It was absolutely perfect. I was wondering if you do a part 2 where Draco tells her what happened and they have hot steamy sex.
My hero
Pairing: mafia Draco x fem reader
Summary: Draco comes back mad about the situation at the casino and you can't help but thank him for what he did…
Word count:1'012
Warning: shower sex, Draco's anger in the beginning so aggressive to soft, I think that's it.
Universe: mafia
A/n: I'm glad you liked it and thank you so as requested here's part 2 of fine line
All mistakes are mine
Your feet sat up on the coffee table and your study books in hand when the door came open startling you as the knob hit the wall. Draco came in; his pale skin littered with blood. He looked enraged. a glare that you recognized too well with his line of work on his face. You sat forward watching as he pulled the dark cover from his suit off his body.
"Draco what's the matter? I thought the trade would have gone well," you ask treading lightly
"I killed him." He said plainly, heading for the kitchen and you followed jumping to your feet in shock.
"What? I- why?" You stuttered, entering the kitchen where he held a glass of orange juice.
He slammed the glass down, sending shards of broken glass and orange juice across the counter.
"Because!" He pauses breathing in deeply
"Because, he insulted you and you know how I feel about that. I don't want anyone saying anything about you." He finished, a hand running through his platinum hair. You knew better than anyone that Draco's temper mixed with his love for you was a storm, but you couldn't deny that Draco being so determined to defend you was a turn on. You sighed, grabbing onto his forearm where his favorite tattoo lay, pulling him towards the stairs.
"Let's get you cleaned up and I'll come down later to clean this." you stated, taking him up the steps towards your shared bedroom. You began helping him pull away his clothes, water running as you purposefully ran a hand down his black dress pants. a hiss left his lips when you got to his boxers, tugging them down his thighs as you kept eye contact with him. You come back up slowly, ignoring his cock as it stood tall for attention. You're only in a faded hoodie of his and some panties and it doesn't take long for him to slam you against the counter, lips attacking yours in a needy kiss and nothing was soft about it.
He makes quick work with his hands sneaking under the jacket, touching your warm skin as he strokes your curves. You keep up,wrapping your hands around his neck and tongue swirling with his. He pulls away to remove your- his hoodie from your body, leaving you in your black cotton panties. He swiftly takes those off of you, pulling open the glass door, you wrapped around him as he shuts it. You move like you're in a rush till you break the kiss. Your hands rest on his firm chest as you slip from his hands.
"Wait, I need to wash all this blood off of you" you explained clearing up his confusion. You reach for his body wash and lather the cloth in a decent amount before you rub the soap into the towel and reach for his neck. His blue eyes lock on yours, occasionally glancing at your smaller body. He was taller than you but you still washed his skin clean, rinsing the cloth and replacing the body soap with a face one instead as you clean the red from his cheeks.
"I love you" he says and you smile pulling back
"I love you too" you respond, heading towards his legs but he pulls you up. His lips collided with yours and you kissed him harder, loving the feeling of his lips against yours. you never got tired of feeling like your head was spinning when you kissed him. He groaned into the kiss as your body rubbed against his applying friction to his cock. the water rained over both of you making you nearly breathless as you moved together. the water dripped down his body as you gripped onto him. He grabbed the back of your thighs, a gasp leaving you. You're pushed against the glass, braising yourself on his shoulders.
"Keep your legs here." He ordered, releasing your leg. He brings the head of his length to your pussy pushing in slowly. Your head falls into his neck, the warm water trickling down your skin makes it all the more intense as he rocks into you. His breath is shallow and he's goaning, hands gripping under your ass cheek. Your nails are in his skin leaving red marks. He pulls you back and forth slamming you against him. The water against the shower floor and the clapping of your skin mixes with your moans.
You're both connected without talking, letting your bodies convey everything you can't put into words and Draco does a good job at twisting his anger with love. You don't have to guess where his feelings lie when he's showing you with the glide of his cock and grip on your body, trying to pull you closer so you can become one.
His lips leave gentle kisses on your neck that have shivers running down your spine and you have clamming down on him as he moves in and out of you. Your legs ache and the knot in your belly tugs tight. He angles his hips upward driving into places you didn't even know you had making you jerk in his hold.
"You gonna cum for me like a good girl" he whispers and you nod your head violently.
"Yes! Yes! yes! Yes! Please Draco!" You repeat, drunk on him.
"Sh shh shhh I'm gonna make it all better princess. just let go for me, let me get you there…please." He says nipping at your neck and you don't need to be told twice as your release takes over. Your toes curl on his back and you let an inaudible cry as you coat his cock in your juices. He thrust into you sloppily with random curses leaving him, his head falling back the water running through his hair as he paints your sensitive walls. You're shaking in his arms as he lowers you to your feet pressing his lips to yours. He pulls back, eyes searching yours.
"I'd do anything for you my love,"
And he proves that to you everyday…
