RZ Michael Myers x female nurse reader
Part 1 - 2
Words: 1476
Warnings: smut (18+)
Summary: Michael has escaped Smith Grove's Sanitarium...
Reader: short female reader, female genitals in smut scenes
The voice echoing in his mind persisted, urging him to go to Haddonfield but the back door he was sliding open was miles away from it, for today he listened to another power rising from deep within. Stepping inside, he found himself standing in the kitchen, his eyes drawn to the assortment of sweets and candies neatly arranged on the countertop. A faint smile curled at the edges of his mouth, knowing that you had purchased each one of them according to the list. Right next to it, neatly folded, was a black witch costume with a small hat resting atop of it.
You were sitting on the couch, engrossed in the movie "Bates Motel" when a continued cold draft caught finally caught your attention. With a grunt, you switched off the TV and lifted your body from the comfort of the couch, making your way towards the kitchen. Your fingers fumbled in search of the light switch, and as it clicked on, your gaze shot up, landing on the tall masked man standing at the counter, his fingers gliding over the tiny hat from your costume. You immediately recognised deep blue striped pants and the torn dirty gray bathrobe that seemed tiny hanging on his imposing figure.
"Michael!", you shouted in shock and total disbelief.
Your body froze for a moment. It was something else seeing this mountain of man standing in your kitchen, close to midnight, all alone and far away from the security that Smith's Grove provided. How could he even be here? Did he escape? Just as you wondered why nobody had informed you about the escape of the patient you mainly took care of, the sharp ringing of the wall-mounted phone next to you startled both you and Michael. Without diverting your gaze from him, you reached out and grabbed the phone, placing it against your ear and waiting a moment before speaking.
"Hello?"
"Oh nurse, heavens! I'm glad I was able to reach you. Michael has escaped, he killed several on his way out."
There was a pause on the other side as Loomis waited for your reply. Any sane person would have freaked out while being trapped alone in their home with the sanitarium's most infamous patient. The doctor on the other end of the line was you're only chance to call for help and as the thoughts of what any sane person would have done in that moment flashed before your inner vision, your body had its own surprise in store for you. Your hand gestured for Michael to close the door behind him while you shot a warm smile at him before focusing back on the phone call.
"Oh my god, that's terrible! Did someone alarm the police? Do you know where he's headed?"
Michael blinked in disbelief as you faked a shocked tone while the traces of your smile still lingered on your lips. His eyes never left your figure, his hand fumbling behind him to close the door. The enigma that was you continued to surprise him, eluding the expectations formed by the cruel world around him, only to grace him with the kindness he not only thought lost after his mother stopped visiting him. No, you continued to surpass it and as he stood within your kitchen, he almost felt a sense of home, carrying his thoughts to the one he had back then as he briefly wondered where his little sister could be now.
"No I haven't seen him. Why would he come here? Have you checked in Haddonfield where his sister lives now?"
You winked at him, feeling freed from your confidential oath as he was technically, officially, not near you to overhear such information. Michael felt stunned at your response. Back in the sanitarium he had wondered more than once if you'd be able to peak into his mind as you always seemed to understand him so well and now you had answered the very question that had been lingering in his mind. A strange sensation burned underneath his skin as if he wanted to...wanted to kiss you. His breaths grew heavier and his hands pressed tightly against his sides, trying to hide the trembles.
"I'll keep a look out but I'm sure he won't waste any time coming here. You too. Goodnight Dr Loomis."
You hung up the phone and turned back to Michael, taking a few hesitant steps into his direction.
"So...uhm...what brought you here? You could also have tried to find your sister."
A small shivering breath came from behind the mask before Michael slowly pulled it off his face and pointed at you. Your brows furrowed for a moment and you contemplated on the possibilities before answering cautiously.
"Me? You came here because of me? To see me?"
He nodded, placing his mask on the counter beside your costume and sank to his knees, arms outstretched, waiting for you to approach him. He was aware that you probably knew the circumstances that led to his escape, Loomis would have surely informed you how much blood stained his hands tonight. And yet, you chose to send the doctor straight to Haddonfield all the while wearing a smile on your face. You had a choice tonight and you chose him. Tears formed in the corners of his eyes when you wrapped your arms around him, exhaling relieved at the shared closeness. It had been a long time since anyone had chosen him, and now here you were, gently cradling his face, your gaze filled with nothing but affection. His heart ached beautifully as the feeling of home nestled within. He leaned in closer, his lips pressing on yours in a, first, tender kiss that quickly morphed into burning passion he couldn't control any longer. Strong hands slid beneath your butt and you gasped when you were lifted onto the counter. Long fingers wrapped around your shorts and panties, tearing them off with such force that they were flying off to the corner of the kitchen.
"Michael!", you shrieked in surprise but your legs parting on their own betrayed your desire.
Michael groaned at the sight of your wet folds before him. Not only had you chosen him, but you were also willing to surrender yourself to him, to be his. He silently vowed to worship you as the angelic being that you were, grant you the pleasures of the heavens you descended from. Gently, he positioned your legs over his shoulders and leaned forward, his face coming tantalisingly close to your cunt and you could feel his breath fanning over your wetness. A deep, sinful moan escaped your lips as his tongue pressed flat against your swollen clit. His fingers dug deeper into your flesh as your sweet taste began to fill his mouth, igniting a feral hunger within him. His sloppy licks grew faster, sucking at your clit in between before shoving three fingers into your dripping entrance. You cried out in pleasure as he kept thrusting into you, pushing you fast towards the edge of your release. The man between your legs had nothing in common with the shy calm patient from the observation room, the one standing between your legs ate you out like a starved man, worshipping you for the loyalty you showed him. Your fingers entwined in his hair, urging him closer as you bucked your hips and cried out his name, panting and finally coming undone while pure bliss washed over you. Michael mumbled something against your folds before rising and using his sleeve to wipe away your juices from his face. You still breathed heavily, chuckling as you hopped off the countertop, searching for your pants in the kitchen corner.
"That was....wow....I-I should return the favour", you spoke softly, pulling up your pants.
As you glanced up, a short gasp escaped your lips as you discovered Michael already standing beside you, his arms sneaking around your waist as he placed a tender kiss on your forehead.
"Later", he murmured, his voice coarse and deep, "let's sleep."
Those little words, so simple and yet the desire that gave birth to them ran so deep. Michael never truly had someone, his dark thoughts being the only company he ever knew until, one day, you stepped through those doors in the Sanitarium. He had always wondered it how would to be to lie down in bed with someone, not a single worry in his world as only happiness seeped through his body and the warmth of your touch lulling him into slumber. You led him upstairs and cuddled up to him on your bed, slowly sinking into a blissful sleep in the arms of Haddonfield's most feared man. Michael caressed your arm, eyelids growing heavy as he drifted off, one final thought lingering before surrendering to the irresistible lure of slumber. Home...

Horror masterlist - Masterlist - Misc. masterlist
RZ Michael Myers x female nurse reader
Words: 1296
Warnings: strangely none (considering that it's a Myers oneshot^^)
Notes: this has been sitting in my drafts for 3 months now and I still feel weird for posting it, I personnally don't like this oneshot but maybe someone out there might enjoy it, so here you go 😊
Summary: you seem to be the only person who's able to communicate with Michael
Reader: short female reader in mind, but no specific descriptions are used
"These eyes will deceive you. They will destroy you. They will take from you your innocence, your pride, and eventually your soul. These eyes do not see what you and I see. Behind these eyes one finds only blackness, the absence of light."
Those were Doctor Loomis' words about the most feared patient within Smith's Grove Sanitarium and everyone agreed...everyone except you. That's why you found yourself in the middle of the observation room, with Michael towering over you. You were waiting for the doctor to arrive, alone except for the guards outside who kept a vigilant watch on the two of you through the door's window. You should have been afraid of him but you weren't as you were probably the only human being within these walls who saw something else within Michael's eyes, a bittersweet sadness you were all too familiar with. You gestured for him to sit down, he hesitated for a moment before complying. Even while sitting, he still loomed over you, so you approached him cautiously, careful not to make any sudden movements.
"May I touch it?", you asked in a soft voice, settling yourself in front of him while pointing at his mask, "I promise I won't remove it. It's just...beautiful...and I'd like to get a closer look."
His icy blue eyes gazed at you, displaying a faint hint of contemplation, yet without uttering a single word or making any movement. You waited patiently, but since there was no response after a minute, you made the decision to proceed. Your delicate fingers grazed over the papier-mâché mask, brushing away a few strands of his long blond hair and delicately tucking them behind his ear. His breath hitched the moment you briefly touched his skin and a grin spread across your lips. Your hand now found his head, patting it sweetly while humming a happy melody. His breaths grew heavier and his head tilted, leaning in against your touch. Your gaze shifted from his disheveled hair to his eyes, and you found yourself getting lost in the dilated pupils that slowly engulfed the blue around them. Beneath the darkness of murder and madness, there still existed a little boy who longed for love, family, or even just a simple human connection.
"Nurse!"
The metallic clanking of the opening door and Loomis' voice startled you and your hand instinctively retreated as your eyes wandered to the doctor.
"You're needed elsewhere, I'll take it from here", he said softly yet assertively, taking a seat in front of Michael.
As you tried to turn around, you sensed a firm grasp on your wrist. Michael's fingers were wrapped around it tightly, keeping you in place as his pleading eyes found yours. Despite the intensity of his grip and the fact that he had already taken the life of a nurse, you felt an overwhelming sense of tranquility. Leaning closer to him, you gently attempted to pry his fingers away from your wrist.
"I'll be back as soon as I can", you whispered, a smile gracing your lips, "I'll drop by your room if it's too late, I promise."
Finally, he released his hold on you, and for a fleeting moment, a glimmer of hope flickered in his eyes, his hand rising slowly to wave at you. It didn't feel right to leave, but there was no other choice. As the door closed behind you, you stole one last glance through the window, your heart heavy at the sight of Michael's lingering gaze while Loomis scribbled something down in his notebook almost frantically.
It was finally the end of your shift but as you changed out of your uniform, your thoughts drifted back to Michael, the commitment you had made hanging over you like a menacing shadow. Hanging the uniform in your locker, you made your way through the hallways.
"Aren't you supposed to be home by now?", Cruz asked, mopping the floor around Michael's room.
"Yes but I made a promise", you replied, offering him a polite smile as you paused at the door, gently knocking and waiting.
Despite not being alone, the hallway felt eerie. The dirty white walls seemed to stretch out into an infinite torment as your gaze wandered down to the floor, all the way to the end. A sudden thud at the door made you jump, eyes darting towards the barred window where you discovered Michael peering back at you through his mask. As your heartbeat calmed down a bit, the corners of your mouth turned into a gentle smile and you placed a hand on the side of the window.
"See? I promised you I'd be back."
Cruz chuckled and stepped up beside you, slowly unlocking the door.
"Be careful", he whispered, twisting the key in the lock, "he's dangerous but I still believe it would be more personal and easier to greet him without the barrier of a solid metal door. Saw you two this afternoon, I believe it'll do Mikey some good, if you're good to him, he's good to you...in his own way."
With an encouraging smile, he pushed open the door and stepped aside. Michael remained motionless, his eyes fixed on your form as you cautiously entered his room. A gasp escaped your lips when you beheld the walls adorned with the many masks he had crafted over the past fifteen years. It felt surreal, like you'd just fell into another, darker, realm of mysteries and twisted wonders. Tentatively, you took a few steps closer, running your fingers along one of the masks hanging just above his desk. It stood inbetween all the colours as jt was painted all in white with cut-out eyes and a subtle dark gray line at the bottom resembling lips while the top was made of different black papier-mâché strands which gave the face less of a creepy and more of that weird out-of-bed hair look, eliciting a small giggle from you. Before you could react, a hand reached over your shoulder, plucking the mask from the wall and presenting it to you. You took it, careful to not damage it and turned around, your fingers nervously toyed with the loose coloured paper strands.
"For me?", you asked almost in a whisper.
Michael simply nodded and walked back to his bed, sitting down on the edge. You weren't sure if you should say or do anything else. The bond that was forming between the two of you was unusual and extraordinary. The silent killer and his nurse, an unexpected connection that blossomed like a foreign flower in the midst of a desert.
"I...uh...need to get home now but I'll see you tomorrow", you offered him a smile, "and thanks for this. I love it and it'll get a special place at home."
You held up the mask before turning away, walking past Cruz who locked the door once again.
"I don't understand what it is with you but Mikey likes you, usually no one is allowed to touch anything in that room, not even me."
"Well maybe it's because I see a bit more in him than just the mindless killer everyone else believes him to be", you shrugged your shoulders, heading down the hallway with Cruz following behind you.
You felt his hand on your shoulder, forcing you to stop just as you were about to pass the last door of this floor.
"Whatever you see in him, don't forget what he has done", Cruz urged, "for your own sake."
The warden's words carried a subtle acknowledgement of the harsh reality, yet they were delivered with a touch of kindness. He seemed to be the only other person, apart from you, in this place who believed that there was more to Michael than just brutality and an unnerving silence.

I wouldn’t ever accuse Halloween of being “good representation” of mental illness or institutionalized people, but what it is is fascinating
because Halloween isn’t the story of a madman haunting Haddonfield; it’s the story of two madmen: Michael Myers and Dr. Loomis. this doctor shows up in the sleepy town of Haddonfield packing heat with a crazed look in his eye, obsessed with his former patient, yammering on about how he’s seen evil incarnate behind a child’s eyes, going on long winding monologues about druid rituals and the evil spirits of the unconscious mind, and refusing to be mollified by any of the sane, rational people around him. Obviously Dr. Loomis is right, but sane?
as Dr. Hoffman says, “I think you’re the one who needs mental help.” any other day, any other night, Dr Loomis would be thrown in a padded cell right next to Myers.
yes, Michael Myers was the one literally institutionalized, and yet Loomis is every bit as trapped by the institutions of the world as Myers was. Loomis is riding and running around from one end of Haddonfield to the other like a rat chewing at the bars of its cage, trapped between one institution and another and another, all restraining him from stopping Myers, all too reasonable to take him seriously.
it’s the sane, rational doctors ignoring Loomis’s alarmist advice that leads to Myers’ escape; the sane, rational police force that drags its feet at every step of the way and fails to stop Myers; the sane, rational governor that orders a marshall take Loomis away.
Halloween is the story of two madmen, neither of which any institution knows what to do with, and what happens when all human structures of rules, norms, and pre-conceived beliefs about the world fail to account for the anomalous: a man completely devoid of humanity, and the kook doctor driven insane trying to reach him who is nevertheless the only truly sane person in all of Illinois

He's such a bad liar. If the kids can't be around certain actions, then take them off set and work the camera angles around that. How hard is that? Nah, he's trying to cover for his own incompetence. I guess he's as terrible at coming up with excuses as he is for coming up with ideas for the show.

Spoiled Memories
The sound of your favorite song drowns out the sound of your heavy breathing. Life in Haddonfield had become too much once again. Your mind was clouded with thoughts of what happened earlier.
"Do you know Michael Myers?" Dr.Loomis asked Y/N as she sat across from the 'shape' as some call him. "Yes sir.." Her voice had gotten quite like usual. "Would you like to elaborate?"
"We were friends in Elementary."
"Good friends?" This has peaked the Psychiatrist's interest; the only friend Michael was known to have was his mother.
"I guess he was my only friend besides family. We spent all our time together if that's what you're asking."
Your head began pounding from the lack of oxygen, as you rest your hands on your knees to catch your breath a deep sense of sadness washes over you.
Michael wasn't someone you could forget, he was your best friend. After leaving Haddonfield you weren't the same for years. Once you finally got your grounding your brother had gone missing and no one seemed to care. You'd gotten your breath of fresh air and you suddenly began drowning once again.
Slowly you started to jog picking up the pace as your nose tingles and you feel tears coming. It wasn't fair why did all of this happen to you? Wasn't your parents leaving you bad enough? What did you do to deserve such pain?
'Everything is going to be fine. I'll find him and leave this town and it's dark past behind.' You told yourself in order to not lose all the progress you had made over the years.
Your quick run had come to an end at your doorstep where Elvis was waiting.
Sitting in bed Y/N began to think if everything was truly worth it. Her phone showed 4:25 AM which lit up her dark room. Deciding the money was worth it she dragged herself out of bed.
"Hey Isabella." You say with a yawn as your friend groans loudly while setting her bag down. "I just wanna go home." She whines while leaning back against the wall. "What if we just quit and leave?"
"You have to meet Michael again today don't you?" You nod while sighing loudly. "Don't get murdered shit girl. You aren't getting paid enough for that."
To start the work day the girls made their way down the hall towards the dining room. Like usual it was mainly empty, breakfast wasn't a popular meal in this place. Most people preferred to sleep instead of eating the mush they serve.
"So where are you took next week off right?" Y/N nods while setting a cup in front of a patient. "Yeah I'm leaving town for a couple days. Can you still watch Elvis?"
"Absolutely I've been dying to see your house. I heard you moved into that two story out on Benlumpkin road. That place is massive compared to my apartment."
Y/N's palms start to sweat as she stands outside the double doors.
"He's in his room today."
"Hm?" She turns around to see Dr. Loomis with his hands behind his back. "He wouldn't come out of his room. So I was hoping you could speak to him. It might encourage him to speak once again after such a long period."
"I guess I could.." Picking at the skin around her nails while walking next to the doctor. "Don't worry I'll talk to Mrs. Shalley to give you a raise." The silence between the two grew loud as they reached the end of the hall.
"Ladies first." Y/N walks through the steel door and into Michaels room. "Hey.." The room was more silent than ever. Y/N takes the opportunity to look around the room. Masks cover the walls, each one different from the last. "Remember that one you used to wear as a kid?"
Tracing her finger along a mask before walking over to the desk where Michael was sitting. The one on the table before him was solid black. "What's up with this one?" He doesn't even notice her or pretends not to.
Moments of silence pass before Y/N walks over to the door. "Doctor Loomis I don't see this benefitting anyone." He'd been standing in the doorway watching the awkward one sided interaction. "Do you think he'd harm you if he had the chance?"
Thinking about it Y/N answers. "Probably not but I haven't seen him since her murdered a bunch of people, so maybe. Why?"
Dr. Loomis shuts the door with her inside. "We're going to try something new!" The demented man says through the thick metal door. "What?! I didn't agree to this!" She whisper yells in anger in the sudden betrayal. "Don't worry the guards are right outside. Try to get him to speak! We'll give it thirty minutes or so and see what happens."
"If you don't let me out of here right now I'll sue." The doctor puts his hand to his ear to gesture that he can't hear. "You heard me two seconds ago! Let me out!" She slams her hand on the door before noticing the shift in the eyes of the man in front of her.
Y/N turns around to be met face to chest with Michael. "Damn." It was an automatic response to the giant in front of her. "Shit dude. You can't sneak up on people like that."
Going around the side of him Y/N takes a closer look at his room. "These people want us to talk y'know? Like that's gonna help you barely spoke when we were kids." After not receiving a response as expected, she turns around to see the monster in the same spot.
"I don't know what to say.." She trails off with a sign. "I never do."
Attempting to keep the silence at bay Y/N speaks up again. "Do you remember that day we met, when I snuck into the boys bathroom?"
