HI I have never interacted with the tumblr wizard101 fandom but I recently remembered that one dr jeckel mr Hyde inspired npc from Marleybone and how he wrecked me in battle when I was 12 so naturally I drew him

I finished my Dr. Jackall UTAU and I'm actually pretty proud of how he turned out. I especially like how strongly you can hear his accent (even though it really doesn't sound that much like him imo)

The Spiral Animals #60: Jackals

Like a bunch of random animals, the jackals in these games are actually only represented by one character. And despite the Wizard101 Central Wiki claiming that he’s a dog, he is very much a jackal based on his name and appearance.

World of Origin: Marleybone

Group Name in Game: N/A

Culture in Real Life: Doctor Jackal is of course based on the classic character Dr. Jekyll who has an alter-ego known as Mr. Hyde and is also an English doctor in the novel. This reference plus the fact that Doctor Jackal has a British accent leads me to believe that the jackals are based in British culture.

Approximate Time Period: Marleybone mostly takes place between the 1800s and 1900s CE, so I’m gonna stick with that.
