Budget Party! Dr ian Wright cospaly 

I just remembered i forgot to share where i got some of this from! bear in mind this is largely a closet/Budget cosplay so not al lof this may be screen acurate 

The shoes are for sure not but when you cant find cowboy boots sometimes you have to supply your own gay little shoes.
