my goodness these men can serve a comeback. this is seriously incredible and I was 1100% not ready for this comeback. so let’s take the mv then track-by-track.

‘kick it’ the mv.

yes i felt attacked. very attacked. the main choreo, i can possibly attempt the main start of the dance, this is progress. i appreciate these outfits. i appreciate that our boys work extremely hard. and yes to johnny getting that center formation, screen time, and may i say LINES. 

i love this vibe and the yellow coloring, gold! go get them baby.

AND JUNGWOO IS BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER BABY.

taeyong our fearless leader, is literally so snatched in this comeback. 

this choreography dance breakdown is what i live for. and mark taking them all down. yes honey. 

i love this part of the choreography with jaehyun center formation

their renegade that they spoiled earlier in the year. feat haechan, this precious bean, snapped. also living for this concept with the red bomber jackets. 

i freaking love this. i am a part of this ‘one-two-seven squad’. that's me i’m a part of the squad. them kicking and having someone thrown through the panel is literally me. that is how i feel after experiencing this mv. that's me after this comeback. 

track-by-track.

they are such a blessing and hard working men and released track videos for the majority of the album. so here is the link to their ‘neo zone’ chart track video playlist so you can enjoy the visually pleasing snippets of the songs. 

elevator (127F). can I just say that this preview track had me shook. haechan trying to ‘just keep it simple’ sure honey. and doyoung being the precious bean he is in those glasses, just got me. literally their harmonies and soft vocals in this just got me doing a little head bop. jaehyun is so smoooooth. johnny the pizza guy, i stan. it’s a solid track. and i am sooooo in love.

boom. our boys of 127 needed a taste of that dream life. i love this bomber jackets. and you best believe i am living my best life as JOHNNY HAS LINES. these tracks are soooo smooth, and clean and fresh. i quite like this vibe for nct127. TAEIL AND HIS INCREDIBLE VOCALS. the little break down synth after mark’s little boom, got me feeling some type of way. have i said that i missed jungwoo sooooo much and i am glad he is back and better than ever. also their berets in this mv *swoons*

pandora’s box. the smooth chill vibes continue, and haechan’s voice melds so well with doyoung’s in these intros. i love them. this is def one of my favorites, i appreciate all the line distribution in this album. this mv though....i cannot because they are too handsome. the suits!!! i have never felt this attacked ever in a comeback but johnny has lines, and screen time and i am SHOOK. 

day dream. this is officially my chill day album to play because all of these tracks are soooo chill and the title track i feel doesn't fit this first half of the album. ‘loving you feels like i’m dreaming’, those vocalizations brought to you by jungwoo *swoons* this track video was sooo cool and i love the muted blue tones of the video. glittery doyoung is the doyoung i live for. seriously this vocal line taeil, doyoung, jungwoo and yuta in this first verse. the harmonies by johnny, jaehyun and jungwoo in the chorus. I CANNOT. this comeback will be the death of me. 

interlude: neo zone. these interludes are so cool. i can just see the intense choreography build up with this one, cannot wait to see the videos eventually. continuing the legacy of johnny whispering in these. 

mad dog. taeyong and mark your times to shine boys. i love that they go back and forth, literally so iconic. i will never get bored of these two and their back and forth. mark’s freaking verse and FLOW. he didn't hold back and i appreciate that. doyoung in with those vocals reminding me of ‘yestoday’. ‘what's that on your mind feeling alienated, imma tear opinions down’ yes HONEY. ‘we making a new world come in with me’. they had freaking wolves in the track video...speechless.

sit down! from the track video i thought it was going to be another mark and taeyong track but i as pleasantly surprised with the track. because yes that threw me for a loop in the first listen, i was like dang YESSSS, get your isshhhh vocal line. there are so many styles and genres present in this single track, and i dig it! johnny’s little warning really surprised me and i was like what you say honey? and jaehyun ‘smelling some jealousy’, his vocals are like honey.

love me now. A FAVE. A FAVE YOU BEST BELIEVE. seriously this track video really got me feeling some type of way. and the flow that this track is on is next level. taeil’s vocalizations at the start of the pre-chorus. i freaking love this beat, it’s light and i want to jump around a room and twirl. i freaking love the falsetto that they come through with. once again we have the back and forth with mark and taeyong because it provides such a break to the light track, i like the ebb and flow of the track. AND JOHNNY GOT LINES. these outfits in this mv are my favorite style and can i say that yellow and stripes are yuta’s color, like he owns them. and taeil in red *insert aggressive clapping*. the coloring of this video reminds me of the nostalgiac feel that bts’s ‘euphoria’ mv had, and i dig it.

love song. literally such models, and taeil and haechan with that first verse. they are coming for me our iconic duo. yuta literally is perfect and stepped out of an anime. the confetti falling got me fam, i freaking love them. FREAKING CANNOT WITH THAT BREAKDOWN brought to you by johnny.

white night. A FAVE. A FAVE I TELL YOU. the black and white track video, jaehyun cannot look at me like that. like yuta, honey can you please like not attack me. and these vocals from haechan and taeil. ‘better eatin’ nice sleepin’ don't know what it is’-like stop it johnny . those slow pans on them in their handsomeness. doyoung i cannot, this man needs to stay in his lane along with all the other beautiful men. their harmonies are beautifully done, and i am in love. and taeyong and his little ‘오늘도 오늘도 all night long’. their falsettos in the bridge. 

not alone. ANOTHER FAVORITE. seriously love this mv, and sm needs to freaking release the full length version. it brings a whole new perspective when you find out that they filmed these separated, while taeyong and mark with promoting with superm. it literally takes the never alone to a whole new level, because they were always together in spirit *insert me weeping in the corner*. the vibe and the track are once again smooth as heck, and i love how their vocals just flow with it so effortlessly. i cannot with how perfect these men are. the harmonies at the start of the chorus, i just want to sway back and forth while hugging and crying my besties. ya know? just me? well then...

dreams come true. i have already spoken my love for this track, and the reminiscent 90′s rewind of a track video. and i love that mark had a freaking verse in this because i thought we had the whole track in the previous gift video ya know?! but girl there was MORE. 

so I would 10 out of 10 recommend you give the whole album a listen. it’s golden as always and my men always come through with those smooth vocals and insane ebbs and flows. we stan. 

also i cannot not mention the fact that winwin would have thrived off this concept and his vocals would have been perfect for this comeback. and i would be lying if i said i wasn't salty with sm for not having him in this unit anymore...because literally taeyong and mark are in sooooo freaking many units that it would be possible if they tried.
