     i would quickly save the dog, make sure it’s okay and run to work, and whatever happens, atleast i saved the dog xD

EXCUSE ME? "extreme extreme fanservice"? Are you shitting me? The Doctor can be literally anyone, they've hinted at female regenerations of "male" timelords before (see: The Doctor's Wife, and for god's sake Curse of the Fatal Death). There have BEEN female timelords before, ONE OF THEM WAS A COMPANION. And the Doctor would still be the Doctor, lady or not, she'd still have a doofy coat and a horrible fashion sense, the only way it would be any sort of fanservice would be if they dressed her up in something revealing or sexy, which is very uncharacteristic of the Doctor (and don't give me the whole "oh but 10 was sexy" he was quite good looking and dressed well, but nothing about his costume was out of the ordinary for the Doctor). And if they DID do such a thing with a female Doctor, it would be a disgrace to the whole show, and probably no actor or actress would let that stand for such a long running and beloved program.

I don’t mind Peter, but I’m just worried that that someone older wont be able to perform at the same level of physicality as Matt, David and Chris.

YOOOO have you SEEN classic who? Trust me, older actors can keep up just fine. 1, 2, and 3 were very spry. 3 was a fricken "venusian karate master" Trust me, an older actor is no problem.
