Livestreaming Mod by Twinsimming 💻
This mod gives sims the ability to livestream video games from their computers to earn tips, social media followers, and celebrity points.
This is a script mod that can be placed in your Packages folder. It was built and tested on 1.69 but should work fine on 1.67.
Livestreaming
In order to livestream, your sim must have an active social networking blog. The "Livestream..." interaction will then appear on a computer's pie menu.
Sims can livestream for 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, or indefinitely.
Livestreaming raises a sim's Social Networking skill and hidden Video Game skill.
Each hour of streaming counts as one blog post. Sims will either gain or lose followers every hour they stream.
Sims who livestream will start receiving tips once they have 50 followers and start gaining celebrity points once they reach 300 followers.
They will have a 50% chance of receiving tips and a 40% chance of gaining celebrity points for every 10 minutes they stream after the follower thresholds are met.
There are 15 video games your sims can stream. 6 are from The Sims 3 and 9 are conversions from The Sims 4 with proper audio and visuals.
These video games are also available in my Level Up! Video Game Skill Mod.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tuning
All of the tunable values can be found on the mod download page under the header “Tuning”.
Conflicts & Known Issues
This is a new script mod so there shouldn’t be any conflicts.

do you have a preferred method to get vsts and other such instruments for a DAW?? im poor as heck and dont know ANYTHING about piracy, im so scared of getting goobered by people on the internet
i wish i knew more about the best go-to sites for pirating rn unfortunately i have no clue. ppl on the internet can have such shit intentions too so i dont even know where to look or who to ask. but also here's some free + VERY cheap things u may consider (below the break):
vital synth (i will always shill for vital bc i use it constantly and its free lol)
ob-xd synth (it says buy for $49, but the free download is on the left. the buy link is just a donate)
klanghelm plugins (all these are made by one dude. mjuc is a great vintage style compressor, the dc8c is a pretty featured compressor for the price, sdrr has a particularly nice tube saturation/distortion, and vumt is a great metering plugin, i have vumt on every single project since 2019)
analog obsession (if you donate $5 to their patreon you can get every single plugin they make. also all made and maintained by one person. lots of different things, so i recommend just downloading everything and exploring the functions of the plugins)
tokyo dawn labs (all very high quality mixing stuff. they have free versions of most of their premium stuff and they're quite featured despite being free. ez.)
kilohearts (they recently made all their main effects free. and if you want their flagship stuff, its all rent-to-own as well.)
sforzando (soundfont player. if you dont know what soundfonts are, theyre essentially really condensed, lightweight sampled instruments. they can often sound rlly cheap or tacky [which might be good, i definitely love that sound] but just install this and google [instrument] soundfont and just find lots of free instruments that way)
togu audio line (some free effects and instruments if you scroll down. but i also recommend TAL Sampler if you want a cool sampler and can afford it)
meldaproduction (has a free plugin suite. theres an annoying watermark at the bottom for free versions, but everyone understands. shit is expensive)
native instruments (they have the komplete start bundle which is just a bunch of free decent stuff)
musicradar FREE SAMPLES (ive sworn by a few of the sample resources that i've gotten from musicradar as far back as 2011 lol)
looperman FREE SAMPLES (looperman is a user-sourced sample website where ppl upload samples they've made* and you can just download and use them for free. sometimes people request specific credit, so check for that if you can. *NOTE: its very possible for people to upload unlicensed samples or stuff they didn't make so use your best judgement when sorting through stuff)
freesound FREE SAMPLES (freesound rules always reliable)
synth1 (AHHHH IM SO HAPPY I CAN RECOMMEND THIS RIGHT NOW!!!! synth1 used to be abandonware but was finally picked up again and is supported by modern systems once more. i used this religiously from 2013-2017. and i'm going to start using it again honestly)
valhalladsp (this is the only exclusively premium thing i'm going to leave in this thread [aside from bitwig, below], but it's just that god damn good. every plugin of theirs is $50, so if you can manage to go for ValhallaVintageVerb and/or ValhallaDelay you will basically never need another reverb/delay ever again; would recommend NOT pirating from them if you can help it bc theyre definitely a very small company but u know.. ur call)
bitwig (if you need a DAW, i can now heartily recommend Bitwig. it's on the rent to own program through splice if you're ok getting it legally...)
i know this isnt what u asked but i hope its still helpful. i've also rescinded my recommendations for spitfire audio bc the company was revealed to be run by a bunch of queerphobic knuckleheads. everything in this list i have personally used for my own music and can vouch for them from actual experience (YES even bitwig, i made the song "Futura" on Carousel exclusively with Bitwig, making it the first time i've made an entire song outside of Ableton since 2014).
again i hope this helps, forgive me for not knowing enough about pirating at the moment 😭 please make so much music and please look at this animal:

Hi, I was wondering if you knew when Vessel started 'dancing' on stage? I'm pretty sure he started doing in in the late Sundowning-ish era/ TPWBYT era but I thought you'd probably be the best person to ask about finding videos from when he started dancing.
Oooh this is an interesting rabbit hole, thanks for asking Anon 🖤
So... I guess it depends on what you mean by dancing, because Vessel has always sort of moved on stage, you know? But what he did back then and what he's doing now is completely different. Like... maybe a better word for what he used to do is "writhing." The earliest video of a ritual I've seen of Sleep Token's was their third ritual in (what I'm assuming is) late 2017, and "writhing" is probably the best word for what Vessel was doing on stage (and I say that affectionately/respectfully).
TLDR; Conclusively I would say Vessel started dancing, as we see him dance on stage today, in the summer of 2022. He's always moved on stage, and even acted unhinged during Sleep Token's earlier rituals. Below the cut, I go through rituals on YouTube from 2018-2023 to try and pinpoint exactly when Vessel started dancing like we see currently in 2023. (I went through quite a few videos, most not even mentioned in this monster of a post, so I made a YouTube playlist here).
A great example of Vessel's early "writhing" dancing is this YouTube video of Nazareth from the 2018 Leeds Festival (he's also an absolute menace here!! He steps on III, he didn't paint his waist or his back, and he strangles and spits on the original OG IV. Like... the man had demons and I am here for them). The dancing that's most similar to current times starts around 2:37 and 3:40.
2019 is impossible to find good videos for lol, since they did most of their rituals for the Beautiful Oblivion tour as an opener and, apparently, nobody films openers. But there are some with decent audio quality from ArcTanGent (my favorite being The Offering). Interestingly, he's less animated, still writhing, but not a menace to the rest of the band while doing so. If anyone is even slightly photosensitive please don't watch these ArcTanGent videos, the lighting effects really didn't agree with the camera's shutter speed.
This is a video of Higher from December 2019. The sound is not as crisp, and the videographer is quite a bit further from the stage, but Vessel is still moving, especially towards the end. The breakdown starts around 2:15, and while III and OG IV are definitely more animated than Vessel, he's still dancing with them. He even jumps down to scream the end of the song at the barrier (and has a mini-wardrobe malfunction) at 2:39. That crowd was really feeling it and so was Vessel.
Because of the plague in 2020, all of Sleep Token's shows were in January. Vessel's behaviour was very similar to the video posted above (just with less crowd interaction). The first show they played in 2021 was the Download Pilot. This is the best audio quality of that show, and Vessel also moves/dances the most in this video, though it's toward the end around 2:31, where the videographer forgot they were filming and just started vibing, so it's really hard to see, lol. I don't blame them, but it's also shakycam to the max. (Also, a quick fun fact, this is the first show the band played with our current IV as far as I can tell.)
This is another video from 2021, but from Sleep Token's TPWBYT rituals tour. It's Hypnosis, and in the very beginning, we see some Floor Vessel, which is neat and reminiscent of the most recent NA rituals, before he does some of his usual writing, though quite a bit more animated. Around 4:06 you can see the writing again, but after 4:19 it morphs into what we've seen from more recent rituals. (Also, if anyone wants a full 70-minute video of this show, filmed from the center of the balcony looking down on the stage, you can watch it here. Some parts have major flashing, so just be careful).
Here's another video of Hypnosis, this time from September 2022. Here, finally, we see Vessel's current version of dancing, hops and arm flails included. It starts right when the song kicks in at 0:13, and he does it again at the end, around 4:29. Technically they did a UK tour with the Architects in May (see this video of The Offering at 3:50) and an Australian tour in June 2022 with Northlane (again, see this video of The Offering at 0:20, 1:37), with similar behaviour from Vessel, but that BRRF Hypnosis video is the first video I ever watched of Sleep Token live so it's very dear to me and it's also better sound quality than anything I could find from earlier in the year.
I went way overboard with answering this question, Anon, but it was super fun, so thank you again for asking 🖤🙏 Again, I made a playlist of all the videos + several others. If anyone has any recommendations for me to add to the playlist, send the links my way (especially if they aren't The Offering or Hypnosis lol) and I'll add them in chronological order.

TFTBL Text Files Tutorial
Was asked by @gay-ratcore on how to get into the tales text files so I decided to make a more "thorough" tutorial for anyone else curious.
I say thorough cause tbh this pretty much just scratches the surface of file extraction, there's so much more to it, but extracting text files /is the easiest thing out of the entire thing.
FULL TUTORIAL UNDER CUT
First things first, you need to have the game installed for this to work. Or at least have it somewhere on your computer/hard drive for the software to view the files inside.
Secondly, download the necessary software for exploring said files, it's called "Telltale Explorer" made by the awesome bgbennyboy - download here. It's a helpful tool that will allow you to view not only the text files of the game but some other neat things as well. As soon as you download the software from the website, extract it, then double click on TelltaleExplorer.exe to run it.
Tumblr media
You might get a pop-up from your antivirus saying this software might be malicious or something like that. Pretty sure it does that for all files with the .exe format, this one's ok, so you can ignore said warning.
Tumblr media
This is what you'll see when you successfully open the explorer. Click on the "Open" tab in the upper left corner and pick the game and episode you want to look through (I've found that most of the time it doesn't matter what you pick, this just a matter simplicity).
Tumblr media
Next, a new browser window will open. You'll need to look for the installed game on your PC. For me, the location was in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tales from the Borderlands" and you need to specifically look into the "Archives" folder, where you'll find all of the necessary game files.
Tumblr media
As seen in the picture above, each episode is numbered (e.g. episode 1 is 101, episode 2 is 102, etc.) and divided into 5 categories:
ANICHORE - "animations" and "chores" - not viewable in the explorer
DATA - quite literally what it says, it's a mixture of files, here's where you'll find the text files of the unused content
MS - sound effects, mostly environmental, footsteps, gunshots, etc. - playable in the explorer
TXMESH - models and textures - models not viewable, textures only viewable if you have the original version of the game (the one released by Telltale prior to 2019, not the current one published by 2K)
VOICE - audio voicelines - playable in the explorer, however they are not in order
To view the text files, as mentioned before, you need to choose the appropriate episode and the file ending with _data.ttarch2. Unfortunately, at least for me, opening the data file for the first episode causes the explorer to crash (if you are using the current version of the game, if you have the original one, it works perfectly fine). So for the sake of this tutorial, we will open the data file for episode 2.
Tumblr media
Next, you'll want to click on the "View" Tab in the upper left corner and choose the ".landb" option. This will show you only text files. And that's pretty much it, you can look at all the text files and read them on the right side of the screen, you can even copy them into your own text block if you want.
If you have any questions regarding other things I've mentioned here or something else regarding the extraction of files or even viewing the textures, feel free to let me know :)

If you're someone who's interested in collecting physical media, especially DVDs and blu-rays, I cannot overstate how good an investment a blu-ray drive for your computer is.
There are copious free resources that will allow you to digitize your collection for additional preservation and convenience... and I've placed them beneath this break!
MakeMKV: https://www.makemkv.com/
MakeMKV is the program I use for backing up blu-rays and DVD. It’s “free while in beta”, and as far as I can tell it’s going to continue to be in beta forever. You just need to register the program with the beta code, which can be found here: https://forum.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1053. If your registration ever expires, you can just go to that post and they’ll have it updated with a new one.
“MKV” is “Matroska Video”, which is a container format (named after the Russian nesting doll) that collects the video track, audio track(s), and subtitle track(s) all into one file, which is super convenient for anime, because that means you don’t need to worry about making separate files for different combinations of dubs and subs. My understanding is that this is, essentially, a lossless video copy, and I’ve done comparisons comparing screenshots taken from video playing off the disc and from the .mkv, and I haven’t been able to notice a difference. As for playing .mkv files…
VLC Media Player: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/
The Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP): https://download.cnet.com/Combined-Community-Codec-Pack/3000-2139_4-10966585.html
VLC is my media player of choice for watching back the stuff I back up. I’m not 100% sure if you need to download the CCCP for this- my backups play fine on my tablet just using the VLC app, and I recently found out they even work off a USB stick plugged into a Samsung Smart TV- but it doesn’t hurt to have.
MakeMKV can also be directly integrated with VLC Media Player to play blu-rays right from the drive, which is tremendously valuable if you're not interest in/don't have the hard drive space for digitization. I think I’ve encountered maybe one thing that couldn’t be played off the disc with this solution, and that was fixed in a subsequent update to MakeMKV. The full breakdown of how to do that can be found here: https://stolafcarleton.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1893/StOlaf/KB/ArticleDet?ID=128854.
MKVToolNix: https://mkvtoolnix.download/downloads.html
Different companies author discs differently, and I like to keep my stuff organized the same way, which is where this tool comes in. I won’t go into too much detail on this here, but if you ever need to split one large file into smaller files (for example, a disc has 9 episodes of a show to a single title/file, and you want to split them into individual episodes), edit or remove chapter information, or rename audio/subtitle tracks, this is the tool to do it. There's a lot to this, so I would suggest reading the official documentation, but I could also whip up a guide if people are interested.
HandBrake: https://handbrake.fr/
The video encoder for shrinking those backups down to size- my favorite example was getting all 49 episodes of G Gundam down from almost 300gb off-the-discs to just under 50gb. This is also going to be heavily dependent on how powerful your computer is, because encoding takes up a lot of resources. On my computer, which is by no means top-of-the-line, I’d say on average it takes about 50 minutes to encode a 24 minute episode of anime, and that increases exponentially the longer the source material is.
I got the settings I use in HandBrake from this incredibly detailed breakdown of how video encoding works: https://kokomins.wordpress.com/2019/10/10/anime-encoding-guide-for-x265-and-why-to-never-use-flac/#tldr-summary-for-x265-encode-settings. There's a lot of information there, too, but it also provides generic settings to plug in to HandBrake if you don't care to manually adjust the settings for each project you're doing.
And that’s everything I use for my process! A lot of this was trial and error with other programs that cost money, performed worse, and were generally aggravating to use. It's a bit of elbow grease, but the reward is that once something is digitized, you have it forever, exactly the way you want it.

Hello! I'm really curious, what books/authors would you recommend to someone who's new to writing horror?
Tumblr media
Hi! Here is what I have on hand (minus my loaned out copies of my favorite book ever Mongrels by Stephen Graham Jones and Never Whistle At Night: an indigenous anthology of dark fiction which made me cry on an airplane and made the person next to me very uncomfortable, like she was just trying to build a cart at banana republic, apologies to seat 17B)
God’s Cruel Joke Lit Mag because I’m in them and will be in issue 4, too :) published either mid-January or February 2024– @labyrinthphanlivingafacade is in issue 3 with a great short story that I won’t spoil ***right now the magazines are available to purchase in physical copies but I was told all issues will be free to download as pdfs pretty soon!
Severance by Ling Ma (body horror but not in the way you think, the real horror is repetition and loneliness)
Wilder Girls by Rory Power (body horror)
The Female of the Species by Mindy McGinnis (adjacent the horror genre but a hell of a read)
ANYTHING BY STEPHAN GRAHAM JONES ANYTHING
We Have Always Lived in a Castle by Shirely Jackson (I read this for the first time last spring boy howdy, I also included The Lottery for its suspense)
Dean Koontz because my husband suggested it for the list— this was just the first title I grabbed, I think he said Patrician Crowell too but I was busy looking for Mongrels
A Good and Happy Child by Justin Evans (I didn’t finish this because depression set in shortly after I started but the first chapter plays with second pov which I really liked, I’m determined to read it this year)
Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn (I really enjoyed HBO’s adaptation)
The Girl With All The Gifts by M.R. Carey (likely the only zombie stories that made me weep uncontrollably)
Girls & Sex by Peggy Orenstein (non-fiction: explores modern young women navigating sexuality and because I have a thing for loss of autonomy— it’s been a few years since I read it but there is discussion of sexual assault, but I appreciate the expanse of her research and even included a conversation with someone who is asexual)
Black Leopard Red Wolf by Marlon James (got a chill just typing this out— the audio book is exquisite)
You’ll notice some nonfiction because, as a historian undergrad, nothing scares me more than man. The battles of Leningrad and Stalingrad are particularly stomach churning. America’s Reconstruction Era is full of acted out malice and under taught in my opinion.
An Indigenous People’s History of the United States by Roxanne Dunbar-Ortiz
The 900 Days, The Siege of Leningrad by Harrison E. Salisbury
Enemy at the Gates by William Craig
(On the other side of WW2 I have a book of the experiences of German solider’s left over from a paper I wrote on the inadequacy of Nazi uniforms and how it expedited their failure in Russia, Frontsoldaten by Stephen G. Fritz)
Stony the Road by Henry Louis Gates, Jr (one of my favorite authors, try finding “How Reconstruction Still Shapes American Racism” Time Magazine, April 2, 2019, I used it as a source for a paper on the history of voting rights)
Bloodstoppers and Bearwalkers— folk tales of Canadians, Lumberjacks & Indians by Richard M. Dorson (published around 1952 but content collected from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in the 40’s)
Raven Tells Stories: An Anthology of Alaskan Native Writing (I’m Alutiiq and the museum on Kodiak has a lot of stories recorded under Alutiiq Museum Podcast— my kids and I listen on Spotify)
I think the genre of horror is really mastering tension and playing on peoples fears which is why I included old school folk stories (An Underground Education had a great write up on the Grimm Brothers and the original fairy tales from around the world such as the Chinese and Egyptian Cinderella, as well as several different sections of funny tales, torture techniques, absolute weirdos etc etc) in this vein of thought The Uses of Enchanment: The Meaning and Importance of Fairy Tales by Bruno Bettelheim could prove to be useful
If you’re writing a character with Bad Parents— Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents and Toxic Parents (it has a longer subtitle but I don’t see my copy anywhere) might be able to help you shape character traits
I reached out to @littleredwritingcat who has a mind plentiful in sources who recommended
The Gathering Dark: an anthology of folk horror (I will be picking this one up asap)
Toll by Cherie Priest (southern gothic)
Anything by Jennifer MacMahon
The Elementals by Michael McDowell

Take the Train to Manchester
Tumblr media
The new Corduroy Institute album is finally available for download on Bandcamp—link in bio. This record contains nine songs which were created between December of 2019 and August of 2023— the longest span of time we have ever devoted to any of our releases.
Take the Train to Manchester coalesced around the principle of discontinuity. Every piece was crafted intermittently over a period of years, thus allowing audio recordings from different moments of our past intermingle to create compositions which we ourselves could have never foreseen. The end result is a document of alienation written to and from the forgotten.
As with previous efforts, the music was created through multitracked improvisations and the lyrics were derived from cut-ups taken from across the gamut of print media. During the course of our sonic research we employed the Bass VI, synthesizers, guitars, drum machines, samplers, guitar pedals, loopers, digital modular synthesizers, and even a microcassette recorder to create the sonorities on these recordings.
We invite you to listen, download, and provide your peer review.

They announced recently that John Kearns is going to film his Varnishing Days show, which is great news because I keep reading things about how good it is but I don't think he'll still be performing it by the time I'm in Edinburgh in August (I assumed that anyway, but assume it more than I know he's filming it). I said at the time that I'm surprised he's never released a stand-up special before, even in some underground quirky audio-only medium, as you might expect from John Kearns.
I was immediately corrected on that, and told that he has released a full stand-up show, and specifically has released it in an underground quirky audio-only medium:
It costs a lot of money for something where I was only interested in the digital download, as I don't own a turntable, and I think releasing stuff on vinyl is a neat idea in theory and I respect the underground quirkiness, but obviously I'm actually going to listen to it on headphones. However, to be honest, I do owe the UK comedy venues some money for the amount of stand-up I've been ridiculously lucky enough to hear over the last couple of years, without actually entering their venues to hear it live (I would if I could but there's an ocean). So when I get the chance to pay a UK comedy venue for some comedy, I will take it. I've heard some stuff from The Monkey Barrel for free, they've earned my money. Also I got to save a bit of money by having the record itself shipped to a friend in the UK, so I didn't have to pay for shipping to Canada, and I still got the digital download.
Anyway, it was really good. About what I expected from John Kearns, though I may have been slightly surprised by how little he relied on physical stuff. Which makes sense, as if the show was heavy on visual jokes, he wouldn't have released it on vinyl. But I'd gotten the impression that a lot of John Kearns' comedy is about the wig and the teeth and I think I assumed from that that he has props and stuff and does more of a character. I mean, it definitely is a character. But the character is just an extra exaggerated version of a stand-up persona, when I'd been expecting a character that's further divorced from reality than that.
All of these were good things to me. It was whimsical but not inaccessible, which was great, because I was prepared to put effort into accessing the inaccessible for the sake of John Kearns, but it's nice that I didn't have to. He jumped around from talking about cooking to the ocean to art history to some things that were vaguely autobiographical, and sometimes he'd get existentially beautiful for a bit and then be right back to discussing tuxedos. He sometimes did that thing where he shouts a funny phrase over and over with it taking on 1.5 new meanings and getting 10% funnier every time. It was great. I hugely enjoyed it.
I highly recommend it if you have a turntable and like playing records, think a John Kearns vinyl record cover would look good on your wall, or just have enough money to pay the price+shipping of a vinyl record for a digital download. I am now even more excited for the release of his filmed show.

Misc: When I Became as Join Fandoms
September 15 is the 7th Anniversary of My DeviantArt Account and Art Life on Social Media! But it’s late for now…
When I join fandom at TV, video games, and series. As a story of truth.
Tumblr media
Active Fandoms Mixels - Before I created an account on DeviantArt, I watched Log Loss in March 2015, then I watched more episodes on YouTube. I looked at drawings made by the person who created Sharkitty and deactivated the account after canceling the show on DeviantArt, then I looked at the drawings which were amazing looking horror and spooky as I liked it while I chose for my favorite character is Dribbal. I became a fan of Mixels when I created my account on DeviantArt when I was 13 already.
Luigi's Mansion Series - On November 2019, I looks the arts as the person who has an accounts on DeviantArt and Tumblr as possibly former fan of Mixels when I looked drawings before I created an account, also I looks fanfiction of series with headcanon as I officially love that as before and during at my birthday as my favorite characters are Dr. Potter, Steward, and Morty. I became a fan of Luigi's Mansion Series while I watched videos on YouTube for the whole story mode and made my fanfiction of that.
Cuphead Series - After I looked arts of Bendy Series on DeviantArt and Tumblr, I looks comics on DeviantArt in Late November/Early December 2018 which story of two of characters with heartwarming relationship like a parent and child on game as headcanon which started favorite to two characters are Dr. Kahl and his Robot and fan comic story become my favorite as it is called Dr. Kahl's Journal. I became a fan of the Cuphead Series while I had the idea of headcanon and looked at drawings on DeviantArt.
Bendy Series - I listened and watched Build My Machine by Will/DAGames at Late February/Early March 2017, I listened to the voices of employees of JDS even Will who voiced Grant Cohen which he's my favorite along with Edgar and Wally Frank. I became a fan of the Bendy Series while I listened to fan songs by Bendy Fans and audio logs on YouTube.
Balan Wonderworld - I noticed a drawing on DeviantArt in April 2021 as it was made by a person as I already know and became my favorite when after I watched it on YouTube, name is Cal Suresh. I listened soundtracks of game are amazing which I become love of a music. I became a fan of Balan Wonderworld while I listened to songs to draw and write.
No Straight Roads - I'm officially surprised to look at many art for the 1st anniversary of the game on Twitter. Eventually in November 2021, I looked at arts and stories on Tumblr from one of my social media friends, then I watched videos about NSR voice actors hanging out and playing games. During livestream, the fans draw characters doing same for their voice actors which I officially liked that especially Zul (Neon J and 1010 Voice Actor) doing Moose God and going insane anytime as quickly caught to Christmas Edition to Neon J and 1010 made a reindeer soldiers, it made me highly excited to them as became favorite. I became a fan of No Straight Roads while I listened to songs and videos as I drew and wrote about Neon J and 1010, and looked at the drawings.
Brawl Stars - Downloaded it during Season 11: Biodome to try it but uninstalled it in one week as I had all of the Rare Brawlers and almost Super Rare Brawlers. In December 2022, I reinstalled it for the anniversary of the game to free Gray and free skin to Shelly while one of my social media friends told me about Brawl Stars which drained my boredom to happiness while I watched videos by official Brawl Stars on YouTube as my favorite is Mortis, the most played of the game. I became a fan of Brawl Stars while I watched videos about Season 3 as lore, listened to the songs, and looked at drawings on Twitter as I started to get an idea and I started playing the game everyday.

But November 2020, I got bored and ran out of ideas, I started to be inactive as I never used to when I’ve got to focus on old fandoms as I enjoy My Singing Monsters Series as I listen to the songs.

But October 2020, I started to be inactive as I never used to when I ran out of an idea and focused on Mixels as reactive as I enjoy Just Shapes and Beats.
Cookie Run Series - I watched it on YouTube and then downloaded while I looked at drawings at DeviantArt and Tumblr in February 2021 as I was playing it 2021 to Early 2023 which made me grow bored as I ran out of ideas for other fandoms. But March 2023, I’m already bored of it as a big problem with my phone, I uninstalled it for large memories and started to be inactive as I never used to when I finally escaped from boredom as I played Brawl Stars and focused on writing fanfiction as I enjoy Cookie Run.

Drazek Fuscaldo — June 22 (Astral Spirits/Feeding Tube)
Tumblr media
Chicago residents Przemyslaw Krys Drazek and Brent Fuscaldo have been musical partners since 2007, but this is only the second recording to come out under their respective names. It probably won’t be the last, though. About a year ago they retired their old monicker, Mako Sica, after a decade and a half, having concluded that it might not be respectful for a couple Caucasian guys to use a Lakota name. But in recent times their music has charted a growth trajectory, due in no small part to their choice to persistently team up with elder musicians whose presence and example lights a fire to the core duo’s feet.
You don’t invite Hamid Drake, Joshua Abrams, Tatsu Aoki and Thymme Jones into your circle if you feel like coasting. On June 22, each plays with a degree of attunement and imagination that elevates and fills out Drazek and Fuscaldo’s open-ended, skeletal themes with rhythmic undercurrents and nationality-transcending melodic inventions. The duo have also have used a recording methodology, in which live performances are lightly shaped during post-production, that corresponds to the way Abrams records the Natural Information Society. Finally, a poke from Drake resulted in one of the album’s more remarkable aspects, at least in relation to the rest of the Mako Sica discography. After a concert at the Hideout in 2019, the drummer had suggested to Fuscaldo that he incorporate comprehensible messages into his usually wordless singing, which often sounds rather like that of a guy singing remembered fragments from a Gregorian chant while he takes a nighttime stroll past a graveyard with a bad reputation. The way he binds prayerful cadences to reverential sentiments on “Weaving Tongues,” which takes up the LP’s first side, might make it harder to assign such fanciful projections, but it invests the music with a gravity that suits the times in which it was made.
Parts of “Weaving Tongues,” were drawn from the same session at Promusica, a studio situated within a high-end audio component shop, that yielded last year’s Formless CD. The rest of the album comes from a second session held at Electrical Audio just ten days later. Both occurred in December 2020, when concerts weren’t happening in Chicago, so each gathering was a release from the prevailing COVID circumstances, and the push and pull of twinned basses and percussion underneath echo-laden, questing trumpet lines on “The Coyote Messenger” evokes the way that the vibe of the tines tinged even opportunities for genuine liberation with a sense of inhibition.
A word of caution; the vinyl edition of June 22 only contains about half of the album’s music. Side two of the LP contains edited versions of two tracks, and a fourth, the tersely propulsive “Mirror Beams,” can only be heard on the download. So, be sure to cash in that Bandcamp code.
