Dona Plate Making Machine
Tumblr media
A “dona plate making machine” typically refers to a machine used for manufacturing disposable plates and bowls, often made from materials like paper, thermocol (polystyrene foam), or leaves (such as palm or banana leaves). These machines are commonly used in the production of disposable tableware for various purposes like serving food at parties, events, or in street food stalls, and they are popular because they are cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
The process of making paper plate making machine with such a machine typically involves: Material Loading: Raw material (usually rolls of paper, thermocol sheets, or leaves) is loaded into the machine.Printing (Optional): If desired, the machine may have an option for printing designs or logos on the plates.
Die Cutting: The machine uses a die cutting process to cut the material into the desired plate or bowl shape.
Shaping and Forming: The cut material is then shaped and formed into the specific design of a plate or bowl. In the case of paper, this might involve heating and pressing to achieve the desired shape.
Drying (if needed): Some materials, like thermocol, may require a drying process to set their shape.
Stacking and Packaging: Once the plates or bowls are formed and dried, they are usually stacked and packaged for distribution.
These machines come in various sizes and capacities, and their complexity can vary depending on the type of material they are designed to process and the specific features they offer. Some machines are manual and require more human intervention, while others are automated for higher production rates.
Raw Material Loading: The machine is loaded with rolls or sheets of paper material, which can be in the form of paper rolls, paper sheets, or pre-cut paper circles. The choice of raw material can vary, but it is typically food-grade paper.
Paper Feeding: The machine has a mechanism to feed the paper into the manufacturing process. The paper is usually fed in a continuous manner.
Molding: The machine uses heat and pressure to mold the paper into the shape of the dona (paper plate or bowl). It has specific molds or dies for creating different sizes and designs of donas.
Cutting: Once the paper is molded into the dona shape, the machine cuts it to the required size. This can include cutting excess paper and shaping the edges of the dona.
Embossing or Printing (Optional): Some advanced machines may have embossing or printing capabilities to add designs, patterns, or branding information to the paper donas. This step is not always included, and it depends on the machine’s features and the manufacturer’s requirements.
Drying and Stacking: Depending on the design and material used, the automatic paper plate making machine may go through a drying process to remove any moisture. After drying, the machine may stack the finished donas, making them ready for packaging.
Packaging: The manufactured paper donas are typically stacked and packaged for distribution. Packaging can vary, but it is often in bundles or cartons.
Paper Dona Making Machines come in different sizes and capacities, ranging from small, manually operated machines suitable for small-scale production to large, automated machines for mass production. The choice of machine depends on the production volume and specific requirements of the manufacturer.

(I wrote this poem: WARNING graffic content)
My last meal.
I think I've spent a great deal thinking of my last meal.
There's so many foods,
Melanzane,
An italian classic
It made me feel at home
Mac and cheese with the crust on the top.
Grabbing my fork I would thrive at the trust of its being.
Reminiscing of italy,
This little restaurant by the sea with thinly sliced octopus legs.
Not calamari,
Thin as paper. Lighter than a feather. Painted with olive oil.
And a little salt and pepper.
Putting up a show, eager to try. Eager to buy.
Or to finally try hot wings again on the superbowl.
Nachos and crab rolls.
And those tiny taco bell burritos.
With the cheese all about to leak.
Or some really large platters of meat.
Sushi, with my brother
Telling him about all the southerners.
All you could eat sushi. Only rule is, finish the plates and you wont get charged.
each round filled with 4 new sushi rolls.
Scallion pancakes
And steak lo mein with extra broccoli
Tempura rolls
and seasoned sticky white rice.
You eat so much it’s like you’re stomach is going to explode
It’s nauseating and a little humiliating but amazing.
Have you ever taken really salty fries, like the ones from five guys and drunk them into a double whipped vanilla milkshake.
How it tastes highly salty and way too sweet
Bobby's burger palace. Right outside the smith haven mall.
Buffalo burgers with potato chips crunched in the middle.
In and out animal style fries.
What will it taste like?
What does it feel like?
My friends are probably thinking…
But, you don't eat meat? Would it be a cheat?
You don't eat eggs and avoid breads.
And You never eat dairy?
They’d think this is scary.
But it's my last meal! And I don't care if I steal!
Because at the end of the day.
When i die, you will still hear the cry
When it's slaughterhouse time.
I wasn’t always this way.
I too ate lamb on Easter,
enjoyed dark gravy smothered on a turkey leg.
With stuffing and my aunt's infamous jelly.
I would eat the christmas pie
And frown at the sky as i felt my stomach rip in half from all the food.
I too, ate mcdonalds chicken nuggets.
Or those sonic hot dogs.
I too loved it all.
But I was far too young and extremely dumb. When I clicked on my first video.
I watched the cows fly, and be torn apart by the hands of a guy.
Did you know dairy cows after giving birth are immediately separated from their young?
Grieved over the realization of losing their child, they scream.
Yes, I heard it. Little 12 year old me, hear a mothers scream for her child.
And it doesn't stop.
They never stop.
It's only until their voice box has been destroyed and they are deemed “grounded”
Meaning unwilling to move.
That they are dragged by one foot,
Usually from a tractor or claw machine.
And dumped into slaughterhouse pens.
Pens were thousands of hands drag these cows to die, upside down.
Drowning in their blood, covered in mud.
And puss and sweat, and steroids.
Yes, your delicious milk and cheese.
It churns and yearns in a bucket after excretion. In a bucket filled to the brim with blood and puss.
There's so much of it due to mass production that not even the filters can clean it properly.
That's why dairy companies massively inject their products with dyes and chemicals to look more appealing to the eye.
Don't believe me? Watch it for yourself.
Cause I sure can forget it.
and of course this is America so it NEVER stops there.
No god forbid it stops there.
We need our double deep fried burgers and lard filled chicken tenders.
We need every single egg, as we ignore as the animals beg.
We even eat their young
Veal. What was the gain? What was the steal?
And yes little 12 year old me grew up, and started to throw up, every single meat i ever ingested.
For this was not fair! When did the food industry become such a scare?
When did cows stop being cows and become “meat”, “#9828674”
When did the babies become “veal tenders 2 for one sale!”
When did all of you close your eyes and pretend you actually care when in reality you still go to the same Mcdonalds every day, eat the same fried chicken every wednesday.
I'm going off track!
Im sorry
For I too will not care, when the day comes.
It will be my last meal.
I will eat the young, and I will slaughter the cows, I will steal all the eggs, and never make amends.
I will scarf down the lamb and ham, until I barf.
I will cut into my streak and reminisce as I, a 12 year old girl, watched a man deep dive his hand into a anus of a dairy cow.
To rape and impregnate her.
To continue the cycle
Don't believe it?
I assure you, I could not make this up even if I wanted to.
I would gaze at the stage, the conveyor belt would ring the chickens round and round.
As tiny blades sliced at their necks and watched as no one double checked.
If only they double checked.
These chickens most of the time do not die right away.
They live,
And have to stay alive again even as smaller blades cut into their veins and shaped their meat into dinosaur legs.
But it is my last meal!
And i could give a great deal.
Over how much I hate the food industry.
but even when I die.
You will always hear the cry
When it is slaughterhouse time.
I spent my entire life letting the mass production go to waste.
When I die, I will eat so much that it will no longer be for nothing.
Because who doesn't love a good burger and fries.
Who doesn't love needing to cry from having a lard induced heart attack.
This is america.
Bigger is better.
And we wait in these lines for our double deckers mounted sky high.
And we fantasize our fatty surprise.
Philly cheesesteaks.
Doubled loaded pizzas.
Lamb chops.
Steroid induced thanksgiving turkey.
Provolone,
And extra sweet Mascarpone,
Bacon egg and cheese.
And fudge filled ice cream.
Trust me when I say I will eat it ALL.
You know why?
For even when I die, no one will even try.
To stop the violence when it is slaughterhouse time.

Debugging steps of automatic double-sided labeling machine
Fully automatic double-sided labeling machine is a multi-functional labeling machine, suitable for double-sided or single-sided labeling of square or flat products. It has the characteristics of simple adjustment and wide application range. It only needs a small amount of adjustment to complete the conversion between objects of various specifications. The layout of the labeling station is simple and reasonable, and the speed is stable. The double pressure roller structure ensures the tension of the label and avoids the phenomenon of label breaking caused by die-cutting damage to the backing paper. The range clutch makes the tension more balanced. It is controlled by an advanced and friendly independent man-machine interface, and the operating parameters can be stored and recalled. The man-machine interface displays any abnormal conditions and guides troubleshooting. The operation is simple, anyone can easily operate and quickly use this device.
Tumblr media
The labeling workflow of the automatic double-sided labeling machine is as follows: the product is loaded manually (or conveyed by the upper conveyor belt) → conveyed by the plate chain conveyor belt → material distribution → the shaping mechanism corrects the arrangement of the product → pressing the belt →Electric eye detection→The label feeder mechanism receives the electric eye signal to send the label→The label is quickly sent to the position on the product that needs to be labeled→Pressing the label→The finished product is output through the plate chain conveyor belt.
The debugging steps of the automatic double-sided labeling machine.
The adjustment steps of the automatic double-sided labeling machine are as follows:
Tumblr media
  1. Adjustment of the belt pressing mechanism, the height of the pressing belt is adjusted to be 3mm lower than the product to be pasted.
  2. Adjustment of the shaping mechanism, the forming belt is centered on the pressing belt, the width of the pressing belt is just enough to clamp the bottle mouth, and the height is adjusted to the center of gravity of the workpiece.
  3. Adjust the electric eyes of the measuring object. For square products, the vertical angular distance between the electric eyes is about 3mm. For curved products, the tangential distance between the electric eye and the angle is about 3mm.
  4. Adjustment of the header, adjust the angle of the header so that it forms a cutting angle with the pasted workpiece, the distance is 3-5 mm, and the marking plate is vertically parallel to the pasted workpiece.
Tumblr media
  5. Double-head alignment, aligning the front and back sides with the position on the opposite side of the target board, as described above.
  6. In the bidding test, the standard length is 2-5 mm longer than the standard board, and the deviation of the stop position for each test is not more than 0.2 mm.
  7. Adjust the side rails so that the bottles are conveyed to the centrally located forming mechanism.
  8. Try labeling.

🖊 Romitri, bakery
This ended up double the length it was supposed to be because i couldn't stop writing... whoops? Enjoy x
The moan Rose lets out as she steps into the bakery and inhales the aroma of delicious scents is practically indecent if the judgemental looks from the people waiting in line are any indication.  But she ignores them, along with their grumbling, as she skips past on her way to the counter where she boosts herself right up onto it.
“Olena,” she sings, receiving an indulgent smile in return as she leans in to press a kiss to her cheek.
“Hello, Roza.”  Olena peers past her.  “No Lissa today?”
“Nah, she had an early class.”
Rose waits, somewhat impatiently, as Olena takes an order, ringing it through the register and accepting the customer’s money, before throwing her a pleading look, the silent question accentuated by a loud growl from her stomach.
It makes Olena laugh as she gestures behind her.  “Go, your breakfast is waiting.”
“I love you,” Rose declares, sliding off the counter and leaving her to her next impatient customer.
She squeezes past Sonya behind the coffee machine, calling a hello as she does, and receives something mumbled in return, a response that’s practically friendly coming from her so early in the morning.  She’s forced to dodge Yeva, who’s coming the opposite way with a tray of hot blini and who snaps something distinctly less friendly in Russian, before she can finally throw herself at the waiting plate of bread with another borderline lewd moan.  To watch Rose take her first bite of the black bread, that’s so fresh it's still steaming, one might think it’s a heavenly experience, what with the way she closes her eyes and tilts her head back.
“Roza!” Viktoria calls, coming out from the kitchen.  “I thought I heard you.”
Rose waves at her friend, savouring the mouthful of bread, but her chewing slows and her nose crinkles as she notices something.
“It’s different,” she says without swallowing, and it all comes out a little garbled.  “The bread tastes different.”
Olena hands the last customer their order in a brown paper bag and bids them a good day before turning to Rose with a raised eyebrow.  Rose is half expecting her to chastise her for talking with her mouth full - something so motherly that Rose still isn’t quite used to it - but instead Olena just asks curiously, “Bad?”
Rose shoots her an indignant look in return and swallows.  “Of course not bad, it could never be bad, just different.  Did you change the recipe or something?” she asks, knowing full well Olena doesn’t follow recipes.
“No.  My son baked the bread this morning.”
Rose, in the process of taking another bite, pauses, and feels her eyebrows rise.  She knows of the Belikov’s only son of course, but in the year she’s become a permanent fixture in their bakery, she’s never laid eyes on him.  She thinks she remembers hearing once that he’s away at school in New York.
Rose’s thoughtful hum turns delighted as she bites into the bread again; she would never admit it to Olena but she thinks she might almost enjoy the tangier flavour of today’s bread more than she usually does.
She hears the door to the kitchen swing open again and Viktoria lets out a crow of laughter.  “Hey Dimka, apparently your bread tastes weird.”
Rose swallows roughly and gestures in surrender so emphatically that she almost loses the rest of her breakfast.  “Woah, hey, I did not say it was weird, I said it was diff-”  Her words die in her throat as she turns to the newcomer and catches sight of quite possibly the hottest guy she’s ever laid eyes on.
Olena’s son has to have nearly a foot of height on Rose, his arms, exposed by his rolled up sleeves, are corded with muscle, and his shoulder-length hair is tied back in a ponytail that Rose has a wild urge to free from its band and runs her fingers through.
“I’ve never had anyone describe my bread as weird before,” he says, cocking his head with a slight smirk.
Rose ignores the cute dimple that’s appeared in his cheek and levels him with a pointed finger, followed by a glare at Viktoria.  “Different, not weird,” she reiterates.
“Different good?”  He folds his arm across his chest and Rose forcibly drags her eyes away from them.
“That’s yet to be determined,” she shoots back coyly.
“You must be the infamous Roza.”  He offers her a hand to shake.  “Dimitri.”
Rose isn’t too sure about the use of the word ‘infamous’ but accepts the proffered hand regardless; it’s big, and callused, and warm, and she doesn’t want to let go.
“It’s nice to meet you, Dimitri.  And I guess I’ll just have to try your bread again tomorrow to decide.”
“Yes,” Dimitri says, with a slight chuckle, finally, regrettably, releasing her hand.  “I’ve already been told to expect you most mornings.”
Rose levels a glare around at the Belikova women who are watching their exchange with thinly veiled amusement; even Karolina has appeared in the kitchen doorway to observe.  Dimitri moves to his mother’s side and ducks to press a kiss to her cheek.
“I’m going to meet Ivan for a couple hours, Mama, but I’ll be back for the lunch rush.”
Olena reaches up and pats his cheek, smoothing away a stray streak of flour that’s found its way there.
“It was nice to meet you, Roza,” Dimitri says, before lifting his hand in farewell to his family as he heads for the door.
“He called me Roza,” Rose says faintly, once he’s out of earshot.
Viktoria shoots her a bemused look.  “We all call you Roza.”
“Yeah, but not like that.”  Rose snatches up her breakfast and hurries after him, ignoring Yeva’s bark of Russian that follows her, no doubt a warning of the perils she’ll face if she doesn’t return her plate.  “Hey,” she says, catching up with Dimitri at the door.
Dimitri looks amused to see her, but holds the door open for her to step through.
“So, when are you heading back to New York?”
“I’m not.  I finished my degree last semester, I’d moved back home to help out for a few months before I worked out my next move, but…”
“But…” Rose prods.
Dimitri’s eyes trace over her face.  “But maybe there’s more here for me than I thought.  I’ll see you around, Roza.”
Rose grins, “See ya, comrade.”
