THE BUTTERFLY GARDEN ; LEE HEESEUNG
pairings. yandere!heeseung x fem!reader
wc. 1.4k
warnings. dark fic, reader is trapped , but heeseung has brainwashed her , oral (m. recieving) , unprotected sex , names (butterfly, baby, pretty) this is just fiction , this doesn't portray heeseung irl at all !
synopsis. heeseung loves you so much , his pretty little butterfly.
authors note. loosely based off a book i read called the butterfly garden by dot hutchinson , it's a really good book , i recommend it ! someone asked for a yandere heeseung fic and i thought of this
heeseung loved butterflies , he thought they were the most beautiful creatures he'd ever laid eyes on. as a kid , he'd go to his grandparents's house — his grandfather was very rich man , who had a huge mansion , with a huge green house , the size of a mini mansion — that's where his grandmother kept all her flowers , and butterflies.
he'd watch the butterflies fly around the green house, all sorts of different colors , he was mesmerized by them. when his grandparents past , he inherited all the money , along with all the properties , including the green house.
heeseung hadn't outgrown his obsession , rather he gained a new one , you. he saw you one day , working at a coffee shop he often visited , he couldn't keep his eyes off you. he could remember the outfit you wore , a yellow sundress , you were so sweet , the way you greeted everyone. your smile , you were so beautiful , like a pretty little butterfly... he had to have you , he needed to add you to his butterfly collection.
he watched you for silently months , learning everything about you , where you were from , your family name , favorite things. you didn't have many friends , so that was good , no one to really miss you. while watching you , he made some moderations to the green house , adding a beautiful bedroom , with all your favorite things , along with a bathroom. he made sure everything was perfect — perfect for his newest and prettiest butterfly yet.
it was so easy befriending you , you were polite to anything with a pulse , all he had to was introduce himself , and your friendship blossomed from there. you thought he was so cute , you never really got attention from boys , so it was new. you'd seen him multiple times at the shop , so you were aware of his existence. he was kind , and sweet.
you never saw the signs , you would have never believed that the doe eyed boy had a sick and twisted plan brewing. first he got rid of your family , isolating you from them , telling you lies , saying that they hated that you two were so close , that he was only using you as a charity case , until you stopped contacting them all together. your so called friends didn't even need any pushing , he just wired a few thousand into their bank accounts , telling them to back off. when you came crying to him , telling him that they completely cut you , he put a act , telling how he always said they were no good , that he was the only one for you , he was your only friend , you believed him , you believed that he was the only person who had your back , that everyone else basically hated you.
that's when he knew he had you...
that was was about a year ago , a year and 6 months to be exact. a year and 6 months since you last seen your family , or friends , or the outside for thay matter. a year and 6 months since he trapped you in his butterfly garden.
"butterfly , where is my pretty little butterfly?" you heard his voice , the door closing on the way in. "im in here!" you called from the bathroom , running out into the indoor fields where you spent most of your days , alone with the butterflies , watching them fly around. "hello pretty , it's been a while hasn't it." you smiled , nodding. "almost a month , i missed you so much." it was sick , you knew that , but he was your only source of friendship , that love that you so desperately craved.
"did you , i missed my butterfly too , i watched you from the camera , wishing to be with you while on my trip." he said , pointing to the camera in the corner. "maybe next time i can go with you." he shook his head. "now you know you can't , butterflies are fragile , people will hurt butterflies and i can't have you getting hurt and corrupted by those people , now can i?" he caressed your cheeks , noticing your frown.
"those work trips are boring anyway , i would rather be playing here with you in the garden." you knew what he meant by playing. "don't you like playing here with me and the other butterflies?" his doe eyes always made you feel bad about asking to go out , he knew that and he loved to use it to advantage. "i do , i promise i do love the garden." he smiled. "good , now don't ask about it again , okay?" you nodded. "i won't heeseung , i promise."
"good , now how about you show me those pretty wings of your , take off your shirt off for me." you turned around , taking your sweater off , revealing the huge tattoo on your back — butterfly wings. he had gotten them tattooed on your back the 4th day you were trapped here , it took almost 5 months to heal. "so pretty." he could feel himself growing hard in his slacks , just from the tattoo. "my pretty butterfly." he pressed his hard cock against your ass.
"i think you're the prettiest one here." he kissed your shoulderblade. "butterflies don't live long , but you , you'll last forever , won't you." he kissed your neck. "hee-heeseung." you moaned softly , he was sick , this was sick , you shouldn't want him to touch you , you shouldn't crave his touch. "i'll never let you go." he bit down on your earlobe , he genuinely meant what he said , he was never gonna let you go.
"get down on your knees." he said sitting on your bed once you reached your room. you sunk down to your knees , his bulge right in front of your face. "you see how hard i am for you?" he palmed his cock , unzipping his pants , his cock slapping against his stomach. "come on , grab it." he groaned as you wrapped your hands around his cock , jerking him off. "fu-fuck , put it in your mouth." you obeyed , taking him fully into your cavern. "sh-shit , just like i trained you to do , good girl."
he grabbed the back of your head , guiding you up and down on his cock , you gagged around his length , tears wielding in your eyes. "you looks so pretty , gagging on my fat cock , drooling." he grunted , pushing your head down , fucking up into your mouth. "fu-fuck im gonna cum , gonna cum down that pretty throat of yours." he whined , pushing your head down one last time , keeping you there as he came , hitting the back of your throat. "fuck!" he pulled you off him , you coughed , finally being able to breathe.
"you did so good , took my cum so well." he pulled you up , manhandling you on to the bed , putting you into his favorite position , face down ass up , so he can see the wings on your back. "such a pretty sight , my beautiful butterfly." he lined his cock up at you entrance. "so tight." he filled you up , his cock stretching you open like always. "your pussy is always so good , you feel so nice around me struggling to take my cock." he grunted , thrusting inside of you.
"fucking beautiful baby , gonna keep you here forever -fuck- the only butterfly i need." he began to fuck into your hole much faster , you gripped the sheets below. "fe-feels like heaven." his eyes were trianed on the tattoos as he fucked you , pushing your back down to hit a new angle that made you scream. "shit , heeseung im gonna cum." he grunted , fucking you faster. "fuck , cum for me , cum all over my cock." he rubbed your clit , you mouth formes a 'o' shape before you came , legs shaking.
"oh fuck , you're squeezing my cock , im gonna cum." he pushed your body flat against the bed , using your tired body to get himself off. "fuck , im cumming ngh fuck !" he whined , his cum painting your walls , pulling out milking his cock , more cum spurting on your back. "sh-shit." he stuttered , he breathing heavy. he looked down at your body , almost getting hard again , the way his cum looked on the wings , made his cock jump in arousal. "shit , i'm gonna get hard again if i keep staring at your pretty wings , covered in my cum like that."
you whimpered , trying to move away. "n-no more." your voice horse , body sensitive to touch. "i know , i know my fragile butterfly is so sensitive." he climbed off of you. "no need for clothes , i want to see my butterfly covered in my cum for awhile , just for me." he wanted to capture this moment.
"my pretty little butterfly"

TIME : right before closing PLACE : red creek public library WITH : darcy warren , @blankpaged
walking through the rows of books, lela was on a mission to find one book in particular. she had spent a good amount of time looking on her own before she headed to find someone who could help. when she spotted the blonde, she couldn't help but smile as she tapped the other on the shoulder. "please don't kill me and I know it's late, but could you help me find a book?" she started, a nervous hand tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. "i swear i've been looking for what feels like hours and i just can't seem to find it. it's called the butterfly garden by dot hutchinson."

Doc’s Quarterly Patreon Book Thing: Mystery/Crime
Okay, so, I’ve been trying to think about how I want to do this, which is basically letting my patreons force me to read a book. I have picked three genres I would say I do not read a lot of, but I know y'all do, and then the fourth quarter will be either open season, nonfiction, or as a children’s book for children, I haven’t decided.
SO. Nominations will be opened on the Patreon Apr 4th. RULES AND THINGS TO KNOW/HOW THIS WILL WORK:
It will be pitchless. You don’t need to pitch me! Just Title, Author.
One nomination per person. Your first nom will be considered your nomination, all others will be ignored.
Must be available in print
For this quarter, the genre must be MYSTERY OR CRIME (Nonfiction permitted). Below, I point out some fantasy novels I have enjoyed and negative-enjoyed, which’ll give you both an idea of what i like and what I might consider mystery/crime (A tough line). Just good faith effort.
Must think I would like it. You don’t have to think it’ll slay me and change my life, but this isn’t ‘let’s clown on Doc’. I am doing this in good faith and I assume you will nominate in good faith.
I will RANDOMLY DRAW FIVE of the novels. These five will then be PUT TO A VOTE on patreon. I will not read the comments so if you want to pitch, the comments on that poll will be a good place to do it.
Whatever wins the vote, I’ll read.
Okay, then, MYSTERY/CRIME BOOKS I REMEMBER TRULY ENJOYING OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD, AS AN ADULT. (as the sections go on, this is getting harder for me, so be patient. I'm not going to be too crazy about what is or isn't a mystery/crime novel, as long as we're all trying)
The Witch Elm by Tana French
Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie
I'll Be Gone In the Dark by Michelle McNamara (nf)
Provenance by Aly Sujo and Laney Salisbury (nf)
Catch Me if You Can by Frank Abagnale (technically nf but uh....fiction)
The Maltese Falcon by Hammett
The Yiddish Policeman's Union by Michael Chabon
In Cold Blood by Truman Capote
MURDER/CRIME BOOKS I REMEMBER DISTINCTLY NOT-ENJOYING OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD
Anything else by James Patterson besides Kiss the Girls (which I would say is in that middle band)
Pretty much any true crime about serial killers
Anything by Janet Evonavich
The Butterfly garden by Dot Hutchinson
Anything by Sue Grafton
The Turn of the Key by Ruth Ware (full disclosure, I bought this under the presumption it was a paranormal book and my disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined)
(Yes I have read Holmes. It was fine.)
See?? Despite being an insufferable hater, I do like things! This list of course doesn’t include anything where I was like, “That was perfectly fine!” It’s made to show the highs and lows.
Does this make sense? I’ll put the nomination post on Patreon tomorrow!
Today is the day where you can ask any questions of me pre-nomination

Okay I see you like dead dove type stories (hard same) and so I’m here to recommend you a book I read years ago that you might be into: the butterfly garden by dot hutchinson <3. Features: kidnapping, tattoos, and stories told in between police interrogations
Oh my god I've been recommended this book so many times!!! Is it controversial because some people say it's an abuse and rape fantasy? Honestly it sounds so good though, I'd love to write a fic like that one day!! Also someone on Tiktok said Prism had "Haunting Adeline" vibes which I've never read but should look into 💗💗💗

K,R,T?
K: What’s the angstiest idea you’ve ever come up with?
oh man thats hard. i have upwards of 50 AUs and all have various angst thats pretty rough... ill focus on DRDI since thats what i have shared. i think some of the what-ifs for if ranboo hadn't had the bathroom breakdown and gone into winter break alone are pretty angsty. just downright tragic really. also, tommy and tubbo's backstory with being best friends and in love and all and then having to basically not speak for years. thats rough thats really sad. makes me nauseous if i think too hard on it
R: Are there any writers (fanfic or otherwise) you consider an influence?
for sure! my first internet friend on fanfiction dot net was definitely an influence on how i wrote, i looked up to her SO much. not gonna name drop bc i dont think she write fic anymore but she was great. as for non-fic writers - suzanne collins (with gregor more than thg), tamora pierce, shaun david hutchinson, patricia c wrede, angie sage... all authors i read a lot of when i was younger and definitely had their impact on my writing. some i read back and can fully place where i got certain habits from.
T: Any fandom tropes you can’t stand?
hmmm.... i feel like a lot of fandoms fall into making only one character in a dynamic allowed to be hurt. like everyone can have problems all at once its okay lol we dont need one sad boy all the time. feeds into the dynamic of like strong character/uwu soft character who needs protected. also not a fan of last minute confessions (before weddings and all) and one sided pining. sick of one sided pining. just stop having the feelings. i have really low empathy
thank you for the ask!!!

BLOG#7
Title of the book: The Lottery
Author: Shirley Jackson
Characters:
Mr. Summers- the one who manages and in control, of the social events. He also runs a coal business.
Mrs. Hutchinson- wife of Bill Hutchinson
Bill Jr, Nancy, Davey- children of Mr. and Mrs. Hutchinson
Old Warner- the old man who urges the honor to stone Mrs. Hutchinson
Plot: explains the humanities darkest forces.
Summary:
In the morning of June 27th all the people in a small village gathered in the town square to participate in the lottery. The children went to gather first, collecting smooth and fine rocks which they piled in the center of the square. Both ladies and gentlemen went to gather, they are talking, gossiping, and laughing. Mr. Summers came, carrying a black ancient wooden box that was used for over 77 years. All the heads of the families, heads of households, and members of each household were recorded before the lottery begins. The postmaster swore to Mr. Summers as the lottery official. Arriving late is Tessie Hutchinson. Mr. Summers then made fun or her late arrival which makes the crowd laughed out. After that, Mr. Summers then explained the rules of the lottery and with that they started the lottery. People started to approach the box alphabetically order by their last name. Each one was required to take a piece of paper. As the names were called, the tension became stronger around the square. The old man Warner ranted about the Northern Village who were talking about giving up in the lottery. “Nothing is good enough for the young folks will as well live in caves and quit their jobs” said by Warner. He also said, “Lottery in June, corn be heavy soon.” After the heads of each household has drawn their slips, they then opened their slips all at once. Bill Hutchinson was selected to be stoned to death in the lottery. However, Mrs. Hutchinson got angry that his husband didn’t get to have enough time to pick. The Hutchinson family then draws lots to themselves in the final round of the lottery. Mr. Summers asked Mr. Hutchinson if there are any households in the Hutchinson family. That is when Mrs. Hutchinson suggested that their children should also partake in the lottery. All of their slips, their family slips were put in the box. the three Hutchinson children opened their slips and it revealed a blank piece of paper, so as to Mrs. Hutchinson’s husband. Unfortunately, Mrs. Hutchinson got the slip who has a black dot in the center. That is when the children and people at the square decided to take an action and stoned Tessie to death.
Moral Lesson:
It opens us to the mindless preservation of the tradition where some of the traditions were not right anymore due to the reason that it requires sacrifices that are inhumane. The meaning of the ritual was never revealed but it shows how too much it is important to the villagers. The black box signifies the very outdated and old fashion way of keeping the tradition. It also represents the tradition as very worn out. Thus, this story tells us that it will be good for us to move on and take a step towards the present rather than stick to the past. There’s more out there that we are failing to see because we are too attached and scared to let go of the things from the past. We just need to learn on how to improve and develop ourselves.

In the year 2492, the Hutchinson River Parkway wasn't the well-traveled road it once was. Instead, it had become the corridor for the planet's most astonishing transformation. After the great collapse, when the tides of technology turned against humanity, the machines were not scrapped. They were reinvented, repurposed, and integrated into the natural order.
One such marvel was The Guardian of Hutchinson, a colossal automaton that had taken its perch along the old river's banks. It was said to be the amalgamation of the wisdom of the ages, an epitome of our urge to both control and harmonize with time. Its torso was a complex network of timepieces, each rotating in synchrony with the celestial bodies that dotted the twilight sky of the new earth. Its eyes glowed with the remnant power of old technologies, now serving as beacons of guidance for the nocturnal creatures that had evolved in the bioluminescent glow of post-human flora.
The Guardian was more than a relic; it was a symbol of the pact between silicon and soul, a testament to the era when humanity had finally learned to dance to the rhythm of the universe. It was built by the last of the tech-shamans, those mystic engineers who fused magic with mechanics, imbuing their creations with the ability to evolve, to feel, and to protect.
This guardian was the keeper of balance, ensuring that the resurrected Hutchinson River Parkway would not succumb to the encroaching wilds or the still-lurking dangers of corroded technologies of the old world. It stood sentinel, its gears and gizmos a constant reminder of the ticking clock of existence, of the cycles of creation and destruction, and of the endless flow of the river beside which it stood, a steadfast guardian through the passing of eons.
And so, the Hutchinson River Parkway thrived, a strip of coexistence amidst a world reborn, with The Guardian as its ever-watchful protector, a clockwork deity in a realm where time had been redefined.
