Dott is in front just singing and dancing around or something... basically announcing to the entire Labyrinth they've arrived.  Lol.  Steve's gonna have a field day!

I just had to make another piece of art like I did last year celebrating Dia De Los Muertos GW2 style! Headcannon is that after everyone vanquishes the Mad King and Steve, the Labyrnith offers a chance to visit and pay respects to loved ones and comrades that have fallen. 💜💜💜 And don't forget the flowers and facepaint!!! 🥰

”Kenna & Kena: Bridge of Genres” by DOOT

"We made it, Kenna!" Kena exclaimed, a smile painted clearly on the spirit-guide's face. "Aye, that we did! (Though it took the merging of two realms to get here!)" the smaller asura smirked. ---- This was something fun I did for a friend that LOVES Kena: Bridge of Spirits and wanted to include their character "Kenna" from GW2 in a scene together. I really had fun doing this and they were ecstatic! And that's what it's all about!

”Dott: Dia De Los Muertos in the Labyrinth” by DOOT

¡Feliz Día de los Muertos! GW2 style - in the Labyrinth! 😜 Wanted to do something a bit different and since there's a ton of GW2 art for Halloween, I thought why not do Dia de los Muertos? Our heroes could return when the Labyrinth is emptied to celebrate their departed friends and family, and maybe even get a visit from their fallen comrades and loved ones? 💜💜💜 And don't forget the costumes and facepaint!!! 🥰

”Soooo NOT what I meant by Birdbath” by DOOT

Dott just wanted to give her little Griffon a bath. Approximately 2 seconds later, she realized it would be a bath for them both... This was a fun thing to do to get me back into art after a bit of a break. It's my submission for a GW2 Griffon-themed art contest called "My Griffon and Me" Hopefully I'll win, but either way this was a fun technically challenging peice to create. (I won't even comment about how long those bubbles took!) :O

”Dott: Lunar New Year's Reflection” by DOOT

Thoughts of lost loved ones threatened to surface as the very first sparks of celebration flew into the air, but Dott pushed them from her wandering mind. It would be easy to dwell on past tragedy, given all that had happened and the evils she had been forced to face. Lunar New Year, however, was about looking forward and celebrating a new beginning; facing that new unknown with optimism and hope. In a world where things could feel so bleak and unforgiving, she had found friendship and companionship which transcended the darkness and lit up the skies with love, hope, and joy. Dott smiled as she took in the beauty and magnificence of the exploding balls of color. "Thank you, my friends, for believing in me," she said softly.

“NINJA SIEGE TURTLE” by DOOT

I made my own mount cause I couldn't wait.  TURTLE POWER!!!!! The background was EXTREMELY fun to make on this one. I actually created some brushes for this project to make it look alot like the GW2 aesthetic.  I'll undoubtedly use these in future projects!

”Dott & Jilly: Brought to Life” by DOOT

It is my great pleasure to share this collaborative effort from my amazingly talented and dearest friend, Jilly Beene and myself.  We worked on this back and forth for many months, combining our knowledge of tools & techniques for 3d modeling, editing, and printing to manifest virtual mesh to physical sculpture.  Jilly's stupendous job of color identification and painting my creations made them just pop and come to life!  I'm beyond blessed to know someone with such amazing talent!  Can't wait to see what our two crazy minds come up with next! ;)

This is a scene I've had in my head for a long while and it's straight from the heart. I made this for Tack, whom I'm lucky enough to call a dear and close friend. ”Five: Studio Portrait” Commission for Five by DOOT

A bit out of my comfort zone, as this isn't the big-eared Asura of which I'm used to making models, but I took a shot and worked on the difficult task of making a Sylvari. (My neighbors think I'm weird for taking close-up pictures of treebark :P ) All-in-all I was lucky that the client's sylvari was more human-like, which allowed me to focus on getting that leafy 'skin' to look great. As with my Asura models, it's not a 1:1 exact replica of what's ingame, but more of a 'what this character may look like in a more realistic setting.' Anyway, I'm very pleased how this turned out and my client was exceptionally happy! Especially when I fulfilled the request to have lightning bolts on their character's sneakers. :P Also attached is the ingame source image of Five, so you have a direct comparison to the game model and my model.
