Ok so I've been seeing this challenge called "Doomsday" show up on my dash - can someone explain what this is??? Because it looks really cool but I can't figure out what it's about, other than that it's something involving the HTTYD books

Doomsday day 2

I decided not to follow the prompts this year because I have a bunch of WIP's that don't really fit them

So here's a redraw of one of my favorite illustrations from the books instead

Wrote a thing for doomsday! It's short and (hopefully) sweet and I have no idea if it's still doomsday or not so it may or may not be late. All the same, please enjoy.
