Enji's having the best time too becuase he gets to tuck you in at night and wake u in the morning and have more daddy-daughter ice cream dates with yall) until she's better or... well, your husbands comes to fetch you.

but what a fun question! for anyone who doesn't want to read my stupid long explanation for each character i will leave this tierlist here! all tiers (except the first tier) are organised by most to least liked within the tier from left to right

no i dont hate lucifer, it's just facebook relationship status (aka complicated <3)

i have plenty of opinions though so i'll go ahead and give some explanations too!! >:D under the cut because there's a lot of rambling here LOL

some of the list is a bit boring because i cant really say i hate or even dislike any characters, and i don't wanna be mean about any characters just cause they're not necessarily my favourites so!

that being said lucifer pisses me off to a comical degree and he absolutely doesn't belong at the bottom but my feelings about him are so ridiculously complicated i don't know where else he belongs? i wish so badly that i could hate him in an uncomplicated way and move on but as an eldest sibling he's such a personal attack on me and i hate it. he's me, i'm him it's horrible. every time i start to think "ahh he's not that bad" he opens his mouth and makes me regret thinking that. i still think about the time i chose to kiss him on the ferris wheel and he held his hand out after and i took it and he said it reminded him of his dead sister, i will never stop holding it against him. he deserves to be loved and taken care of and he also should be thrown off a cliff. im quite certain if i had to assign myself a sin i would pick pride and i hate it >:( (this is all very lighthearted lol)

barbatos and solomon are typically equal on the list i'd say? but the barbatos brainrot is hitting harder now so he gets to be ever so slightly higher this once hahaha barbs is another that took a while to grow on me, not that i ever disliked him or anything but i definitely overlooked him at first! design wise i absolutely LOVE him, his demon form is definitely one of my absolute favourites. the unique but still put together suit?? the ruffles?? the bone wing horns?? ugh he's just very pretty, and SO interesting as well love a calm collected guy who totally has the potential to destroy you if he so wishes but has a soft spot for you

and of course, real shocker im sure, at the tippy top of the list would be asmo and belphie my beloveds <333 i love them both equally and i could never put one above the other i actually started playing obey me for belphie because one of my favourite character tropes is The Tired One TM, and im absolutely not immune to a cute emo boy either. i've grown to really love his sass and the way he hides his manipulative nature behind his sweet and innocent appearance hehe i also do love how ridiculously forward and blunt he is at times, what a silly guy while belphie was very predictable, asmo was a very out of nowhere character for me! i distinctly remember seeing him initially and thinking "avatar of lust?? i guess he's pretty but he'll probably just be the fuckboy character who makes nonstop innuendos and has no character beyond that, and i'm too asexual for this" so i avoided him a lot at first, but i'm very weak for how kind and gentle and charismatic he is, and the way he puts his all into everything and everyone <333 it didnt take long for me to realise that he's almost exactly the kind of person i aspire to be more like

Well theres a short answer and a REALLY long answer (which ill put under cut when i get there).

short answer: practice + refs

which.....can be an annoying thing to hear. And as someone who studies art and has bought a LOT of online courses trying to figure out how industry people can just churn out work like nothing. it feels like a let down every time i find out their big secret. just practice and photo refs. Every. Single. Time.

LONG ANSWER:

its how you studying your refs. heres how i do mine

sorry if this is rambly. but ill try my best to at least be clear. BUT THIS is the EXACT way i taught myself how to be quicker.

I do not know if youve taken any art classes but essentially one of the ways to study gesture drawing is by first tracing ur photo ref to get a sense of the flow/proportions of the body. youve probably seen a billion of these tutorials floating around:

So last year around hmmmm june/july? i was NOT looking to get better at my anatomy or gesture. i was actually trying to get better at clothes. but my problem was it took me so long to draw out a figure (which i was fine with cause i liked how my people looked at the time) that i could never really just focus clothing part.

So i told myself look. ur not looking to draw in this style like this forever. so for now SIMPLIFY SIMPLIFY SIMPLIFY!!!! I WANT THE BAREBONES OF A HUMAN HERE TO MAKE A MANIQUIEN FOR CLOTHES OK

but how do i do that....

Im gonna use this piece as an example from my rise and yosuke fashion palooza month. FIRST u see i got all my photo refs together. i like those poses on the right and i want to switch out the clothes for the other ones i picked out. i trace out my poses. kind of like the tutorial up top but since this is about draping i was focused the exact places their waist/arms/legs/etc would bend.

and like the tutorial u turn off the photo ref and do a drawing based off that traced piece.

then i would turn on my refs and add on my clothes

And after a month of just doing that over and over and over. i was surprised to find that figures and poses were so much easier to understand when i would break them down like this. and once u get familiar with them the faster and more confidently you'll draw them.

I and still do this btw. heres my otasune from the last week

i used photo refs for all my sketches. if i cant find anything online to match what i want i just take photos of myself. and some might say well arent u just relying on reference TOO much?

AND AGAIN take it from someone who has spend a lot of money buying classes from their fav artists in the industry. The Secret of how they churn out so much cool work so fast always turns out to be this. practice and photo refs.

Every. Single. Time.(tho this is omitting a lot. im not getting into like they way they stylize their art work. that actually the fastest and funnest thing to do once u have ur base down)

Now PAINTING

The thing is, i dont actually post up all my work on this blog. So theres a ton of stuff you havent seen me do. These are some paintings i did 2 years ago for a class.

I already know how to pick my values and set up lighting. When you see me painting my figures now. i am not focused on learning these basics im actually just honing a technique.

you might see me post readmores with these kinds of wips. I lay in all my colors and lighting with the lasso tool. ALL THE MAJOR DECSIONS ARE DONE HERE

(the little miniature i add on the side basically tells me what the overall feeling is going to be when i blend in the lineart to be cohesive with my colors) ( also if you had any questions on my prepainting process tho. feel free to ask!!!)

and if you compare this wip to my finished piece youll actually find that i dont stray that far from what i've laid in.

everything happening at THIS stage is about feeling out how i want the textures to blend with one another and getting funky with some brush strokes.

random yuno stuff to make up for the fact ive only been rambling abt makoto so far

yuno is a little MENACE /aff they love pulling little pranks, annoying people and inconveniencing them in little ways. she obviously never takes it far and because she can read people well, they know when someone is too annoyed/upset and makes sure to apologize and make it up to them when she gets carried away. she loves playful banter and their love laguage is definitely friendly bullying

doesnt have the best relationship with her dad and her mom is uhm . out of the picture you could say [this is a pun only i and perhaps pinna get but i will elaborate on it. someday] so they tend to sneak out a lot to stay with UNIT MEMBER THAT SHALL NOT BE MENTIONED UNTILL MY SISTER DECIDES TO FINALLY FLESH THEM OUT AND TELL ME ABOUT THEM. anyway yeah yuno doesnt like staying home unless its them locked up comfy in their room doing their own thing, so they go out a lot and spend most of their time out and about doing whatever they feel like doing

despite their cheery and energetic personality, their mindset is actually pretty nihilistic, believing nothing really matter and life has no set meaning. she believes people exist just to exist, same as everything else. youre born, you live, you die. however she doesnt see it as a bad thing, it motivates her to make life as fun as possible while it lasts and to not dwell on anything too long since its inconsequential in the long run, my girl just wants to have fun with it !!

very creative person !!! she cant stick to just one art medium for too long and instead does all kinds of stuff, their favourite form is watercolor painting tho! she thinks the soft look of the paints is very pretty, but besides that she also does sculptures, writing, other types of paintings, digital art, sewing, literally you name any form of artistic craft and they probably tried it at least once, its their main form of self expression since they dont talk about their feelings like. at all

related to the feelings thing, theyre VERY expressive, which is one reason why they never feel the need to talk about their feelings, its cause everyone can simply tell what they feel. she learned that if people cant read you they will ask too many questions and get overly concerned, so she started putting her feelings on full display, yet still doesnt like elaborating on them. shes the kind of person you can know for years and suddenly you realize that after all this time spent together, you dont know much about them at all. she doesnt feel the need to open up, believing some things arent important for others to know [mostly because of her life "philosophy" or whatev u wann call it]

their fav colours are yellow and pink!!! pretty obvious since they LOVE wearing them, most of their closet is actually made up of clothing in those exact colours :3 if you ask her to pick between those 2 colours she will go on a rant about how its impossible to choose and will make the speech overly emotional and theatrical for no reason other than to mess with you

speaking of theatrical shes a HUGE wxs fan !!! she randomly saw their show one day when hanging out at the phoenix wonderland and LOVED IT!!! again, she loves every form of art so this was to be expected. emu especially caught their eye with her silly childlike wonder vibes, not to mention the pink hair was an immediate attention grab for yuno lmao. when they learn more about the troupe they grew to not only admire and respect them as performers but also on a more personal level, especially tsukasa and his leadership and sheer stage presence. i feel like tsukasa would definitely end up treating yuno like another one of his siblings tbh dkdghdjdhbd they have a pretty silly dynamic in my head

basically she thrives in any social setting, not everyone enjoys their company but shes not bothered by that at all and continues to do her own thing and being their silly energetic self, its no fun otherwise for them

she enjoys learning and wants to learn so many random things.. they also often just study how other people act and have a very strong interest in psychology and social stuff, you can often catch her staring and looking around at others with an oddly determined and focused look. despite her love of learning they do NOT enjoy school, mostly using it as a social space and an excuse to not be home. their grades are fine, but she finds most classes boring and only wants to learn stuff that interests her.

one of her hobbies includes fixing random stuff no matter how difficult with no experience because shes convinced she can just "figure it out" and it always works. they cant explain how they did it exactly but she will fix pretty much anything up somehow. everyone finds it a little scary because you can find her messing with electrical objects to fix them with zero clue on what to actually do to fix them. but they will always be fixed.

their only issue that they cant seem to brush off and follows them around no matter what is their fear of abandonment, she feels the constant need to be around people and have as many close friends as possible, they cant stand being alone. its no fun living when you have no one. they want to do their thing and have fun, but sometimes the self doubt creeps in and she starts wishing she was more normal. its a constant struggle for them, but they still tend to try and brush it off with some excuse like "i can always find someone else", and immediately feel weird about thinking that because who would want to replace their friends like that? this runs rlly deep btw and i wanna expand on this more when i figure out her backstory properly

so yeah, they stay silly but at what cost... /j

normal is in cabin dungbeetle and is like extremely fucking invested in it . like putting juniper on the flagpole was his idea FOR SURE he struggles w lack of identity in the summer bc no school to have spirit dor so he just gets VERY invested in camp to cope . he has a moderate crisis of identity when they break apart bc he has cabin dungbeetle spirit AND camp here and there spirit !!?!??!?!?! oh the humanity ): he tries not to pick favorite counselors bc he sees the counselors as in their own way a mascot for both the camp and their own cabins BUT he specifically hates jedidiah for his lack of camp enthusiasm . that fucker grinds his god damn gears

taylor is a survivalist he would LOOOOOVE being at summer camp but only so he can run off and try and like live in the woods or some shit . idk what cabin hes in .... maybe magpie moth? i feel like hed just escape into the woods a lot . his fav counselor is inexplicably soren but only because soren is the groundskeeper and if taylor helps him w his rituals soren wont tell on him for being out there when he shouldnt be so taylors like heh. a small price to pay for expanding my skills......

lastly the hermster . hes in magpie moth with taylor also i think ....... u cant separate them . his favorite counselor is juniper by far bc he thinks juniper is just like him fr and is CONVINCED that hes method acting as british and as such he DEEPLY admires his enthusiasm and commitment to the role . however this also incites some competition in him so whenever hes at camp hes like 30% more annoying than usual bc he feels the need to outdo junipers acting prowess

other than that theres a ton of funny and cool moments that i cant ever choose from but i think one of my fav episodes is tangos stat poker rematch in s7 with etho bdubs & keralis. i dont even remember how i found that ep cause i havent even watched tangos s7, but for some reason i really love that ep. theres the ren-driveby, theres tango having the weirdest stats ever and everyone going 'well thats cause youve been hanging out with zedaph', keralis beating etho at noteblock stats, etc. its one of my fav episodes

I dont have an ao3 account so id like to drop a comment in your askbox if thats alright. With that being said the change of pov was SO good, keeping us in the dark as to what kazuya's feelings are about all this (tho we can kinda guess thanks to the previous chapters) especially on jin now that they have proper interactions, and its also kinda funny how quiet he is when we're not in his head. All while everything about jin is downright heartbreaking, the scene of him confronting his father over being late is my fav part of his chapter, cant wait for him to eventually realize that kaz isnt either "just closed off and not particularly mean" nor "uncaring and straight up cruel" but a little bit of both. Its also interesting how, from an outside point of view, kaz's self-interested pragmatism could ALMOST be read as kindness, he DID find jun's phone and he DID gave jin his own phone to contact lee. Speaking of, considering how empty that phone is save from messages from lee and jun, i wonder if jin is gonna find the pictures his mother send his father, im glad at least those photos didnt die along with jun and her phone :)

but yo i have been thinking about this ask ALL DAY DHFJK, youve picked up on SO MUCH of the little stuff ive been laying down, youre the first person ive seen point out many of these! kazuya's intentions being easily misconstrued from the outside, jin having him HALF pegged, the pictures..... know that i very rarely bring things up without them contributing something, at least when it comes to my writing. legit started beaming and pointing at my phone screen reading parts of this comment - certain parts here will be VERY important, but i wont say which ones ;)

going thru the rest of the comment, ty so so much, writing jin's grief was something i spent a lot of time on, and us knowing kazuya's general thought process up to this point is why i switched when i did. we understand what he's thinking, what JIN thinking about all this? both sides are equally important, so i wanted to get jin's pov as early as i could.

and i agree that its almost funny how silent kazuya can be when we aren't reading his crazy little thoughts sdhfjk. when i write him interacting with people i often have to go "how many times can i have him go quiet before it gets freaking annoying," but im trying to write him a little more reserved! hes doing a lot of observation through much of this fic, he thinkin CONSTANTLY, but im trying to balance his internal and external voices as well as i can. i actually have a joke with my beta thats just "SPEAK, MOTHERFUCKER," cause he employs the silent, impassive deathglare so much 💀

Sayid ship tierlist! We'll start off with Sayid canon ships!

Shannon/Sayid! Shannon died too soon and she didnt get enough character development for me to believe these two could ever work as a couple off the island. It woulda been interesting to see the writers make it work... because they come from such wildly different worlds and are such wildly different people it woulda been interesting.

BUT THEY FUCKING KILLED HER TOO SOON.

We didnt really get a chance to see Shannon do things for Sayid the way Sayid would do for Shannon which I think the other top tier het ships managed to do! Jin/Sun, Des/Penny, even fuckin Richard/his dead wife... and they only got the one REALLY GOOD EPISODE HOLY SHIT THAT SCENE WITH HUGO WAS SO HEARTBREAKINGLY TRAGIC AND BEAUTIFUL HOLY SHIT LOST WRITERS WHERE WAS THAT ENERGY WITH ANYTHING KATE DID...

Anyways....

Pros- Pretty cute. The juxtaposition of this kind of spoiled brat LA bitch and ... however you wanna try to describe the sheer hell of Sayids life trying make it work... coulda been interesting.

Cons- That same juxtaposition tbh. I just cant see Shannon staying long after she maybe tries shaking Sayid while hes sleeping and he wakes up in a violent panic and grabs her like he did with Jack or his brother...

I dont see her being able to handle him at his worst, the ptsd, all that trauma and violence he's lived through? and the writers never tried to show that aspect... it was just Sayid doing stuff for her. Which was cute... but....

6/10. The faults of this ship is 100% the writers fault for killing Shannon too soon. I dont actually mind that they ended up together in the end... even if it felt kinda weird.

Nadia/Sayid!

I think Nadia is a better match for what they put out. She's essentially his Penny throughout the story (even had a 'another life' thing like Des). Nadia also shares a lot of the tragedy and trauma Sayid has been through and knew him, knew his flaws, why he did what he did, and still loved him so much. The flashsideways scene where she asks him why he didnt love her and he said he did but he didnt deserve her was crazy. Even in that weird fantasy world Sayid could never accept himself or accept someone might love him. Whyd the writers do that... Thats so sad... ANYWAYS.

Nadia was great. Im sad they only got like half a year in real time to be married before THE WRITERS FUCKING KILLED HER OFF TOO WTF....

Pros- They have a shared life history and did work in real time. They had some great scenes together and I love them. I also love that she was one to beg him NOT to do something violent after his brothers attack. So many people ask him to do some violent shit. From Innman with torturing his former CO to fucking SHANNON with asking him to kill Locke. And he listened to all of them (sorta... he almost killed Locke but didnt and she got mad at him for it)... so for Nadia he went back home, picked up the kids, fixed a vase... It was nice. He did kill people, inadvertently cause the death of his friend, and shot himself for her but she never asked him for that shes always asked him to stay with her.

Cons- Because she wasnt on the island she didnt get a lot of screentime and tHE WRITERS FUCKING KILLED HER OFF SO BRUTALLY WTF.

8/10. Would ship again.

Elsa/Sayid!

I mean I GUESS you can call this canon. And the SPICE of it... Two assassins working for opposing forces honeypotting each other... but Sayid accidentally cares for her because despite all of the conditioning toward violence from his abusive father to the military to the hitman stuff... hes still a soft boy with a big heart who just loves too hard. Then they shot each other and he won. And he hated it. Whyd the writers do this to him....

Pros- THE JUICE. One of the juiciest. Honestly I coulda watched a couple episodes of them building their relationship before she shoots him. Id have been SHOOK. Despite my instincts to have everyone be in love with my fav... the fact she pretended to love him, clearly pounded him out real well, and then shot him and complained about NOT killing him to her boss (probably Widmore) MADE IT JUICY AND TRAGIC.

Elsa: Oh Sayid, If only there was someone out there that loved you.

Frozen could never.

Cons- Bitch is a dead. Also she only got the one episode.. Cant help but stan tho.

5/10 just because I cant in good conscious give them a bigger score than Shannon/Sayid. BUT JUICE!!!

Ilana/Sayid!

I mean... theres not much here. Sayid got a little tipsy and was looking for someone to kiss him and once again got betrayed because IDK the writers just like to make Sayid sad?

Pros- Ilana COULD have been interesting if the writers didnt just BLOW HER THE FUCK UP FOR NO REASON.

Cons- Everything else.

2/10. Not much here except theyre both hot and with those boots she had on... you know she woulda been a fun domme but she plays too much (worked for Jacob who did nothing for her and then blew up outta nowhere).

Kate/Sayid!

I MEAN... THE TICKET really. Their relationship was one of the best. They clicked up like IMMEDIATELY. The only thing wrong with them is the writers always making Kate run to Sawyer even though he treated Sayid like shit (or Jack which was mostly fine but the lack of chemistry). Like writers you are not making me believe Kate isnt a girls girl. Im sorry. Youre not. Im ignoring it. I honestly wish that Kate was like 'Come on Sayid' and Sayid hopped in her car after Jack and Ben were trying to get them back to the island. WHY NOT? Youre telling me that that wouldnt have happened writers? I DONT BELIEVE IT.

THAT SAID... I also kinda wish Kate was a lesbian and hooked up with Claire or Cassidy.

Pros- I mean... lookit the material. (disregard all the awful writers choices with Kate thats not her fault.)

Cons- The one she was pulling with the fake necklaces (how she met Cassidy and then they got gay married probably(?)

Danielle/Sayid!

I mean... MY FAVORITE HET SHIP WITH SAYID... even if that just had that one episode where she tortured and pet his face a lot... I woulda been cool but the fact she ended up helping them out more because she trusted Sayid was so nice. I also love the episode where she kidnapped Aaron and when she returned him saying she just wanted her daughter back and handed the baby to him while Sayid looked like he was gonna cry for her. WEH.

Their last interaction being Danielle holding Sayid at gunpoint was dumb. I know Sayid would never hold that against her just like he would never hold anything Hugo did against him is pretty great tho.

Pros- Again... lookit the material! Thats a couple of damaged stray/feral cats cuddling for warmth energy.

Cons- They just stopped interacting after that one scene and then the writers fucking killed Danielle off in the dumbest way ever. THIS IS THE WRITERS FAULT.

Charlie/Sayid!

Honestly kinda another wasted dynamic that just stops interacting after awhile and then one of them dies. For the time they did interact... it was pretty great. They have a kind of Usopp/Zoro feel to them that I appreciate. Charlie seemed to put a lot of trust in Sayid even after his weird face/heel turn that sucked.

Pros- Theyre kinda goofy together... I enjoy it.

Cons- Charlie got kinda weird then got redemption=death'd. So...

5/10. I cant rate it higher than Shannon/Sayid but they were fun in a similar juxtaposition kinda way!

Sawyer/Sayid!

Girl.

OK.

Its hard to ship these two because of SAWYERS FUCKIN VIOLENT RACISM. I will give it Sawyer tho in the Dharma camp he changed, he tried desperately to save Sayid, he had a HARD HARD time watching Sayid go through what he went through and there were times where Sawyer and Sayid clicked up which honestly was such bad vibes... like if Sawyer is going to Sayid for back up you know theres some crazy shit happening. And it did happen a few times.

I think its a missed opportunity that they never really worked through their animosity and reached a real understanding with each other. Theyve been through some similar shit and think if they talked it out they coulda been a solid unit.

But also the flashsideways having Sawyer be a cop that arrests Sayid for essentially protecting his family is crazy... Of course Sawyer was a fuckin cop.

Pros- ... There is a lot of drama & trauma to work with??

Cons- Racism, torture, just RANCID VIBES. I think one of the worst things is Sawyer saying 'Oh I bet you wanna torture me, show how CIVILIZED you really are' or something like that after he stole the guns...

Like hey cunt he tortured you because you were hoarding resources, beat the shit out of Boone for looking through those resources to find his sisters inhalers, implied you knew where the inhalers were while she was having an asthma attack and refused to tell anyone but Kate and then said youd only tell Kate about them if she kissed you which SHE DID NOT WANT TO DO BUT WAS FORCED TO and then said 'I dont know where they are' effectively WASTING EVERYONES TIME WHILE SHANNON WAS GASPING FOR BREATH.

TIME TO CLEANSE!!! The fact they first bond over Sawyer being shitty to them is phenomenal. The biggest self-hating pessimist vs the most loving, most extreme optimist is beautiful stuff. Nothing reaches the heights of Sayids aggressive dedication to protecting Hurley physically and Hurleys dedication to healing Sayid emotionally. THE PURITY OF THEM.

Pros- Everything I just said. There was so much love there it was crazy.

Cons- Hurley is probably one of the straightest characters in the show LMFAO a man who says dude and gets a little uncomfortable with sincere emotional moments like when Charlie said he loved him and he was like... yeah w/e dude I love you too. GOOFY STRAIGHT BOY NONSENSE.

Jack/Sayid!

I already went off on them... so just to recap. Sayid is Jacks special lil guy who can do no wrong.

Pros- Sayid was Jacks right hand man and anyone who knows me knows my position on boss/right hand man ships. TOP TIER. MY FAVORITE FLAVOR.

Cons- That one time Jack was with the Dharma people and then took Juliet back with them and didnt tell anyone what was going on and just generally acting sus which made everyone not trust him even Sayid... Literally what was the point of that? At LEAST tell Sayid. Sayid is so damn paranoid if you could get him on board with one of the 'Others' everyone else would have probably just been like 'Ok. I mean if SAYID is cool with it...' Except maybe Sawyer... but maybe even Sawyer cuz he know EXACTLY how Sayid can be. Imma put that on the writers. It was so dumb.

10/10. Why they always lookin in each others eyes like that. Just kiss each other gaybos.

Desmond/Sayid!

Their relationship on the freighter was crazy. Desmond forgetting Sayid but then being like 'I dont know you but you seem to know me so if were friends can you help me?' or w/e and like... They werent really friends? But Sayid helped him so hard anyways and then Desmond looked at him like he hung the moon from then on out.

Even though Sayids reaction to Desmond lookin at him like that was always sheer confusion. Sayid doesnt know what love is and Desmond would like to show him.

Pros- Sayids dedication to saving Desmond despite not really knowing him, Desmond happily returning that energy in the end. Beautiful.

Cons- Des/Penny is sorta hard for me to shift in my mind... kinda like Jin/Sun...

9½/10. Stop lookin at Sayid like that youre freakin him out.

Ben/Sayid!

TIME TO DO THE OPPOSITE OF CLEANSE! If you mixed the toxicity of Sawyer/Sayid(minus the racism) with the JUICINESS of Elsa/Sayid... THE MOST TOXIC JUICE.

Man... Sayid deserved so much better. What I like about them is that they kinda have a more even playing field than when Ben is interacting with Jack or Locke. They keep each other on their toes and its endlessly funny the amount of times Sayid freaks Ben the fuck out... cuz Ben spent so much time being the little freak of the island. The best one was when Ben went to actually go save Sayid and he was like 'Sayid... come with me... theres still time' and Sayid (who had been infected) turns to him with a demented smile and said 'Not for me.' and Ben just backed away slowly then SKEDADDLED. It was so fucking funny.

They matched each others freak in the most twisted way. LMFAO

Pros- None(pos)

Cons- The fact their stories were so intertwined to the point they LITERALLY TURNED EACH OTHER INTO THE MONSTERS THEY BECAME but didnt interact in the flashsideways is crazy. What a missed opportunity. I woulda loved to see whole, kindhearted Mr. Linus interact with sad, tragic Sayid.... Im sorry but their dynamic was way better than Locke and Ben.

Locke/Sayid (& Fake!Locke/Sayid too)!

Locke fucked up so hard making an enemy outta Sayid so early. I think Sayid woulda eventually forgiven being hit (he pretty easily forgave Danielle & even Ana Lucia but maybe thats just apart of Sayid believing in women's rights and also their wrongs so Locke need not apply.) but the fact Locke lied to him and made him think Sawyer was the one who did it further fueling their animosity... I just dont think that was EVER forgiven. Even when they were working together Sayid just did not trust Locke at all. FOR GOOD REASON. Locke lied to him almost as much as fuckin Ben lies!

They woulda been a fuckin killer duo if Locke earned his trust instead tho.

Then to have MiB!Locke take control of Sayid and made him his dragon was just a fuckin cool idea... but it needed more time to work. (Same with Claire, that whole infection thing with them needed more in general.) But YEAH. Coulda been better but the lip-smacking FLAVOR is there.

Pros- Sayids lack of trust in Locke throughout the series due to Locke (technically well-intentioned) deceptions and zombie Sayid ending up as MiB!Lockes right hand man... theres some good shit to work with...

Cons- Didnt have enough time to cook tho IMO.

TBF I dont think they coulda interacted without one of them dying and Sayid 'needed' to have his redemption=death moment and Ben 'needed' to kill Widmore. BUT LIKE... come on. NOT ONCE?

One of Widmores men accidentally (?) killed Sayids wife and Sayid went full JOHN WICKE and started ripping through his people like tissue paper and we didnt get ONE interaction. Thats crazy. Widmore gave Ben his most valuable chess piece!

Also Widmore was a dick to Desmond, Sayid dont take that lightly either.

Pros- THATS CRAZY

4. favourite dish specific for your country?

oh so okay, theres a lot of them tbh that i love- kheer, chole bhature, dosas, love all the chutneys (there are so many of em and each one more whack combos that somehow work -my mom recently made an amla/gooseberry/ and coconut that has now become my fav way to have amla) but my favourite dish specific to my country, and esp culture has to be 

litti chokha- its this bihari dish thats made of two segments litti- doughballs with roasted chana(chickpea) filling aka sattu with a thousand other things added that i can never fully get, just know they taste delish  

and chokha which is baigan ka bharta (brinjal bharta) 

there are so many side pairings to it but the base is imo this and its pretty yum and unique on flavor pallet 

8. do you get confused with other nationalities? if so, which ones and by whom?

i feel like, i’m not online enough  to talk to people that they can imo even get the wrong nationality idea and despite my idk why in the middle of 2022 ways to text like a brit with babes, mate and all the xx. the most i’ll feel like i have seen is browns getting confused for each other countries. so many times i have seen something that i think is for indian and then realize its pakistani/bangladeshi/ nepali scene.

ooof so like, my native language is sorta hindi, its complicated cos younger generation pretty much uses hindi 80% of the time and even my parents wil unless back in home state prefer speaking hindi, mom prefers it there also. but then there is this another language that dadi/ nani an all do speak that i can understand but not really speak i can try but it doesn’t feel good enough so maybe? idk is the answer. if we take hindi then yes but thats kinda cheating soo uhh i’ll let you be the judge
