When Casey Jr was born they didn't have hositpals or like record keepers anymore, so imagine he's born and Casey Sr, April and the turtles try and give him a birth certificate.

They don't have any good paper, so they find a coffee filter or something and they just crudly write his details in crayon. They make up a social security number and everything.

In the present one of them asks Casey Jr if he even has any credentials if he starts looking at jobs and he just proudly shows them the coffee filter.
