Hi! I'll be a bit rambly here, hope you don't mind.

I will make a correction - what has been published via physical/e-book and Tang Qi has lovingly worked with the publisher to release for free has equals up to two and a half volumes. It's not that she didn't have vol. 3 finished, it's that it was already sent to the publishing house and because of how China is right now with pandemic stuff still, it's a very slow process and that's why we got about half of vol. 3. Tang Qi wanted her readers to have at least something after waiting as long as they have.

And another thing is - she didn't write those chapters she released as she went like some authors who release webnovels on sites where they get paid per chapter by their audience - these are free. And are pre-written when she's releasing them. So, it's not a "chapter writing pace" thing. It's what she can physically do and what her publisher allows her to release at this point, which is a waiting process.

Right now there's an ISBN for vol. 3 from what I've heard, but there's been no cover reveal. And last Tang Qi has told us, she had been working on vol. 4, which was about in November. Couple years ago she already had finished the outline for Bodhi Fate while working on Lotus Step.

But consider it this way - since this novel is broken up into volumes - each volume is about 350 pages, give or take some pages, which is about the size of an average singular novel in the west. Now between the pandemic, having Eternal Love of Dream come out, releasing the extra for Dongfeng, writing the outline of Bodhi Fate (which is probably long and dark), working with publishers, and trying to do what she can for her readers - 3 volumes in 4 years is pretty good.

You don't need to worry about Bodhi Fate, it'll come when it comes. We're all anxious and excitedly waiting for the rest of Lotus Step and for Bodhi Fate to start.

In 2023 and 2024, Nissan plans to continue adding more electric and autonomous vehicles to its lineup. The company aims to produce over one million electric vehicles globally each year, with half of them in China.
