Azure definitely pampered Jing when he was pregnant with Mocha

Oh man, definitely. Azure had no clue what to except, and def freaked out over every little thing.

But unfortunately, Jing is very independent, and while he loves a little pampering, he would hate being coddled. He spent centuries alone after-all. With or without Yin alive.

Azure wouldn’t mean to smother him, but sometimes Jing just needed space. Whenever that happened he would usually hide at Pigsies Noodle. Thankfully Pigsy knew to keep an eye on Jing just in case.

Jing, ranting: “I’m only four months along! I can do my own laundry just fine, he needs to understand that!”

Pigsy, serving him more noodles: “Yup, absolutely.”

But! That doesn’t mean he’s not completely against pampering! He likes not moving from the couch sometimes, and does enjoy watching others (peng) flail about trying to find something for him. This also means that Jing can get away with a bit more, since Azure becomes ferocious to anyone who makes him cry. It does have its downsides though, leading to situations like:

Jing: “Azure! Azure! Azure he didn’t mean it-!”

Azure: (growling angrily up a tree)

Random Guard: “AHHHH SIR STOP HIM PLEASE IM SORRY AHHHHHHHHH-“
