Beautiful covers by kinda forgotten cartoonist Don Herold an early master of minimalism in cartooning a lot of his drawings take whatever is being depicted and boil them down to the simplest shapes to near stick figure proportions but you can tell he knows how to exaggerate the simplicity to make good gags.

The JUDGE Chicago Number (October 9, 1926) is pretty one-note. Every joke and cartoon defines the Windy City as the crime and violence capital of America. Quite a few cartoons echo Don Herold's cover in emphasizing the need for extra protection in the City of Big Shoulders:

Violence is treated with a then-fashionable if not commonplace irreverence.

But on any given page the tone can take a sharp turn.

Cũng một thời gian khá dài mình không đụng gì tới Aegisub nữa, một phần vì không có thời gian, một phần vì gần đây nhiều phần mềm trên điện thoại cũng có thể dễ dàng làm sub hơn nhiều rồi. Nay giải quyết xong việc sớm, ngồi dọn dẹp máy tính thì thấy file Aegisub còn đó, sẵn chiếc video dễ thương về con game đang chơi mình mới quay lại hồi chiều nên ngồi làm luôn. Mất 02 tiếng đồng hồ nhưng cũng vui.
